Lane Bryant in Tualatin is my go-to womens clothing store. It always has a great selection & the women that work there are always helpful & friendly.

So, I have shopped at Lane Bryant for years, and I have had many issues.1. No one has sized me properly. I have gone in 20 some odd times and gotten sized and resized again and again, and didnt find my actual size until I learned to do it myself. Which was incredibly silly to me.2. I have bought over 500 dollars worth of bras trying to find the right one, and ended up making a credit card so I could afford them.3. Every bra I have bought has been extremely painful except one.I bought a single lightly lined balconette bra, with underwire for support, and a gel channel for comfort and wide comfort straps. I had worn this one bra for two years, it was so comfortable, I didnt get deep red marks and forgot I was wearing it, and when it started dying, I went to lane bryant a year ago with hopes of finding another. But, they discontinued it. Now, the only gel channel bras there, dont have underwire, which keeps my breats in place. I wear and H cup, so the underwire is essential so I dont have to constantly part my breats from one another, and tuck them back in the bra when they try to run away. In a full coverage bra no less. And here I am, 3 years later, desperately hoping they recontinued the line, so I could buy a much needed new bra, as the old one has become lose, only to find that, no, they arent making them.I have never had a single bra in my life this comfortable, and I honestly feel like sobbing at this point, because I have to choose between being in pain for my 12 hour work shifts, or trying to fix the bra I have cause there is no replacement.And, for reference, there was only one of these bras in my size there, and I dont typically buy more than one due to thinking it will work, and then not being able to wear it long term.And my question is, why? I loved it. Others seemed to have loved it. Was there something faulty? Was there a reason? I am desperate. I would buy these constantly. Every color or pattern you made. Please, can anything be done? I cant be the only person to have bought, loved and lossed this type of bra you made.

Ive been here several times now and have always had a good experience. While most of the time I find their clothes too expensive, theyve been having a lot of great sales since reopening (after Covid19), so take advantage while it lasts!

Very helpful and friendly! Even when they didnt have the item I wanted in stock, they made sure I knew how to find it and gave me an idea of when it would be in stock next.

Justbleft the store and these girls were ON POINT! Im here from the coast for a 2 day conference and forgot my blouses, I was NOT prepared to spend money on blouses I really dont need. These girls helped me pick out 2 that are so cute and I only spent $44!!!!Thank you so much ladies!

This is a baby sitter for my wife. I get to go walk around, get a cup of coffee, etc. While shes in there for there hours. Just make the wife happy, you can always work a second job to pay the lb card off.

You know they are so EXSPENSIVE. Like because some of us are full figured we are wealthy!. Really??!!.

My 16 year old daughter and I had excellent customer service yesterday at Lane Bryant/Cacique yesterday. Employee Lauren truly listened when we explained our frustrations of shopping elsewhere earlier in the day. She brought my daughter a variety of bras to try on and then kept listening to the feedback we gave her until the perfect one was found! Since they only had a bright pink one with black lace in the store, she went online for us and found colors in the same style and fabric. Lane Bryant then gives you the same sale price as in the store and ships your items to your home for free.It is so wonderful that Cacique carries bras for plus sized women with a small cup size.Thank you, Lauren, for such a positive experience for my daughter and me. We left the store feeling satisfied and pleased. YOU ARE AWESOME!

Pretty good selection of items, however I would have really liked to have seen a bigger variety of different dresses. I was hoping not to have to shop elsewhere but it looks like that will not be the case.
