No complaints on this location. Store was clean and employees helpful. I only pop in these stores to buy albums, and unfortunately found a mostly empty rack with few selections. Not a location problem, but a stock distribution problem from home office. Get your game up Urban!
Way to pricey. Like a printed shirt is 39.99 to 59.99 its the same kind of shirts Walmart and Target got. The material of the clothing is thin and cheap. Not worth it...
The store layout is horrible with so much unused space. The clothing options were not nice and expensive, the store had no sales on clothes (unlike other urban outfitters).
The style is super modern but limited collections
It had very amazing service, and much to my surprise was selling bucket hats!
LOVE me Ross
I found a nice oversized sweater but didnt get ir, I wish I would have bought it because I cant find it anywhere
Im not sure why no ones really talking about this but the store is REALLY exspensive and way overpriced. I could only get things from the clarence isle and l found one cute skirt. Well guess what, it wasnt on sale and it was around 50$. Seriously? I know that urban out filters is for the rich but its still overpriced. Other than that on this cold evening it was very warm an cozy.
All the employees were rude, werent helpful, clothes were just every where and no one helped what so ever
Rating more for company than this location. Placed an order to be shipped to this store. One item was cancelled as unavailable. Go to pick up my order, and they have 2 of the unavailable item that was cancelled. I still wanted to buy it, but they wanted $13 more dollars. Right. It was tough to not cancel the entire order after that
This location is amazing to shop at. You can order your clothes online and choose in store pickup to save on shipping. Their sale selection is an extra room in the back on the store. It is relatively organized and easy to find the sizes that you’re looking for. The checkout staff has always been super sweet to me and always makes sure that I get any discounts that I’ve earned. So glad to have a closer store than Atlanta.
Wonderful and friendly staff! Cute trendy clothes. Very aesthetically pleasing. ✨
Clothes here are unique. I must say its more for the younger persons. But I was able to find a dress that surprisingly made my me look awesome. My daughter who was with is now obsess.
As a dad of 4 teens, this was the easiest one stop shop for Christmas this year.
Winter selection in the middle of July...store associates followed us around. I definitely felt uncomfortable shopping there!
Nice place just hard to find sometimes
The store has a big sign by the very open area of changing rooms. If you have a teenage daughter or care not to be seen in under clothes, don’t shop here. They have a sign that says “open to all persons, regardless of gender identity, or expression.” So basically, the 50 year old guy sitting there was by himself and had a clear view to 15 dressing rooms. We will avoid the store knowing this policy.
Very nice Mens department, more spacious than other stores. Staff was knowledgeable and looked really cool!
Huge new store opening tonight with live entertainment. Bland selection of merchandise compared to inventive Brand concept seen elsewhere. Friendly staff.
To the cute girl with pink hair,,,, hi
Nice style but sometime too expansive.
Every one is nice and the store is very clean and organized.
In addition to clothes, they have a nice selection of vinyl records, some of which are exclusive to Urban Outfitters.
Tons of unique and retro styles
By far the WORST Urban Outfitters I have ever been to. I wandered around for 20 minutes and wasnt even looked at by staff - who were too busy chatting with each other than to notice customers. When I lived in Boston and San Francisco the interior design of the Urban Outfitters was fresh and new - a fun experience - however the design here was dull and drab... what a downer. The clothing was falling off the hangers, the floors dusty, the accessories a mess. In previous Urban Outfitter stores I was greeted and treated like I was welcomed - here I was treated like I didnt even exist. I was planning on spending money here but these losers dont deserve my business. I have experienced similar problems at the Avalon Anthropologie, as well as the Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie at Lenox Mall AND at Ponce City Market so clearly the URBN district manager for the Atlanta area is PATHETIC. Visit a REAL city and learn what customer service is!!!
I recently purchased some shoes here on 5/26/2018. For the amount of $65, As of today 5/28/2018 I came back to return the shoes because of a mark I saw on the laces, I was greeted by a manager by the name of Alexandria Milear Who told me that my shoes were unreturnable conditionSooo.... I asked her what is returnable condition for these shoes ?And she pulls the display shelf shoe off and guess what ???The shoe I was returning was in BETTER condition than the one on the display rackI was so upset I made a video of the whole ordeal because the shoes I am returning are in excellent condition never worn onceNever come to this place the customer service is terrible
Store is very organized and has a good selection of clothing!
Cool store, helpful and best dressed staff!
Best store ever, very helpful associates and nice vibe
Always have trendy clothes, which are sometimes affordable 👌
Crazy expensive for stuff from the 80s..
Fantastic always stylish clothing
Staff was not eager to assist customers
Poor quality for the price and anti Christian, immoral sentiments
Excellent staff, helpful, kind, attentive.
I like to take my older teens here
Great people
Love the clothes in there
Pricy .. but quality
One of the worst urban outfitters Ive ever been in. Poorly laid out, loud music, no sale section, no help from employees. Only giving it two stars cause I like their stuff. $$$$$
Typical UO
Less collection
Excellent
