My husband and I have been shopping at Zales in North Point Mall for the past four years. We’ve always received the best service from Dania at this location and wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s very pleasant and her customer service and knowledge with jewelry is outstanding. If you’re looking for a special gift or a perfect jewelry piece, Dania is your go to Zales consultant.

My experience here wasnt the best for me or my wife. The store manager wasnt the best to work with. If it wasnt for Tom Kuzik, then I would have left and went across to Kays.

We always go to Zales for our jewelry purchase needs. Zales jewelry consultants are knowledgeable and informative. They provide honest answers to questions on jewelry that Zales sales. They want to make sure you are as excited about your purchase not just day of, but many days after. Thanks Zales for my first wedding band set that was customed made to fit my wants and needs. You did it again with my upgrade wedding set purchase. I receive so many compliments on my beautiful rings. Having a lifetime diamond replacement plan that been priceless. Tom was really great in helping me figure out that my old wedding ring was under warranty for repair. He had excellent customer service. I will be going back to see him next time I need to purchase jewelry.My only recommendation would be to call before you go to make sure they are open. They have reduced hours due to COVID & inventory.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I have not had a negative experience at Zales. This location was no different. I was greeted upon arrival. I was asked discovery questions during my visit. The staff was very friendly and created a great atmosphere.

I have never encountered such rude staff in an establishment that is meant to be upscale jewelry. Not only did I have to come back TWICE to get my bracelet fixed because the first time “their system was down” and now someone who is listed as a person who can pick up the bracelet for me has been denied although all receipts were shown. I spoke with two different women so far at this location and unbelievably unhelpful. One of the women argued with my mother about how to remove chain links. And interrupted repeatedly “just to be quiet and listen” while my mom was speaking with her. I will never use Zales as a company after this experience at North Point Mall. The consumer service is awful and the policies are ridiculous. Never again.

Very good customer service. They made surd to take care of a ring i bought fro. Them that someone else messed up sizing. I cant say enough!

Store manager Yolanda was very good. Came back and salesman Paul assisted us! They both were super helpful.

The customer service is the best i love the staff very helpful.

Their repair service is very poor quality! Beware, they only stand by their work for 6 months.

Never repairs nothing there, the keep the gold after make the “work” for you.
