We drove from Rochester NY to buy a new Kia Sorento Hybrid EX from them. As far as I could find they had the only one within 500 miles. Maybe even further. Its definitely a challenge to find a new car anywhere right now. More so when the only one that fits your needs is almost non-existent. I will say that I am a long time Kia owner that has never had to do more than a rare warranty repair or occasional recall repair on 3 separate vehicles totaling more than 300K miles across 13+ years of ownership. So I was determined to stay with Kia.From my first contact with the dealer on Friday to delivery the next day, the dealership and our salesman, Joe, were responsive and helpful in explaining everything. This was my first out of state car purchase and they made it feel easy. Most everything was handled remotely and everything was in place when we arrived. Joe spent time helping us get the car set up before our long trip home. It was a great break in drive and it gave us plenty of opportunity to get a feel for the car.

Without a doubt in my mind, give Dalton Price a call if you aren’t sure about what you want or if you do. He’ll take care of you. Amazing man to deal with. Gets the job done in swift time. Very friendly folks. No salesman push. Just facts, explanations, and answered questions. Paperwork was slow though. All in all, a very good experience.

I would also like to thank Joe Smith for being very helpful with my question the few days before our purchase. He (Joe) also did not take the sale away from Tyler because we had actually talked to Tyler several weeks before. I applaud him for that. Very poor customer service. This dealership is definitely all about the money and pushing sells. Terrible sales techniques, especially by the mangers. They are some of the most pushy in the area and arrogant. Worth the drive to somewhere else for sure. I do have to saw Courtesy Ford right down the road is a very different atmosphere for sure and worth the look.

Finance guy will lie to try to sell you an extended warranty. Everything was great until going to sign the financial papers. We must have said no 10 times and he just kept pushing and spewing lies.I did call the manager that day and discussed the matter with him.

The dealership was clean and the amount of inventory was huge. The salesman I delt with Joe Smith is a nice guy he made the experience here all the more better. Great music playing in the show room all in all great service and great atmosphere.

Easy target simply because I was a female walking in they, tried to over charge me and wouldn’t show me cars in my price range. If you can’t sell the customer what they want let them go else where not waste their time.

Yesterday was my 9th car/truck purchase in my life. Rex was by far the best sales professional Ive worked with. The entire team is very calm and just wants to help. This was also the best deal I ever had on a new vehicle. They didnt ask me to post this.

Always super friendly and helpful when I go. Have never had a real probably with anything. The price seems to be fair also labor and cost being equil. Of course you might some cheaper places. Here your are paying for the brand knowledge. In certain exceptions it is worth the little extra.

Ryan helped me find the car I was looking for and made sure it was in pristine condition with gas. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was squared away with the car and financing. He even put on the license plate for me before I left. Overall the entire process went smooth and I am extremely happy. I plan on going to Courtesy Kia for my next car in the future. I would reccomend Ryan and Courtesy Kia to everyone especially if you have credit problems.

Wife and I contacted this dealership end of May 2020 in search of a Kia Seltos in a hard to find color. Original salesman we dealt with ran our credit, said they had one coming in in a week or two and would get the paperwork around when they got the VIN...if not, they would do a dealer trade or a custom build. All we heard were excuses from the salesman after that so we contacted floor manager JT who was apologetic at first but turned into an even worse nightmare than the initial salesman. Again feeding us information that they had one coming in, that a dealer trade was set up just incase and that he would keep us updated. Never did JT contact us with updates....we had to do all the contacting just to be told by JT that they are overly busy and he can’t get any calls back from KIA. This all went for about 3 weeks trying to get updates every few days and getting nothing but lies and attitude from a MANAGER. It got to the point where he would make excuses to not take our calls nor would he call us back as we were always told he would. Last update was from a finance employee telling us they are due to hit east coast land around June 15th and they had a dealer trade already set up. My wife called about 1.5 weeks ago, looking for an update and to question how long our credit app is good for, put on hold by the receptionist only to be told that “he’s with customers and already told you he contacted a dealership”. I advised I had other questions which the response was “he’ll call you Monday”....click (yes, she hung up on my wife). Here we sit, 1.5 weeks later, never a call back, never an update. We can be patient and understanding people but when it comes to nothing but lies and down right rude people, we have to draw the line. My wife has bought two cars in the past from Courtesy but never again. This has been the worst customer service we have ever experienced from any business, not to mention on a manager level. We get that it’s a 2021 new model and things can be hard to find....all we wanted was to be called with updates when promised and treated with respect even if that update was simply telling us they had no clue when they could find one but they would keep trying (we would have understood). I hope that not all staff at Courtesy is this disrespectful and rude. No customer should be treated as we have.

I do not recommend ever using the service department at Courtesy Kia. I took my car in for inspection and they they passed it with a few repairs. Some I had to pay for and some covered under my warranty. Heres the kicker though. My tires should have absolutely not passed inspection. That was a lack of making sure my car was properly inspected for SAFETY. There was a man and woman who was working the desk who told me that my tire should have not passed because of an uneven wear with potential for a blow out. Also, my car needed a new wheel bearing. On the slip they gave me it said it was needed in the front. Yet the mechanic said it was needed in the rear. So were not exactly sure what was actually fixed. No one even seemed concerned that so many mistakes had been made that could potentially dangerous to myself or my family. Their only reply was that were human and this happens. Of course there was no manager there to help answer any of my questions. For these reasons we will never go back there to purchase a vehicle or have any other service done to it.

Great service. If you find yourself in a pickle, they will help you troubleshoot and come up with a solution. Very comfortable lounge and friendly service environment.

We just picked up our 2019 Kia Optima S model and manager Dave and Salesman Rex took great care in helping us. Rex went over all the gadgets in the car and we didnt feel beat up leaving a car dealership for a change. Highly recommend seeing Rex for your next purchase.

I called in at about 12 p.m August 20th talked to a lady did not give me her name, but I told her about my air bag light being on and kia sent papers about the clocksprig being bad, I was told to call another shop, she recommended FREEDOM FORD, I HAVE A KIA NOT A FORD. If you guys dont want to deal with issues maybe spend the extra dollar and buy better parts to build your cars with.. customer service was horrible.

Service department is excellent, my only problem was that they gave me a loaner that was missing the rear wiper and needed fuel - I was told I was responsile for the fuel - turns out the gas guage was defective, I ended up putting in $30, but used less than $10. Not sure as they had me sign paperwork as if I was purchasing the loaner and had to show my insurance then deleted the paperwork upon its return?? I guess I was spoiled when I had my Mercedes serviced I was treated completely differently.

Everyone was great helping the customers, minimum wait time.....

They replaced the engine on my Kia Soul when it blew the head gasket. There are a few lingering issues, but the mechanic stayed late on a Friday evening to help me out / make sure the car was safe to drive home.
