I found this gem of a boutique by accident in Alpharetta. What a lovelystore. There are so many unique items and the store smells wonderfulwith scents! The owner and staff are very helpful. A must go to!!

You had a light skinned, bald woman interview at your shop this week. The interview ended short because she was told she would fit in better with a wig. Would you have said this to a white woman that was bald? Would you say this to a male that is bald? This woman cannot put on hair any more than a person born without a leg can magically grow a leg so you feel more comfortable in their presence.Shame on you! Go take an implicit bias training to get your unconscious discriminatory behaviors in check. #ICan’tBreatheTo clarify, the owner was polite and kind. It was a manager at the North Point location.

Unimpressed and highly disappointed. I bought an item from here on the sales rack and according to the receipt it said that I could come back within 7 days to return it for store credit as long as it had the tags attached and I had my receipt. I met all these requirements. But upon going back I was told by the clerk that there were no returns on sales items DESPITE that there was no sign in the sales section that said so, the sign at the counter which stated as such was completely hidden behind the counter, I didnt even know it was there until I went back, and she didnt verbally tell me when I purchased the item. There was no sympathy or empathy for my situation, and the clerk told me that her manager refused to issue me any sort of assistance. They need to do a better job of seeing about the customers needs when THEY are in the wrong. I honestly miss the previous boutique, they would have never treated me this way. I will not be returning and will be sure to tell everyone I know about this terrible experience.
