I visited Jared’s on 7/31/2021 looking for a pair of earrings for my daughter. I was greeted by Roosevelt who assisted me and showed me what you’ll had in stock. I didn’t see what I wanted for my daughter but then showed an interest in making a purchase for myself. Roosevelt educated me of my options and helped me select the perfect item. I really love my purchase and appreciate Roosevelt’s assistance!!!

90% of the staff is amazing. On the rare occasion that someone wasnt, they were still okay. Maybe its because most of the staff goes above and beyond that its more noticable. They have a good selection and are great about working with you if they dont have a product in stock. Overall, vary happy with the experience.

Came in to get a yellow gold chain and was greeted and helped so quickly! The staff here are so knowledgeable and were not only able to help me to find the piece I was looking for, but they made me feel like they were truly working in my best interest. I had the pleasure of working with Ian at Jareds on North Point. He was super knowledgeable, and provided me with different options to consider for both diamonds as well as watches. When I asked for certain stones that were not in store, he went above and beyond, following up with me over the long weekend, so that I could get my order placed in time. If youre thinking of buying diamonds, Ian at Jared is the man to talk to!

I knew it would be a great experience when my elderly mom and I got out of the car and Ian saw us through the store and came out to open the door. He continue to be very helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were there to have a bracelet fitted and he gave us creative ideas on what to do with the extra pieces. He also told us about a program where we can meet with him to show our jewelry to perhaps re-design the pieces into new. It is not often you find genuine help and courtesy like this. We will be back! Just had a great experience. Angel Sierra worked very professionally to assure that my rings were inspected, cleaned and serviced. Ive shopped at Jareds for years, but the Alpharetta store is way above average.

My girlfriend and I stopped in to browse their selection of rings/diamonds to try and get a better idea of what she was looking for in terms of styles/sizes and to get a gauge in pricing. Angel, the individual who helped us, was extremely polite and patient as he showed us a variety of options for both settings and diamonds. I was also very pleased to discover that they offer lab diamonds in store which is very welcome from both a quality and price perspective. We couldnt have asked for a better first experience looking at rings even considering that I didnt purchase anything!

Doug was wonderful from the moment he greeted me. Really listened to me and made every moment count in the store. I walked out with the perfect ring for myself. (Because we all deserve something wonderful.) I didnt feel pressured and he made sure I was happy. Even walked me to the door. I called and spoke to him about an engagement ring I found online and from our initial conversation, all the way through to picking up the ring Ian was extremely helpful. This place is amazing salesman Ian bustos and manager Layla* are amazing. They will take care or you as if they were buying that peice for themselves or their significant other. I bought a engagement ring and a promise ring with them and I got to say that i don’t care if I can find the same item somewhere else cheaper but the quality and the profesionalism they have here is great and one of a kind. I would not go anywhere else. They cater to what you need and what they don’t just try to sell you the most expensive piece of jewelry they have. I’ll constantly shop with them. And I will make sure Ian is the my sales man. Best sales person this location can have.

I dont normally leave reviews but I felt that this was due. Im a Jareds customer from Bryan, TX that located a ring that I wanted in the Alpharetta, GA store. I worked with IAN from start to finish and I must say it was a pleasure. His customer service went above and beyond and he treated me like a millionaire (Im not and I was buying a ring that was 50% off). I dont know if anyone ever reads these but by chance that someone does and youre looking in this store, ask for IAN, he will treat you right.

Doug was great! My wife and I went in to take a look a couple of days before we met Doug, and there was a stone lose on my wifes engagement ring. I had the most phenomenal experience at the Jared store in Alpharetta. The team there greeted Me as if they knew Me, but it was My 1st time there. I drove over an hour to see the Manager there Lejla, of whom helped Me with a Pandora bracelet that I was looking for. The Jared where I live and had been to every week for 4 months spending money did NOT want to help Me to find this bracelet or anything else.I asked at The Jared in Alpharetta and received the Queens treatment. Needless to say, I can see why this store has 5 stars, and I will return for future buys. I will NOT return to the Jared where I live. Horrible customer service. The girl that helped my parents basically tried to tell them that she thought they were broke and couldnt afford a repair for their ring. Kept saying least expensive option and tried to show them clearance options, and wouldnt tell them setting costs and repair costs because she thought it wasnt in my parents price range. Like, what the hell is your damage?

