These guys are awesome! They helped me get my glasses and check up last minute. I was able to get my glasses sooner than expected and they are so genuinely helpful and kind. Best place Ive ever experienced.

These guys are great! I destroy my glasses but every time they take care of me. I just lost my ear piece and they replaced them with no problems. Shop local and they will take care of you.

I went to get my new lenses, however, the optometrist changed the prescription for my left eye unnecessary and senseless without tell me or explain them to me. Because the trail lenses dont work, the optometrist made changes with a mistake after a mistake. After two and half months, The optometrist gave me a messed up prescription (wrong for both eyes) and ordered my final lenses. When I questioned the prescription, the optometrist changed the prescription and told me that they are going to order with the updated prescription. Due to my feeling of the optometrist having no heart and mind on my prescription, I called them one more time to confirm the corrections of my prescription; it was a surprise that the prescription are still totally messed up. After long miserable, we go back to my old prescription. I dont understand why the optometrist wanted to change my left eyes prescription to be the same as my right eyes because there are big differences between my right eye and left eye and the machine programs suggested prescription, the service woman showed me after these whole mess, tells these big differences before the optometrist exam my eyes.The optometrist has no apology and the customer service woman dont want to listen or apologize neither. When I told them that I dont have correct lenses to wear due to the process has taken almost 3 months and ask them to check my order often to make sure to get them asap (due to my previous experience with them was the order took 8 weeks and probably that service woman forgot put the order at first time and ordered them when I called her after 4 weeks.) But the optometrist told me that the incorrect lenses is ok for me to wear. It is a disappointed and an unacceptable experience with 20/20 vision at Alpharetta.

Worse place to go to. The receptionist was absolutely rude and gave me lots of attitude. She was very unhelpful and rude that I just walked out. Don’t waste your time going here.

I had a great first experience here! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There was no wait time and the facility was very clean. I called earlier in the week to discuss insurance and pricing and they were spot on with their estimate so no surprises at the end.

Love this place and Dr Idris. She really cares about her patients. Being someone who has issues with her eyes and only sees out of one I obviously will not go to just anyone. I truly trust Dr Idris and have been going to see her for years as well as my son. They are also very patient while helping you to either putting on contacts for the first time and also in selecting glasses.

Dr.Idris is wonderful. My kids and I have been going to her for years. Great selection of glasses. Staff is very helpful too.

I had my glasses done here. Initial visit was ok. Once I received my bifocal glasses and I couldn’t see anything, the owner (optometrist) changed her attitude completely. She was rude and blame me for choosing the wrong frame for my high prescription. She never wanted to fix my glasses and had me dealing with insurance for weeks. Customer service in general is poor.

I have visited this eye care office first time in December 2015 and was treated the best by the staff and the doctor Idris. I have set an appointment (I referred my wife.. LOL)of my wife due to my last experience with them and she was also pretty happy. I have also referred my friend to this office and everyone of them are pretty happy. I have my next appointment with Dr Idris this week. Thanks for being nice and genuine. :) Cheers!
