If you havent gotten your appliances here, you should. The customer service is out of this world! I called about a malfunctioning fridge on Saturday, by Monday they came and looked at and it replaced it by Tuesday!!! I will now forever do business here

I recently had some back surgery so my wife and daughter went to Alton refrigeration to look for a lift chair. They had a sales lady whose name is Peggy who took care of them. The chair had some issues but they had their repair man here asap. After one month they came and brought a brand new one to me. Very happy with my new chair and their unbelievable service.

Went to home depot to buy a refrigerator, picked one out, was informed by a salesperson they do not stock any refrigerators, wow. Decided to go to alton refrigeration, they had what i wanted in stock, i bought it, the whole staff was great, the process was handled very professionally, i will never waste my time going to the box stores for anything other than a nail or board.

Always had amazing service from here. The Gentleman that took care of us Brian Davis was very easy to work with and knowledgeable without being pushy which is a always a plus. Will definitely recommend my friends and family. Thanks again

Kyle their repairman is really honest and awesome at what he does. Ken and Brian have always been helpful over the years. The young lady who answers the phone always know the answers or knows where to get them.

We worked with Paula and she was great! We had our 7 week old baby with us and the whole store was very accommodating and loved seeing a baby in the store. Our furniture buying experience was top notch! We were in and out with what we wanted in an hour. Paula answered all of our questions and was able to get us everything we wanted in the right color for the right price. I was surprised by how much inventory they had to pick from. They offer 0% financing for 12 months and our delivery fee was only $80, you can’t beat that. We will definitely be back!

My fiancé and I had a very awkward experience at this store. We were in town searching for furniture for a relative and as we walked in maybe 10 individuals, staff, customers, and a dog, stared us down. He was immediately uncomfortable and wanted to leave and I said no. We stayed in the store about 10 minutes without anyone assisting us or asking if we needed help. After awhile we decided to leave because we were uncomfortable. There were many customers in the store being helped, but not us. And about 2 staff sitting at their desks staring at us.

My fridge went out on a Sunday. These guys were closed, but came in to bring me a fridge! They were cheaper than the big box stores. And you cant beat the service! They are my go to store for appliances in the future!

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales person. When we told of our problems with washing machines, he talked about all the brands. Our last machine only lasted 3 years, the one before was 5 years. We will always be their costumers from now on. They do all their on servicing on their products. We went with Speed Queen, a more expensive machine, service life is 20 years!

A great local store for home furnishings and major appliances and televisions. Family owned and operated and an asset to the Alton community. I have done business with them many times over the past 15 years and have always been treated honestly and fairly. Its great to work with a company that truly appreciates your business.

We just ordered an entire kitchen set. It wont arrive until tomorrow, but the staff was extremely helpful to us. They showed us around for approx 30-40 mins when we had toddlers in tow and looked up prices for us. They also service the appliances they sell which is a huge selling point.
