Very good meats, friendly service, a lot of custom meats they smoke their own like smoked bacon yum, hams, pepper sticks, etc.

They took time from their lunch to make sure I had the best bacon around. Great service and better meats!

I own R&DS BBQ all my meat comes from Blochers. Meat is Fresh and the people there are extremely friendly and helpful. I grew up with a Butcher that my Dad use to take me to. I have not found another like it till I met Jim and Wayne and the team there. Thank you for helping me put out great low and slow smoked BBQ.

Excellent meat at great prices. I always try to stop while Im back home in Altoona. Excellent customer service. Stop here instead of the local grocery stores! You can taste the difference in quality. Be warned, this place is somewhat of a hidden treasure in Altoona. The supply is often whatever they have available, but dont let that dissuade you from stopping in! Better than some meat markets I frequent in Philadelphia.

The prices and the quality of the meat and cheeses are excellent! The people who work there are hard workers and highly driven in customer service. This little shop is lavished with other items, some that you might not find anywhere else. I have purchased broth bases of chicken and beef that have no MSG. To name a few more items, herbs and spices in a large container for the price of a supermarket small bottle. Homemade noodles, Ritcheys wonderful peach tea, milk, butter, dip, potatoes, sandwich toppers galore, chips, cheesies, sauce, Pacificos buns and rolls, specialty smoked sauces as well. And finally their own made Blochers virginia ham. Thank you Blochers team! I will be back to buy a tee shirt!!!!
