Jack H was our agent / contact person and I am very satisfied with the services completed. Not only did they work with the insurance company so I didnt have to but I they also completed the work in about a week. Jack was very helpful with the process and even did a separate estimate for my vehicle to have fixed at the same time if I wanted. Will definitely be going back if I have any other issues and would recommend.

I want to say I have had bad experiences with 2 other places in the past. But Cummings was top notch!!! From getting my car there for pictures and the estimate. Called for an estimate … told to come down that day. Took 15 minutes for an estimate. Staff was very polite and helpful!

Came here with a simple fix needed for my car and they told me it would be $6000 plus hidden fees. They like to screw money out of insurance, but I was paying this out of pocket. Even after explaining this they told me to go somewhere else. Went to Lava auto body in state college and they cost $661 and did a great job. Youd think theyd want to help poor college students, especially when one of the owners son just graduated, but no. Ive been to other auto body mechanics and the price here is absurd.

Had to stop there to take photos for an insurance claim. The individual that assisted me was extremely friendly and helpful. Considering I wasnt a customer and I wasnt going to be a sale its impressive to see someone willing to go out of their way just for the sake of being helpful.

I’ll tell you what. I wouldn’t go to anyone else but this place to get my vehicle fixed. These guys go above and beyond to make the customer happy. They don’t just make it look good. They make it look BETTER. I hit a deer and the passenger side of my truck was screwed up from it. They proceeded to fix everything that needed done and even covered up some little rust chips on the bedside for me that had nothing to do with it cause they were being nice I really appreciate that a lot. But yes these guys will go above and beyond to get er done and do phenomenal work.

I cant say enough positive things about the experience I had with Cummings. I worked with four different folks throughout the repair process, and each employee was knowledgable, helpful, responsive, well-spoken, and polite. I was working with them from 200 miles away due to an accident that my daughter had, and from beginning to end they did exactly what they said they would, with one exception - they delivered a perfectly repaired car back to us a full week earlier than estimated. They even cleaned up the interior and put my daughters personal possessions into a neat bag for her. The car looked like new.Vincent Cummings called me twice during the process and had first-hand knowledge of the progress on the car. This is a well-run, professional, competent family-owned shop and I strongly recommend them

Amazing all around service. They were flexible on date and time of drop off. Allowing me with a phone call to postpone twice. On pick up the rental car company couldnt drive me there in a timely manner. They stayed open until I got there. Almost an hour later than normal. Finally, a 1 carat diamond earing had been lost previous to my service. I get my keys back, open up my car, and there is a beautifully detailed vehicle. The one lost earring is in the cup holder. Amazing all around service.

So my right front bumper is wrecked, they charge me 2700 $ to fix, that’s extremely overpriced. So the next day I stop by a motor service in state college and they only charged me 175$ to repair the wreck and make it look brand new. Very dishonest people to deal with, never go to this place if you have other options.

Very friendly and efficient staff when getting bids for fender fix up. Ended up going with a competitor only because they were more convenient to my location.

Dont wanna bash on anybody, bit have to take my car back for the third time. First time, trim was falling off,second time, door wouldnt open or close properlyThird time, the door again, same one, and this time the window brokeAlso trim on side they repaired discolored compared to the original trim on the other side.