Just got a engagement ring there today, had put it on lay away. They were super helpful and were detailed oriented all the way. So definitely a great spot to buy a ring.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly jewelers. We have made multiple purchases worth over 20G. They dont seem to make presumptions on what a customer can afford or will buy based on their attire. We shop in shorts and tee typically. Even when I didnt have my nails done and I was embarrassed (a female thing I suppose) trying on jewelry they treated me with respect and courteousness.

Do NOT have jewellery or watch repairs at Jared. They are not honest!I have purchased diamonds and pearls at Jared but when the time came for repairs this store took advantage of a good customer.They charged me an outrageous amount and did a horrible job. Both my watch and bracelet were returned in worse shape than when I brought them in for repairs. After many weeks the bracelet was fixed twice but they held my watch for 5 months in the repair shop and continually lied to me about the progress. They did not call with updates or actually ever repair the watch. I will never go back.Please do not shop at Jared!

He took me straight over to the counter and explained the process, which took 5 minutes, and also informed me that I can bring in any of my jewelry to get cleaned anytime for FREE. Great experience buying additiinal pendants for my moms Pandora bracelet. The sales rep gave great ideas and service in helping choose which ones were appropriate.

My fiancé and I had my engagement ring and wedding band custom made. we were super nervous in the beginning unsure of how it would turn out. Ramia helped us every step of the way going off of me just describing exactly what I envisioned. She is very knowledgable and extremely patient making sure we were happy along the way. We had some difficulty finding a size that wouldnt turn on my finger that became so discouraging. She had several solutions and through a lot of trial and error we found the perfect match going with an arthritic shank. Keep in mind that she told us from the beginning what would be best and was so right. We couldnt have had a better experience and that is 100% because of Ramia. I highly recommend Jared and never be afraid to go Custom.

After shopping this location for about 4 years. Nothing negative to post about Jered. They have treated me like family each and every time I visit the store. So I would truly be disappointed If they did not. Thanks to EVERYONE in the Jered family. I dont often shop for Jewelry. Me and my boyfriend came to Jared to get an idea of the type of ring that I would like in case we were to ever decide on an engagement. The sales people were nice and helpful and I found a ring I liked but never decided on a diamond of course since we were just LOOKING. They said they could check to see how much hes eligible for in case he was to buy through them . They said it would not be a hard credit check and told him what he could spend. We left and thats it. Fast forward to 2 weeks later he received a BILL for $3,600!!!!!!! Of course I called and the lady Myra hung up on me as soon as I asked her why I was receiving a bill. So I called back instantly and she transferred me to someone in billing. He said he would take care of it and as far as we know he did but MY GOD!!!! This totally spoiled the experience for us and I felt horrible! We never officially decided on a ring and never walked out with a ring so why would we even receive a bill ! Whats sad is that was our first time looking! We will most definitely not be going to Jared if they are that reckless and make that big of a mistake. And its too soon to tell if this whole thing is effecting my bfs credit but if it does by all means they will hear from us again. So dont go to Jared unless you want to be billed for things you never even purchased. Total bummer. You would expect more from a multi billion dollar company. THANKS JARED.

I can not give a high enough review for the team at Jared/Alpharetta. Lejla and her crew were absolutely incredible. They took me step by step through the entire process of finding the perfect engagement ring. Lejla literally took me from zero to HERO. I had no idea what I was doing, what I wanted, or better yet even needed. The best part of Lejla and her team is that you not only walk out with the PERFECT ring, but you walk out with new friends. As long as Lejla and her team are around I will never shop anywhere else.

A follow up on the review below. I am said boyfriend, and this dropped all of my credit scores by 20 points. It showed as new card, new card utilization (which they called a mistake when they charged it) and a new hard inquiry that wont be off of my report for 2 years. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait it out to make sure it wouldnt show on my report, but sure enough it did. I was told by the manager of the location, Sorry... I hope this doesnt affect our future relationship. Well, it did, seeing as we wont be having one. Beyond unacceptable.
