This place is great! They always answer grit phone line, are courteous, and efficient. I’ve come to them several times with charging port issues due to gunk in the port. They fix it so quick. Highly recommend!

I came to this shop to get my screen fixed. They replaced my screen but then a few days later I tried taking a picture and I noticed that the front camera was blurry. I went back and they explained that someone scratched my camera while repairing the screen. I had to wait a week for them to order a new camera piece. They replaced the camera piece but then I noticed that my Face ID and portrait mode did not recognize my face. I can’t use the feature or take pictures on that mode anymore. They failed to mention to me that my Face ID wouldn’t work anymore unless I got it replaced directly from Apple. They told me I would have to go to Apple to get the camera fixed. This means I would have to pay even more money elsewhere for an issue they caused. My camera was perfectly fine before. Why should I have to go pay more money??? I just paid them $128. Unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this shop.

I had such a great experience. The tech fixed my iPhone screen at no time, it only took 20 minutes and he was honest about what it had. Did not overcharged.

I would had given it as much as 5 stars for the fairly good job they did for fixing the screen on my iPhone but because the young tech guy asked for my password when I dropped off my phone to get fixed I am only giving it 3 stars. I found that very disturbing for him to ask for my password before working on it, when I asked why, he said it was so that he could unlock it and make sure it was working correctly after fixing it. Only a dummy would had giving their password to a stranger not knowing what they are doing with it behind walls while “fixing” it. They are lucky I still gave them my business, I should had walked away. So what I did was to unlock it myself after he finished working on it so that we could see if it was working correctly.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but because I had two bad experiences, I will. The first time I used their service everything was fine until it was time to pick up my phone. I was never acknowledged. A customer was before me explaining some elaborate story about his phone being hacked and both employees stood there with him while I patiently waited. I just needed to pick up my phone so one employee should have excused himself to assist. Instead they both stood there for over 20 min listening to this wild story from the customer. I finally interjected saying I needed to go, I’m going to be late and the employee brought my phone out. Now two weeks later the glass over the camera is broken again. I have not dropped my phone and barely have used it yet it’s broken. I called the store and they said it’s not under warranty. I will not pay another 80 something dollars to fix something they should have fixed. Whatever glass they used to replace mine was cheap and not done correctly. I am shocked they are saying it’s not under warranty, it’s only been two weeks! I will not be returning.

First of all I called in ahead of time. I drove there and I was promptly greeted by a very nice young man. He was very professional. He advised me of the charges ahead of time and advised me and my daughter that the repairs to my daughters phone would take about an hour. We went to the mall across the street for a while and when we came back all was done and done well. I would highly recommend this place. From now on I will never go anywhere else for our phone and tablet repairs.

Was told, with covid delays, 10-14 business days. 50 days later, its finally done. During the 50 days, they lost my order multiple times, couldnt confirm my payment, gave multiple reasons as to the delay, would barely respond to requests for updates, and overall just offered the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.I would pay a different repair shop $100 more than I paid here to not deal with this sham of a business.Repair work was fine, but the staff and service are the worst.DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have had my daughter’s phone repaired twice in the past three months. In both instances, the technicians were extremely responsive and my phone was fixed within just a couple of hours. Having a teenager without access to her phone for any period of time is traumatic, and they made my days just a little bit easier.

Weve taken several devices to be repaired here with positive outcomes, so this experience is taking me by surprise. I ordered laptop speakers from this location on Jan 12. I was told they would arrive in 2 weeks. Over the past 7 weeks I have called to check on the status and am repeatedly told the speakers are delayed but should be there in a few days. Today when I was told once again that they are not there yet, I decided to cancel the order. I was told by Nate that my deposit is non-refundable. So not only do I not have the item that I ordered, but they wont give me my deposit back even though they have not provided my item/service that I ordered 7 weeks ago.

I have never written a negative review for anything, in my life. But this company has had my laptop since April 2020 and its now January 2021. The communication was months between and only after I sought it out, there was no information coming on their end. When I finally got someone on the phone they said they needed to order another part and it would be shipped out the next week. Another month went by. I still dont have my laptop. Now they want me to pay for the extra part before shipping it which is ludicrous. If they wanted a good forgiving customer that wouldnt come write a review online, they would comp the extra fee and have it to me tomorrow. Unfortunately that hasnt happened, leading me here. I hope for their sake my experience isnt the norm. I was referred by a friend and I have a VERY prominent social media following which could be to their detriment but I have held off posting there hoping they would turn it around. Still waiting . . . . 9 months later! I work online and this is just stupid at this point. I get that things have been slow and crazy, but 9 months???If I could choose negative stars, I would. Can I sue for lost income? SHEESH.

The service is awful. Two months I took my laptop here. I gave them a deposit to fix my laptop. Still no answer. You call and they don’t give you and answer. Waiting for the parts. And when you ask for your money. Deposit no refundable. They are rude. Don’t ever give them your money. I read reviews and other to other people they did the same. Looks that they just stole your money.

