Wow! I absolutely LOVE our new master walk-in closet. What an amazing crew. Both Bethany, our designer, and the installers, Chad, Jarett, and Kenner were top-notch. Despite this frustrating time of labor and material shortages, Bethany remained upfront and professional. The whole process from design review in the showroom to installation day took about 8 weeks. Well worth the wait. Even more impressive, their character. I really like that they are a small family-owned business, and the one-on-one service was excellent. Their level of personal attention helped build a close working relationship, and I really felt like they genuinely understood and cared about my wants and needs. Nothing’s more frustrating than to begin a project, only to discover that the company you’ve partnered with is aloof and sorely falls short on their after-sales service, leaving you feeling uneasy and concerned. One Day Doors was amazing. Easy to do business with. Simple pricing structure. Straight forward product and terrific customer service. Made quick appointment at the showroom, picked out doors and hardware and paint color. Daniel came by to measure each doorframe and the doors arrived a few weeks later. Installation crew was polite, personable, clean, quick, and professional. Installed 23 doors with all hardware and knobs in 4 hours! Nice new & clean look in the house. No more sticking doors, doorframe gaps, or squeaky hinges. Should be good for another 30 years until the house settles again 😊.

Great experience with Atlanta Doors and Closets! The whole experience from consult to install was easy and efficient! I had 8 inside doors, 4 bypass closet doors, and a barn door (see pic) installed, and am super happy with the results! Worth every penny!

Their website says they are open 9-5 and on Saturdays by appt. I called in advance before traveling 30 miles to visit their showroom to make sure they were open. When we arrived, they were closed and their door said by appt only. This is no way to run a business and it doesn’t instill any confidence their work.

We are getting ready to put our home on the market and decided to replace the interior doors. Ours were 30+ years old, flat panel, hollow doors that didnt all close well. Atlanta Doors & Closets came, laser measured and installed the most beautiful doors. What a difference! We also added closet organizers in guest bedroom closets so no need for a dresser taking up space. Bethany & Daniel were awesome to work with. We highly recommend!

Not happy. Ive provided photos of what we were sold and what the door looks like in person. Its not even close. The doors they advertise are obviously photographed in a way to make them look expensive and modern. The pictures I ordered from had an edging in them that made them look like they had deeper and darker lines that would be easy to see. Thats probably on me for not asking the exact questions to make sure I was getting what was pictured on the website and in the pamphlet. Whats not on me is the time it took to finally receive the doors after getting the measurements done. We were told 3 weeks. It took a little over 7 weeks and we still dont have one of the doors. They also measured one wrong so now we have to wait weeks to get that door. Unacceptable for what we paid for this service.I also uploaded photos of the edging on some of the doors that is rough and looks cheap and just badly done. It looks like bad craftsmanship. I hate it.We also communicated that we purchased satin chrome handles and wanted the hinges to match. The installers showed up with chrome and satin nickel and brushed nickel... We ended up compromising on the hinges and picked a color that doesnt match our handles. And they didnt even have enough to do the job so my boyfriend had to go buy more. To their credit they offered to cover the cost of the hinges we had to purchase. But Im not happy they didnt come prepared to do the job with the correct color hinges. So now we are waiting for the door that hasnt come yet and the door they had to reorder. I hope I can update this review at some point and tell you that they made things right.As for now I would not recommend anyone use this company. They can not seem to deliver what they promise on time, quality, or even the visual of the final product. We spent a lot of money and are just not happy with the product and service we received.*In response to the owners response. He only addressed the one issue I took ownership for. And ignored the things they really messed up on.Even though I think their pamphlets and website should clearly show the reality of their product so that people dont have to take a day off work to go to their showroom in order to trust that what they get is what is shown in the pamphlets and on the website.

Update #2:+all the stars - The consultation went very well. Daniel is extremely professional and proficient. A quote was provided within 24 hours and was very fair. Ive chosen to move forward with this company and install 11 interior doors. Will update again after installation.Update #1:+1 star - Someone at the company reached out to me and clarified that as of 2021, they do work south of I20 now. Their receptionist was incorrect. I have a consultation scheduled and will update this review again depending how it goes!Original post:2 stars - FYI to anyone looking into using this company - they are not based in Atlanta. Theyre based in Alpharetta and will not work with anyone south of Interstate 20.

Great craftsmanship and professional service!

After several months of researching and getting quotes from multiple resources, Atlanta Doors and Closets came in with the best quote for our project. Delivery and installation was slightly delayed due to Covid (with expectation) but it was truly worth the wait. Products are of high quality, installers were very professional and owner Bethany was wonderful to work with.

Exceptional experience! Jake and Jonathon arrived on time and completed the work in the time estimated. They did a superb job installing the casing, doors and trim. The quality of the products and the craftsmanship has truly elevated our entire basement and made it much more enjoyable to use. Thanks guys!!!

If you are looking to replace interior doors or closets I would hands down recommend these guys. Ive had more than my share of bad experiences sourcing doors and having contractors perform shoddy work, not to mention the poor quality doors and selection you find at your typical local hardware store. These guys take all the headache of your hands - the doors are precision measured, prepared offsite and then installed by professional without all the mess. The doors themselves are high quality and painted to perfection. Weve had 9 doors replaced so far and couldnt be happier. Lastly, the total cost of performing the work amounted to no more than going down the traditional route (sourcing all the hardware and finding a contractor to perform painting and install). I’m looking forward to working this Daniel, Bethany and team on more projects in the near future.

We used them to replace the cheap track-house doors that came with the property. It makes such a huge difference. They were very responsive, and revisited to fix some crooked sets. Highly recommended!
