Bought a whirlpool refrigerator for $2249.00 on 9/30/2020. Water and ice dispenser stopped working 2 weeks ago. Told not their problem as it is still under the manufacturer warranty. Service came said the door needs replaced. A replacement can take up to 2 months or longer. Unable to use either until then. Will have to buy water until then. Think before you buy whirlpool appliance.

I love shopping at Home Depot for many reasons. Personally I am always able to get a mobility scooter to use since my knees dont work so good. Its a good overall place for any home improvement jobs . And on line there is a surprising amount of things not in the store that can be delivered free to your store. Things you would not guess like a key board for your computer. Or a living room sofa. And Ive always found the staff very friendly and helpful.

This is a wonderful Home Depot except for one thing. The way they have it set up, you come in at one end of the store, but the only checkout is at the opposite end. So try to park somewhere between the two, because you wont be coming out the same door you went in, even if youre just going to the paint center, which is close to the regular entrance.

Travis is the best Pro Desk representative. He has shared some great ways to save $$. The Home Depot is fortunate to have him.

When i arrived they said that i could not get my VA discount on my order because i order it online. So i will start ordering my items online with Lowes because they give me my VS discount.

They sell floor lamps that are not broken. Big plus.

I had to buy filters for air conditioner one was 29.99 but if you buy 2 pack its 39. 99 plus tax.Air conditioner people charge 59.99.The person who comes to my house puts the one I have for free.Air and heater charges alot but everyplace is high now.

You know it isnt that this is a bad place but we were there with our young children and had to return some items we had left over from a project. Needless to say my daughter was attacked by yellow jackets at home depot and the manager on duty couldnt of cared less, probably didnt even make an incident report. This could if been a deadly mistake for them not having their property properly maintained. I thank God that she didnt go into anaphylactic shock. We went to the doctor and he ended up prescribing her a epipen. Shame on you home depot!

We have online ordering, and curbside pickup, as well as in-store shopping following all covid precautions, and the prices are just great!

Recently made a purchase like I always do and went to the front counter for assistance and Travis that was working behind the counter was not so helpful. I asked him twice if he could call someone to cut wood for me and he just sat there. I guess its nice to get paid while sitting on the job and not helping.

Bought a murray lawn mower needed a new blade went in to get one they didnt have any replacement of that style when I asked the guy working that section about it he said I dont know anything about Murrays try online then walked away over it going back to lowes

Its not a bad place to go but sometimes its hard to find a worker to help you.

Cant find what you are looking for. And the staff is just as elusive. The home depot isnt anything like it used to be 10-15 years ago. I dont see any reason to go back.

Twice in a week the item I needed was out of stock even though the website said they had plenty. Zero selection of everyday items like flashlights and other lighting. Mindless zombies working there couldnt be bothered to help out either.

This Home Depot has the best selection of houseplants out of all other local Home Depot stores. I travel for plants and appreciate the selection here.

Staff is very nice and always around to answer questions and help loading purchases.

First of all, if i could give zero stars i would. Went to buy a refrigerator, picked one out, asked the salesperson if they had it in stock, she informed me they do not stock any large refrigerators and it would be available on april 14th.Went to alton refrigeration just down the road, they had what i wanted in stock( what a concept), i bought it, spent just under 900 dallars, i dont understand how a business would not stock refrigerators if they sell them, when your refrigerator goes out you cant wait 12 days for a replacement. Terrible management. Im going to give alton refrigeration a 5 star review. Give alton refrigeration a chance before you waste your time at the box stores.

This store was nicely put together and plenty of staff around to help if needed.

While Home Depot did have the item that I needed, I was advised that it was only available online. Additionally, it was going to be delivered till as late as next Thursday.

Products are okay, however, the staff Im not sure how I feel. Either I am ignored/unacknowledged by all, lied to, or followed around as though Im robbing the place. Very uncomfortable in each occurrence. Use now as a Lowes backup plan.

It was fine. Not a big fan of the relocation of the cash registers and their sneeze guards from covid make them have to walk around to you to scan your items which makes the sneeze guards useless at that point. I got what I needed just fine and the staff are friendly and helpful they just dont make it easy.