I brought my galaxy a50 into the store for repair. I know its not an s20 but it was a month old and 300 new. It got a little wet at the beach and it would not charge and eventually died. Told them what happened and was told I would get a diagnosis in 24-48 hours. 6 days later I finally walked in asking about my phone and was told it was not worth fixing and could not be fixed because the motherboard may have been damaged. Took it over to batteries plus and was told the battery needed to be replaced because the connection got wet so a new battery was ordered. Same day phone was repaired holds charge and has been fine for almost 2 weeks. Not sure why I was given the run around but after my experience I do not recommend this place. Go to batteries plus!

When I brought in my iPhone6 it was in sad shape with an old battery, broken home button, and malfunctioning speaker. Justin was able to get me back up a running quickly and at a reasonable price. I am very happy with service. Thanks for keeping my phone alive!

I took my IPad in for a screen replacement. They marred the surface of the LCD screen and broke the home button ribbon. They will fix the home button but not the LCD screen. It will take them upwards of two weeks to get the home button in to do the repair. I opted for a refund. That will take upwards of four weeks. I called the corporate office. They only have one person, a receptionist there to answer complaints. She tried to tell me a would get a call within 48 hours from the store manager who I had just spoken to in person. I asked to get a call from someone at the corporate office. She said a Regional manager would call me. Given the small number of stores they have, I am doubtful of the existence of a regional manager. Essentially I was charged $117 to get my IPad damaged beyond its value

Angel really help me with my phone repair. I got to the store close to closing. I was freaking out, because I needed my phone for an urgent matter. Angel was very kind and helpful. He was able to fix my problem quickly. I appreciates his help very much.I will definitely be a returning customer.

They fixed my screen, no problem. Fair price I guess. DO NOT RECOMMEND! As I was giving my information while turning in my iPhone, the cashier threw in that he also needed my PIN! I asked why he wanted my PIN and told him there’s no reason why that should be asked for, he replied saying that they need access to “my cameras to see if they work properly”! I told him that almost 100% of new phones, the cameras are accessible without a PIN! Every apple product owner knows this!!! CREEPY AND UNPROFESSIONAL! He was absolutely not trying to get my PIN for camera access...only reason I got my phone fixed there is because I was on a time crunch and only had that business available, sadly.

Because of the pandemic and because of management issues I was left hanging for months on end but thats fine I understand that when they finally did get reopen and they were able to deal with my phone it was quick professional and also reasonably priced I will be returning here to get my other phone fixed

Nate: Super responsive. Service above and beyond. I was expecting to drop off my non-working computer for a three business day turn-around as I was told by Nate when I called iFixYouri. During the check-in of my computer Nate unexpectedly said, let me try a couple things, while I am checking you in. He got it to open. Nate said, diagnostic is free and your charge is $0. I took the computer home working. Thanks Nate, you far exceeded my expectation and made a return customer for my IT needs.

They dont advertise the fact that iPhones have priority over other devices. I brought in my Surface Book in for repair (cracked screen replacement) + paid deposit on Sep 14th. It was finally fixed on Oct 16th. Angel (manager) had horrible customer service. He didnt care at all + said all he could do is take $25 off....

No stars!! Please avoid this place of business. They are stealing peoples money. They screen your phone calls and will not refund you for work not completed. Avoid at all cost! I lost five months of my life and time dealing with this company. They will not return your calls and your items will not work the same afterwards. I tried getting a refund and I cant get anyone to return my call. Please avoid this company! Ive consider legal action and reporting them to BBB. Its May 7 2020 and I gave my items in January, tell me something is not wrong with this picture. This place is a mess! There is a reason the wall is up when you walk in. Its chaos and corruption!! The district manager does return calls and the former employee tried hitting on my wife!

Although it wouldnt have made much sense to charge for it, it still shows a good sense of character and business and I would recommend this place to anyone. Came in and was experiencing issues with my laptop. Jeff looked it over at the counter and helped me see that there was no issues with the memory of the device. He was very polite and gave me great advice definitely recommend this place to anyone that is having computer issues. There was no charge for the diagnostics. I had broken my glass on my Apple Watch ⌚️. So I bought it in and told them what happened. I new that I would have to leave it for them to fix it witch was ok. Can I tell you they were so helpful and nice to me that if I ever have something that needs fixing I will go back to them again.

I was so impressed with them. They told me it was going to take 30-45 minutes and it too maybe 25 minutes to fix my cracked screen. I was so impressed and the service was so great. Definitely going again it need be.

Got my I-phone X glass replaced today ; JUST GLASS NOT THE LCD ; and when I got my phone back the screen was so dark you could barely see it at 100% brightness, I had to bring the phone back and the tech re did it and now not only is it the exact same but the entire left side is lifted up higher than the bottom left and the touch is having issues. They charged me $279 which is the SAME AMOUNT I could have paid at APPLE for a screen that works correctly. WORST EXPERIENCE.

Ray, the manager at this location is exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. He won’t steal your money and will help you find options that work for you. I recommend them to anyone, started out taking an iPhone 4 to them years ago and still going to them for my iPhone and MacBook Air.

