The best customer service ever. I dont understand why this is rated 2.3 out of 5. this place had the best price for an engine I needed, and I came from Richmond Virginia to get it! Bill even waited till 6:30pm (they close at 5pm) for me to show up! Very nice of him to do that as the drive was a long drive for me. Thanks Bill!! And the reason why I chose this place over any place in Virginia is because the engine I needed was double the asking price of what this place was asking for.

Seemed polite on the phone, but there were very rude and acted like I was bothering them when I got there. When I was there nobody could help me they just said I had to wait for the boss to get back. I asked one guy about some other parts he said they had several for me to pick from, but again had to wait for the boss. When he did show up he said they did not have those other parts only the ones I called ahead about. The boss made it clear that he would definitely rather eat his sandwich than make a sale.

I dont know what the guy below me is smoking but the old man that runs this place is the biggest axx hole there is I ask about re age requirement to see if my sons allowed in with me and he flips out and tells me Im not allowed in there Altoona has a lot better dont waste your time with this old ignorant man
