Used to be my favorite place until my service advisor steve left.Took my car in for a check engine light and paid close to 1000 dollars. Before I could get home, the light came back on. I called and informed new service advisor and tell me to bring it back.Today I get the call saying it was something else that would be around 1500 dollars.I feel like I just got robbed for $1000.Never again, Ill go somewhere else for now on.
These guys never pick up the damn phone
At 7am, Steve Smith patiently answered my questions and gathered enough information to steer me towards great, affordable tires. Even gave me a call back to say he could also do a mail in rebate for us. By 9am I was there and my car was getting the new tires put on. I was in and out with no fuss. Steve worked very hard to get me a great price on my tires, made sure my spare was in good condition, and submitted my mail in rebate before I even left the shop. Excellent and affordable service. Give them a call and ask for Steve!
Dropped my car off for an oil change late in the evening and left it overnight. Much later the next day, the work was done. I picked up the car. Shortly after, the oil pressure light was on. They were closed over Thanksgiving so I brought it back a few days later. Steve Smith couldnt be bothered. He told me to not drive it aggressively and use the cruse control as he didnt have time to take a look. He also told me to check the oil level. I wonder if he thought his guys didnt notice a major leak or over/under filled it? He then told me my best bet was to drop it off at 7am and maybe they could look at it that day. Needless to say, I took the car to a better place and wont be using QuickLane again. Too bad, because theyve been very good over the last 5 years that I have used them.
They were kind and professional. I went in for an oil change and had them diagnose a vibration I was having when I made turns. They told me it was a leaky power steering hose. I talked to the mechanic on the phone because I felt he was way off. He said this would for sure fix the vibration. Over $600 dollars later I found out I was right and he was wrong. I had to laugh because I knew better but yet I did it anyway. I found the real cause and it cost over $600 to fix but I only had $600. So I will have to wait and hope the car does not break down before I can come up with the money. I would have been better off if they said they could not find the problem because the hose was hardly leaking and I could have gone thousands of miles without a problem. This was not their fault, it was mine for not trusting myself. O well live and learn.
I saw a very beautiful fire engine red 2016 Mustang from this dealership. The newer models are absolutely gorgeous. They look like they have a Porche rear end and the front looks tough, as well. By far, one of my favorite cars. Always has been, always will be.
I used to think this service center was great. We moved from GA to MI and I found a new Ford dealer to service my car. I used to get The Works oil change/tire rotation package for $39.99. However, the total would sometimes be over $50 once the dealer added on a bunch of pure profit fees masqueraded as regulatory service charges. My total in MI for the same package is just over $43. Typical Krause price gouging. Shame on you!
Needed new set of keys. New set makes car harder to crank than the broken one and it doesn’t even unlock the door. 🙄
They take care of their customers here. I take both of my cars here for service, without hesitation.
They have a 1st class service all the employee and even the customers waiting rooms are excellent.
Matt was very helpful and always kept me informed throughout the repair process.
It definitely was not quick over 2 hours for an oil change