It has been a year or so. Brought my laptop there to fix the blue screen problem. They fixed it but the problem came back. Brought it back there. They fixed it again. A staff member said oh be careful, the charge port is loose. So I said thanks without a thought that it might have been damaged by them. Went home, as plugging the charger, it sparkled fire at the charge port. The charge port was ruined. It was fine when I brought it there. I blamed them for making my old laptop from bad to ruined.

I was having to recharge my phone 3-4 times a day. Instead of going to my provider, whose recommendation would be a new phone, a friend told me about iFixYouri. And they did!

I had called this establishment for a quote about 4 months ago and talked to a guy who was very nice, and said it was $160 to get my IPhone XR screen repaired. I went in today to get it fixed and they asked me if I got a quote. I said “yeah I called a couple months back and it was $160.” The guy at the counter said “there’s no one in town who can fix it for $160 and that he could do it for $219” I kindly asked for my phone back, to forget it. He said “ok.” I went down the street to another establishment well known and got it replaced within 40 minutes for only $160. The guy who helped fix my phone said that $219 was a terrible price especially for an XR screen replacement.

Shady, inexperienced, and corporate is FAKE literally no one cares about you and I guarantee special parts orders still take 12297364 million years longer than they initially quote. Other than Jose i can PROMISE no tech at any location is the least bit qualified to even give an honest or accurate quote let alone operate on your expensive device. The CEO has poor judgment and makes false promises as well. Ask for Jose ONLY if you choose these fools in the Orlando area. Other than that the entire company is made up of overpaid corporate staff and underpaid technicians (calling them technicians is CHARITY)....There must be a reason every Orlando location has a help wanted sign sadly they just need actual help but dont want to pay it to non-yes men who know what they are doing.

I attemped to fix my phone myself ended up frying the battery and getting stuck. I basically brought a bunch of pieces they replaced what I damaged and put the phone back together in like 15 min I waited in the lobby. I was gonna have to pay for a new phone these guys really saved my day. Very friendly service as well some really cool people. Thank you again.

The guys at this location provided me with excellent customer service. They were very detailed with explaining what the problem was with my computer. They didn’t charge me because they said it was something minor. I will be sure to revisit them he next time I have an issue with my electronics.

I have taken several machines here over the past few years. Macs and PCs. Machines they couldnt fix they never charged me. The ones they were able to fix they did a superb job. I will definitely keep using them.

I dropped my phone partially in water and the screen was believed to not work anymore, i was told it would be 112$ to fix for a new screen, after throwing it in the dehydrator my original screen worked again and I was given it free of charge. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM!!!! I accidentally dropped my phone and the screen cracked resulting in me not being able to use my iPhone. I have to say Nick is one of the most genuine and honest people Ive ever dealt with in a business like this. A friend of mine went to this store and highly suggested them. My phone wouldnt charge and for most people in this line of work they just rip you off and throw in a battery port. Nick cleaned all the lint inside of my phone in about 4 minutes and saved me time and money. I dont think Ive ever left a google review before. I highly suggest this place. Apple usually charges you for a phone swap unless you have insurance. Most of the problems are minor. I dont think I was in this store for 10 min before not only my problem was pointed out to me but also handled. Seriously .. Thank you guys

My iPhone was having trouble charging and being not really experienced with hardware I called around for prices in fixing it. Everyone else said like 70-80$ to fix. Sterling from this store actually thought outside the most expensive price and helped me realize that the inside was packed with dust not allowed. I wasn’t charged at all and it was charging like normal. Thank you Sterling for finding the easy solution to the problem and saving me money. Any issues I’m coming to this place.

I had my phone fixed from this company. My iPhone was on my desk I dropped the phone we a wen to grab it so we are talking less than a foot. from floor phone has a case on at as well as a tempered glass. phone fell on its back on the case side and the glass know has two hairline cracks on it.I called them and you dont get to talk to the store its just a support line. After explaining what happen the person told me its glass thats what happens to glass as if she was talking to a child. And as we all know yes GLASS CRACKS this should have not happen the way it fell. How many times have you dropped our iPhone with the original glass before it actually brakes? unless it’s a big drop and everyone I have known that has had their glass replaced from some of these different kinds of places have had their glass replaced again because they tend to break easily. I know this because it has happened to my daughter twice, she has compline to me about how easy they break and I just thought it was her. My first time replacing an iPhone glass and I’m not a teenager I’m 56 old men that takes care of his stuff. I got off the phone with that rude customer service agent. Needless to say, they use cheap aftermarket glass thats the reason the crack so easily its much thinner. I found this out by calling one of our local BEST BUYS to see what they would charge and found out that not only is it almost the same price I paid these guys but BEST BUY IS AN AUTHORIZED IPHONE REPAIR FACILITY. THE BIG THING WITH THM THEY CAN NOT PUT AFTERMARKET PARTS YOU GET OE PARTS. Have I known that my phone would have probably be fine stay away BEST BUY’S are everywhere her in FL.? YOU HAVE BEEN WORN Needless to say you know who is going to fix me iPhone I will pass this information to anyone I now run into with a broken screen.
