The main store to shop at for food! Their conveyance is speedy; the food is completely ready and shows up on schedule, for the most part inside a little while. It was an exceptionally compensating feeling coming from them. This shop comes enthusiastically suggested from me.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. $20 here takes you a long way. If you see an item don’t hesitate to buy since it may not be there the next time you visit. I’ve been to all the Grocery Outlet’s in the area and this Altadena locations takes the cake. It’s always clean and if there weren’t already deals, most of the time, they have a table with clearance items. My only recommendation is to double check expiration dates. You would think a place with such great deals would have a line out the door. I have never waited longer than 1 minute to check out. Speedy and efficient customer service. I can’t emphasize how much I love this place.

Grocery Outlet on Lake Ave in Altadena/Pasadena, CA allowed a Benefit to be held in their parking lot. The benefit was held for a family that recently lost their home to a fire. There were 5 food trucks selling a variety of food. The John Muir HS Band played for about 45 mins - 1 hr. A good time was had by all. Thankful for the large turnout.

I drive 30 minutes to and back to buy from this place crazy insane deals and allot of foods you cant get anywhere else or find together at any certain store but this place does it. Owners of this store I want you to know I have the upmost respect for you just from the prices and types of healthy foods I find here i can tell youre deeply conscious and as well deeply considerate and selfless with your fellow man. I have never had a store in my life where I said wow I want to come back here and I finally found one. Even food 4 less more like food 4 more.

Im here like every other day. Love this place!

So this place was no where near the closest Grocery Outlet to where I live, but it will be the one we come back to time and time again. Why? They have a HUGE gluten free/ health food area (something thats hard to find for gf people who cant frequent Sprouts). I cant have gluten because if migraines and I was able to get delicious cookies, roasted peeled chestnuts, and other snack items that wont trigger my migraines! They also have a little better selection on salmon than the others Ive been to.

First time at any of there location and I gotta say pretty cool!! Great wine prices. Actually insanely low wine prices. You get mostly the basic sales papers prices for the most sought. However, there are about 20 products you can have incredible savings on with coupons. Basic free savings. And that was just a few minutes roaming it. Try it out.

Love having this as my walk-to neighborhood market. Best prices on eggs, milk, tortillas, fruit and veg. Staff are warm and helpful. Sanitation station at front door and spacious aisles feel healthy.

Clean and fresh grocery store. There are stuff you can find here that you would think you can only buy online. Prices are lower than regular grocery store (although there are a few items that are a bit expensive by the cent). Youll get good savings if you know the prices in other stores.

Love love this grocery store. Ever since I heard they were going to open this one near my house I was absolutely thrilled because I did not have to drive to the other locations that are very far for me. This grocery store has a lot of good prices and awesome products at a very good price. You will find a lot of organic foods too. You never know what new things you will find each week. This is my go to grocery store for sure. This store is like a little gem. The workers here are always so nice. I’ve been coming to this store every since they opened and I’ve never had a problem. I really love this place. It has a great selection of products at low, low prices. I get some of my dog food and treats here at less than half the cost they would be in grocery and pet stores. The food items that they sell are also less expensive than most other stores. Definitely worth a visit.

This is my favorite Grocery Outlet. It wasnt hard to find what I needed. The two guys who helped me check out were super nice and waited while I ran and got something forgotten. Definitely recommend!

Its ok if this is all you have to go to or you dont need a whole lot of things. I do have to laugh though when I look at the receipt and it says how much money I saved with them. I have another market I go to that its normal prices are 20 to 30 percent cheaper than Grocery Outlet. Even Aldis is cheaper than Grocery Outlet. I think this store is more like a last resort store.

The Altadena Grocery Outlet has the most incredible owners and management team. I find EVERYTHING I need and then find so many extra high end grocery items at unbelievable prices. Im SOLD!

Great prices. Selection varies but you should expect that from an outlet. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. They listen to their customers and will add requested items to their inventory if possible.

This is my favorite GO because the staff is friendly, its well stocked but not overwhelming like some other stores (GO) and I have mostly been lucky. They have a lot of products we love for a fraction of the cost which is awesome because we like to buy organic and need to buy gluten free. Sometimes I go in there looking for specific things and they usually have it, like Kombucha, however they may not have the exact brand Im looking for but thats OK. Love this place and I love that when the mask order went into affect they said something at the door.

Great staff, great prices and great things being done for the community. Love going to see the new deals they offer. Sometimes it feel like a mini FedCo..(you can tell Im old) you can find more than just food. Great deals on home goods and little hidden gems. Recommend to anyone

Grocery outlet is basically like the 99 cents store is now: Cheap prices, the occasional good deal, non-brand essentials and just remember to check the expiration date.

Calm and quiet...i enjoy the music that they play..classic songs from the 80s and before then. Customer service is good. You feel like you have been shopping there for years. In terms of the items...fresh as fresh can be and top quality. My only little beef with the store is about their milk...expires a week before the actual date. Maybe thats me and my fridge..but..im sticking with almond. Sure its a bit more expensive but hey..lasts longer.

Its always a guessing game of whats in store today. Im fond of adventures, but not when Im grocery shopping. It seems like the content of the store is whatever palate of stuff fell out of a random truck. Why bother with this place when theres a perfectly good, consistent, reliable Aldi next door.

This is my go to store and i love the low prices and selection. however, i’ve had multiple experiences in which the price advertised is not the same as the price it’s being rung up as. last time, the blond cashier refused to honor the price advertised, saying there’s nothing she can do. terrible customer service and it’s actually illegal for a store not to charge you the advertised price.

Clean store, great prices & plenty of parking. There are great weekly ads but if you sign up for email notifications, there are DAILY special prices making your marketing experience even better!

You can find some items (a lot of unfamiliar brands maybe?) at a lower cost. But, theres no atmosphere and very few customers around on every visit. It only has one entrance/exit and theres always plenty of parking.

This store doesnt have as much variety as the one on Huntington and Rosemead. I got scammed by a Salesman inside selling a subscription to the Pasadena Star-News. He was dishonest. Also, this store never did carry the mushroom Vietnamese pho. Other than that, its a good store...

This store is the worst!The one in Duarte totally Rocks!The customer service is horrible and the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. It’s worth driving elsewhere to shop. Can’t believe they moved Ralph’s for this poor excuse for a store. The manager is rude and not helpful.If no star was an option I would have selected zero stars.....
