Never was pushed into buying more expensive mattresses, we bought what felt the best for us. I would rate this 5+ stars if I could. My boyfriend and I went to this store and didnt want to leave. Trent helped us immensely. We had no idea the different feeling of firm, medium, or plush, gel or memory foam, or even the feeling of having our legs or head raised up. He didnt try to sell us the most expensive bed or tell us what we needed to buy. He took us through every bed so we could tell the differences between them and decide for ourselves what we liked most. He is a very connectable, likeable salesman. We havent met any others like him. We were very pleased with the experience overall. He didnt make us feel like we had to walk out owning a new bed, but gave us all the information we need to decide which one we want. We will definitely be purchasing a new bed and when we do, it will be from whatever store Trent is at. Hes definitely a huge asset to the company and I hope he is appreciated as much as we appreciated him. 110% satisfaction rate.

Ive been wanting to get a new mattress for a long time now and I finally did. I went to Mattress Firm and found exactly what I was looking for.I got my plush pillow top mattress with an adjustable base. I like a soft mattress because anything harder makes my back hurt within seconds. I was also looking at an adjustable base so when I get bronchitis Im not laying flat. I never figured Id be able to afford it though.The salesman Dustin Drass was very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses. He had me try a couple different ones to see what I liked and after I found that, he took me back to the one with the adjustable base and had me lay down while he raised the head of the bed. It was exactly what I was looking for. I wasnt sure if I could afford it though so he offered to run some numbers.Dustin figured it out and gave me the information and its something I can handle. My experience at mattress firm was one of the best experiences I had at any mattress place I been to. Trent helped my husband and I to find exactly the type of mattress we were looking for. He was very pleasant. I’m very happy to say I was able to walk away with a bed today!! They had many in stock we were able to pick from. I purchased a mattress and adjustable bed. Not pleased that I have to pay another fee to exchange for a softer mattress, when they are very pricey to begin with.. The first purchase was very firm, even though I picked the medium.

There was a little bit of a line when we got here, so we were left to our own devices for a bit. The manager was very polite though - thanked me for my patience and got me my bedframe in a snap before taking it to my car. He even convinced me to buy a fancy pillow. Had the best sleep Ive had in a few months on it though!

My husband and I went here on Nov 10th. We had Trent as our associate. My husband told him what we were looking for and Trent pointed us in the right direction. He showed us different options and explained everything to us about the mattresses. He never tried to push anything on us. We even learned some things about the care of mattresses and why they wear out so fast. We purchased a mattress that day. It was delivered yesterday and they took our old mattress for us. I highly recommend this store and Trent. He was very good and quite knowledgeable.

Mattress Firm in Altoona PA has great customer service. I especially want to acknowledge DJ Patterson for going above and beyond to help us with our mattress purchase. The box spring would not fit up the stairs and we had no way to pick up a new split box spring. DJ worked out a plan to help us and we got everything set up. We will definitely do business at Mattress Firm again when the need arises.
