The manager, Ben, is terrific. He was very professional each time Ive gone there for work. Hes explained what needed to be fixed, what was wrong, how to prolong the life of the car, and he offered great advice. A lot of mechanics try to screw with people,especially women, but hes always been honest and straightforward (Ive checked). The work has always been top-notch. Highly recommended!
Service King staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kept me informed about the repairs as well as when my car would be ready. They made me feel like I was very important and the repairs to my car was their main concern. I feel very good about referring people to Service King for repairs to their automobiles. My 3yr old car was rear ended and Service king said the car would be ready several days later, so I dropped off my rental car and got a ride to the shop. Upon inspection of the finished vehicle I myself saw that the repair was not complete. Car was missing 4 plastic rivets on the interior, the logo of the car was glued back together then placed back on the tailgate. The tailgate was painted and there were obvious runs in the paint that were left to dry and put on the car. Really? The screws for the taillights were 4 silver screws holding them in. I got back 2 silver, one black, one rust. The headliner had grease prints and excess body shavings. The side molding had grease prints on it as well. I waited an additional 40 mins so they could put some other plastic rivets on the car (not correct ones). The bumper is bowed and does not line up with the tailgate like it did before. I lifted the hatch and there is water on the inside of the rubber seal after they washed it, so now water will get into the car whenever its wet. Theres over-spray on the INSIDE of the car where the seats fold down! So ya, Id go somewhere else, the service writer kept saying to me, lifetime warranty, bring it back and well take care of it but I already did and waited even longer when I was there and this is their finished product. I dont want them touching my car anymore as they obviously cant repair well. I want a partial refund, for my partially fixed car.

From start to finish they were very friendly. They explained the process of what they were going to do to my car, which explained why it was going to cost the amount I paid. It was all worry free and the work they did was awesome. And guaranteed for life.
I dont know how good their work is because I never saw anyone. I scheduled an appointment for 7:30am and arrived 5 minutes early. No one was there and after waiting 30 minutes still no one showed.
Sadly to say Ive had to deal with service king on two occasions..but the service is top notch!! From intake to recovering my vehicles I was always kept in the loop!!

The worst place to get your car fixed
I had to get my car fixed after a accident I was taken care of but It did take them a month to complete the job. Pretty good experience. The lady that helped was really nice.

Took my car for repair here because this was the closest place to me. Worst experience of my life. They did a decent job on the paint job but the car was never aligned. On top of that it took them an additional 10 days to repair my car because they messed up the camera on my vehicle. At the time, I was renting a vehicle that my insurance covered for the time being. On the last day if my car rental, my car was suppose to be fix. That’s when they told me my car would have to be in the shop for 10 days. I spoke with the gentleman who went by the name of “Q” who stated it would take longer because of a “faulty camera”. My car was brand new with under 500 miles user so I know my camera wasn’t faulty. I explained to them my insurance only covers a certain amount of days and I would have to pay extra. Q said don’t worry about it and stated they would cover for the rental fee and he would call right away and let them know they Weill take care of the bill. After the 10 days I FINALLY received my car and I checked that my credit card was billed the extra 10 days of rental. I spoke with The manager “Jesse” who stated they will not cover for the late days (even though it was there fault) even though they said they would.Jesse and Q are liars and very unprofessional they gave me the run around and promise to call me back with updates about my vehicle. They never called me back and avoided my phone calls. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you feel like getting ripped off and lied to, I highly recommended those two idiots. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS. I called my credit card company and told them it was unauthorized transactions that occurred and thankfully they took care of it.
I went in today (during the lunch hour) and asked for an estimate related to scratches on my rear bumper. Upon seeing the damage the service rep. had me back up to the work area where one of the employees proceeded to buff out the scratches and I was not charged for the service. This is great example of professional courtesy and exceptional customer service. To all the staff at Service King, your efforts today were greatly appreciated, THANK YOU!!
I had a fantastic experience with Service Kings of Alsip. Turned my vehicle in on a Monday and had it completely finished by that Sat, my vehicle was cleaned as well. I would highly recommend using the company they wont let you down.
Front end of my car was damaged due to an accident and I found the workmanship and professionalism of this company to be outstanding. I am totally pleased with the work, my car looks like new and they had the work done before time. Kudos to this establishment!
Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company service based upon an insurance claim. Horrible communication and didn’t complete their job throughly. First time In my life I was unhappy with an insurance claim. We were told to pick up our vehicle and upon arrival and was told there was a mechanical issue! No call in advance, they sent me wife out with our vehicle That stopped more than 10 times on the way home. The car never had an issue previously before we took it this shop. Below average service and will not be recommending this place to anyone.
Took my car in after an accident. Decided to use this shop because it was the closest to my house. Spoke with Roy over the phone and got arrangements to drop off the car. After receiving the car Roy gives me and estimate and an estimated completion date of 2 MONTHS!! I didnt want to deal with towing my car to another shop so I decided to get the work done there. 2 Months go by and my car wasnt even half way done. Not until almost 4 months later was my car done. It was front end passenger damage. Look at the estimate and a few things that were charged to the insurance company werent even replaced. This place is absolutely horrible. Never again will I bring any more cars for service here nor would I recommend it to anyone.
Repairs took a month, but service was good. Kept me up to date with everythong.

Just walked out of the shop getting an estimate for Allstate, the GM did it and missed a rim that was damaged, I had to remind him to redo it. A 2017 car and they wanted to paint the bumper and not get a new one? That must be a joke. I expect a phone call for a professionally done estimate. Unreal

Vehicle sat for 8 days becasue they claim they were waiting for an allstate adjuster to come out. This is supposed to be a ‘preferred shop’ and Allstate shouldn’t have to send a field adjuster. Once we finally did get this unnecessary field assignment (which took 2 more days) they decided they couldn’t do the work at Alsip and wanted to take it to Blue Island. I declined but they towed the car there anyway against my wishes. Allstate will now be towing it to a new shop of my choosing. After seeing their ‘visual’ estimate I no longer trusted them. My vehicle was rear ended on the highway at 70mph while we were stopped. I can see a whole lot more damage than the bumper and exhaust with my ‘vision’ yet none of it’s on the estimate??? They will claim that I told them not to order parts. That’s true because what is the point of ordering parts if the frame is bent-it will be a total loss. It needs to be broken down and laxer measured....they will claim that’s why they needed Allstate to come out and sign off. Allstate rep said that’s absolutely untrue. I’m sure they’ll be getting an earful from Allstate also after this debacle. I wouldn’t bring my 16 year old Chevy there to get a tire fixed. Vehicle either should’ve been almost fixed by now or I should have a check in my hand for a total loss....4/1 car was dropped off here....today it’s 4/11 and nothing still

The front desk employess are nice.....but whoever works in the shop part cant speak on them.....because my car came in for a dent for $842 and now the shop created more problems and costing service king
Andre is a degenerate inconsiderate scammer. After a collision I took my Infiniti to get serviced at this location. A week goes by and I keep getting the run around about an estimate sent to my insurance. I finally speak with andre on the phone and he said verbatim I dont want to work on your car. He then sent a bogus $12k estimate, my insurance claims vehicle as total loss and now I have no transportation. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST.

Agree with the previous review Roy is very rude took an older car there that got hit to get an estimate. I tell him the make and year and he says normally dont work on cars that old it was a 94 clean body other then where it had gotten hit. Told me a price said if I could get a written estimate said oh I normally dont do that so told him then tell me who will and Ill give them my money. Very rude and ignorant lost me and my family as customers also they have a habit of scratching cars and breaking molding by the windows
