I had a very fortunate and pleasant experience working with salesman Tyler Kennedy at Lynch. I was looking to purchase a used rollback tow truck, but with the chip shortage in the automobile industry, quality used models are in very short supply. After calling countless dealers and not being able to find anything of quality at a decent price, Tyler was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He was industrious and proactive in finding the right fit for my needs, and was responsive to my requests for information. I am very satisfied with my interactions with Tyler and would recommend him without reservation.

Ive Known Robert and Fred, in sales, for Multiple years now and Ive never felt more of a stranger to this company than I do now! I had a bad experience earlier this year with them on one of my trucks by getting the run around. A few months have past now and they have another unit (Tow truck) for sale of which I spoke with a different Sales Rep about pricing and availability via phone. This rep had to get the sell price from Robert (Sales Manager) of which he then called me back with a number. I went to lynch to test driver this truck and afterwards Fred and Robert gave me a price of $11,000 higher than the other Sales rep price. They then scrambled, when I told them about the price I was quoted by other sales rep, so they called that rep to make sure it was a real quote of which that sales rep confirmed it was. They then came back up to me, mind you it was extremely awkward, and said that they needed to get more than what I was quoted but because I was told that number they would honor it. SMH what a way of making someone feel like you care about their business.

Nick Neelson went above and beyond his job as a salesman. I ordered a 2020 International truck in August, expecting to get it before the winter months. The truck was supposed to be built and ready the first week of October, because of the General Motors strike, no trucks were produced for 2 months while they were on strike. Now its the middle of December and winter is here. Instead of waiting the 4 week period for them to ship the truck to Lynch, Nick found out the truck was ready and on his day off volunteered to drive me down to Ohio 365 miles away to pick up the truck. Cant thank you enough Nick, much appreciated.

I met with Robert and his team on November 20th, 2020, not sure if I wanted new or used, wrecker, or rollback. Robert took the time to go thru the pros and cons of both types of trucks, and it was a no brainer to go new. I ordered a 2021 International MV, 21, 102 wide steel bed, with wheel lift. It was ready about 3 weeks later. They had awesome financing available, however we choose to use our own bank financing. I have had a a few questions, parts and service, were able to help a newbie tower. I would highly recommend Lynch Chicago for all your tow trucks, parts and accessories.

Super towing store

Bought a truck on valentines day, got a 7 day sticker while waiting for plates. Cant tow with the sticker. Today my sticker expires. Nick, the salesman hasnt returned any calls or texts since Saturday when he met me to give me a wireless remote for the truck. I spoke with someone in the office that is going to get the plates and she knew that I was coming out to meet her and get the plates. Nick would have known this too had he at least looked at his phone at some point.When I arrived there, I parked the truck out front and went in to let them know I was there and willing to wait until they got the plates. Someone else noticed the truck and asked nick if that was the truck he just sold sitting out front. Then, nick responds by asking if someone could go out there and let that psycho know his plates arent in. That psycho being meWhen I stood up and pointed out that that psycho was right here, he could tell me himself, his face got red and he tried to clean it up. He then took me back to show me that the lady going to get my plates was still there. When I walked outside to smoke so I didnt blow up on him, being a psycho and all, he came out and apologized. Im positive he is sorry that I heard him calling me names. Im sure that hasnt been the only time, and it is completely unacceptable. I have heard this man talk about other people like this as well and he should not be in any type of customer relations business if he cant control his mouth.Very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful.This review is not for all of lynch, just Nick.

I’ve been going to lynch In Chicago and Wisconsin to buy and repair or maintenance my trucks for over 12 years . I have never had any returns or problems on there new truck builds or repairs and maintenance . These guys are just plain awsome . Like I said before from the front offices to the back lots . Each and every single person that works for this company is great . I’ve always been happy dealing with both locations I go to . It’s hard to find the class and professionalism these days and lynch has both . Thanks guys for all the years of great service !

Mechanics Beware this place will hire you and you better know how to work on tow trucks I was here for two weeks and the work is very difficult with no proper training on those 50 ton tow trucks you will die trying to fix them. I had to quit and move on to a better job. A waste of two weeks.

Driving in Chicago on Irving park and Sheridan intersection May 14, 2017 your company towing truck red colored, license plate started 1 17.. was driving as crazy. he cut my car on the intersection at Irving park and Ashland and after I saw him doing the same. I realize the way youre trying to get the order fast, but your drivers creating very dangerous situations on the road . Next time Im calling police right away.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!ON 2-4-19 I BOUGHT A 2010DODGE 4500 SELFLOADER AT LYNCH CHICAGO. I PAID FOR THE TRUCK IN FULL. WITH ACERT. BANK CHECK. ON THE INVOICE IT CLEARLY STATES19.5 ALUMINUM WHEELS AS MY OPTIONS FOR MY TRUCKBECAUSE THATS WHAT I WANTED AND THAT WHAT I PAID FOR. WHICH THEY DIDNT GIVE ME. SO I CALLED MIKE MARINER AT LYNCH IN CHICAGO. AND MIKE TOLD METHAT NOPE THAT WAS JUST A TYPO! BE CAREFUL GUYS BECAUSE YOU MIGHT NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AT LYNCH IF ITS UP TO GOOD OL MIKE.
