It was my first visit to Caris Eye Center in Alpharetta and I was treated as if I had been coming for years. Dr. Spence provided an extensive and thorough examination and explained everything along the way to ensure my comfort and understanding. The entire staff was the most courteous and professional that I have experienced. The facility is top-notched with the best technology. It was a rewarding experience and I highly recommend Caris Eye Center in Alpharetta. And finally, the music playlist “rocks”.

Been visiting Caris Eye Centers at least once every year for the last 15 years, primarily seeing Dr. Spence. He, along with the rest of the staff, are awesome and easy to work with. Whenever you may bring up any potential problems you may have with your eyes or contacts, Dr. Spence is always very thorough in trying to resolve those problems.

I had my first eye appointment in quite some time. I saw Dr. Melanie Erickson and she was so pleasant to work with. Very nice, very personable and took the time to explain everything to me as a first time eye glass wearer. The staff was amazing and pleasant as well. I will definitely be returning!

We have been utilizing Caris Eye Center for about 20 years. We started with Dr. Gregory Payne early on. Caris has been a leader in cleaning and disinfecting their equipment right in front of you for as long as I can remember, so preparing for each patient during Covid 19 is normal procedure for them. Their staff and doctors are very personable, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We met with Dr. Melanie Erickson today and was very pleased with her thorough exam. She took the time to explain everything in layman terms and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend them.

Im coming to this place with my family from last 3 years for regular eye exams. Dr. Spence is our eye doctor and he and his staff are really good in what they do. The best part I love here is that everyone will listen to you and give you all the time you need and make sure to answer all your questions so you can get what is right for you.This year my son decided to go for contact lenses and Dr. Spence & Elena helped him with patience. It was my sons first time to try the contact lenses and I was really amazed the time Dr. Spence & his staff gave us and made the whole process so comfortable.The frontdesk people and checkout girl are really awesome too and will help you in all way they can.This place is a little far for me but it really worth the drive. Im looking forward to keep coming to this place for all our vision needs in future too. Thank you all for making our experience so good.

Always excellent care. I see Dr. Spence usually and he is thorough and always listens to all concerns. I never feel rushed at this practice. I also saw Dr. Erickson and she was also kind and thorough. Jessica in contacts always helps us understand our contact rebates and goes above and beyond. I moved to 30 mins away from this practice but will gladly make the drive because of their excellence.

Came here for the first time for an eye exam and contact lense fitting. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice, and Dr. Spence answered all of my questions and made me feel very important. You can tell that everyone here loves what they do. I will be scheduling future eye exams here.

Excellent practice! The doctors are wonderful and spend time with you answering questions and addressing issues. I never feel rushed. All of the staff are great, positive and friendly! The staff at Caris is always friendly and welcoming. What I like most about Dr. Payne is that he takes time to educate you and he listens to you. He does not seem like he is in a hurry but he is genuinely interested in your well being. He is very kind and compassionate. He does not try to do unnecessary procedures to make money; only what needs to be done. Jessica greeted me and took me back. She was very informative about what she was about to do and she asked good questions. She was very friendly and pleasant. My husband and I both use Caris and we have always been pleased.