Love home depot. I shop here multiple tines a week. Some days i will make 3+ trips in one day.

Waited about 20 minutes while a staff member paged another employee to the Christmas tree selection outside to assist me. While I waited I listened to staff over their paging system go back and forth about how it wasnt their job to page someone else. A manager even came outside to the tree area at one point to talk to a employee and the manager instructed someone to come and assist me, yet still I waited. When an employee finally came out to help me, I was greeted with them complaining to the original employee how they didnt want to assist me cause it wasnt there job. Then I had to help the employee carry the tree to the tree baler, and arrange it on the wooden platform and assist in loading it into the baler cause they were unable to. Finally get the tree home and setup, and within a week the tree is dry and the limbs barely support the ornaments. Very disappointed in the entire process of purchasing a Christmas tree from Home Depot.

We had a little trouble finding employees to help us when we needed to but otherwise its a pretty standard store that seemed a little better stocked than the one in my last town.

Finally got a very good experience at a big company

Awesome location with friendly professional staff willing and ready to help you find what you need. The store is conveniently located and easy to get to as well as organized and clean.

On and off okay, was aggravated when I asked associates for help today they told me they would get some one for me and never showed up. . . Other days I go in and find what I need, out of the big box retailers I handle this one the best, but really prefer shopping my local hardware stores as much as possible.

Easy to maneuver, lots of variety!Most of all its easy to locate help on any project ladies.

Its difficult to find people to help. I dont like self check outs when I have a large quantity or big items there is only ever 1 register open with an employee and the line is always backed up.

Tend to be out of milwaukee tool often, but helpfully and a nice store.

Guy in rental dept (carpet shampooer) was GREAT! Helpful, attentive, explained everything we needed to know and not the fluff that didnt apply to us!

I recently purchased a new water heater. Steve, the department expert was very helpful in helping me select the right water heater and parts. The next day I returned and a different gentleman helped me find parts and gave me some very useful advice pertaining to expansion tanks to prevent damage to the water heater and other appliances due to extreme water pressure in my system.Both gentlemen were very helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly. Yes, I plan to spend more time shopping at HomeDepot!Thank you!

Went there to get the flooring we ordered and it was damaged where they did not inspect it when it can in,then I asked when they could get a new order oh your flooring is out of stock and we don’t know when we can get it back in then I asked for a refund and we can not do that until tomorrow because the flooring lady is not in I said well I will get my refund that’s not right we’ll the assistant manager lawerence told me he was not going to talk to me or help me turned his back to me poor costumer service will get my refund and will never shop there again

Out of 11 items in the electrical department I needed they only had 2 in stock. Very disappointed !!

Depending on the management, you can get good service. The workers there are great. Very helpful and informative about things.

Like home depot because the organization and sales but the workers follow you like hound dogs. I dont prefer to be stalked because I have a big purse! Thats profiling but other than that has good sales and fast cashiers.

Had to get 5 gal. of paint today and went to Lowes first and couldnt find what I wanted. Then went to Home Depot. They were very knowledgeable and it took me no time to get in and out. Very happy with the service at the paint counter but check-out was very slow. Not that many people in line, but took forever, it seemed.

We were very well pleased with the help of Aaron in claiming a warranty on my sliding glass patio door. After contacting the manufacturer and going to Home Depot the whole process was very quick and simple. Aaron knew how to process the warranty and order a new panel. It only takes minutes. Which gave us more time to look at the beautiful fall flowers.

I LOVE HOME DEPOT BUT.......SHOPPING DURING THE DAYTIME AND SHOPPING AFTER 5P.M. ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE. LETS SAY DAYTIME SHOPPING HERE IS MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE. I DO LIKE THIS STORE A LITTLE BETTER THAN ITS COMPETITION. I do like the fact that they have a variety of products for all your hobbies.

With all this mess going on with COVID-19 they are spacing customers out appropriately and still servicing everyone in a timely manner. Also added pickup lockers so you dont have to go to customer service to pick up your order. In and out in seconds not minutes with this new system. Keep it even after this pandemic.
