Showed up right before close and needed someone to take a look at my alignment because my car was shaking. They didnt have anyone that could look at it, but an employee named TJ mentioned that it could be low tire pressure. He came out and filled my tires and sent me on my way. Fixed the issue entirely. Excellent customer service. Im coming back to this location every chance I get.

I have been going to this location for several years now. The service has always been great for me. I have two cars and I have been taking them in for oil change, tire rotation and alignment and I never had any issues. Other than that, this is a very busy location. Be sure to make an appointment ahead of time! Special kudos to TJ who does a great job in answering calls while checking customers in and out in a fast-paced store.

I had to take my daughters car in after hitting a pothole. Dwayne went out of his way to help us. Service was quick and professional

Very friendly and fast, took only about 30 minutes for a front end alignment. Only thing i can complain about is they wanted almost $280 for changing sparkplugs when the Mr.Tire off of highway9 on gateway drive charges like $60 less and they used NGK plugs which are some of the best plugs especially for turbod engines like mine. I have no idea what ones Firestone were using so take my last statement with a grain of salt

My A/C wasnt as cool as it should be and they were able check it and recharge it for me. Customer Service was polite and knowledgeable in explaining what was to be done.

Had a flat when I got home from work. Showed up the next morning after they opened and they worked on my tire immediately. I watched the tech and he was very thorough with the work, checking pressure on other tires, and storing away the temporary tire. They were very nice and efficient and went above and beyond. I’ll definitely check with them when I need new tires. Thanks guys. Much appreciated.

Had my alternator go bad and my battery die last week. I had my car towed here the following morning and they had a new alternator in my car and got my car up and running in a few hours. I couldnt believe how fast they work here. 5 stars 100/100.

Didnt Torque my wheels, back passenger side lost a lugnut and my wheel almost came off on the highway. Will not return, would rsther spend the time to rotate my own tires.

Getting a rotate & balance, wheel alignment, and tire patch with an appointment time. I was promised an hour and half for the work to be done. They didn’t start work on my car until 2 hours in and that’s only because I asked what the status of my car was. No updates from the man I asked just ignored me and went back in and out from the front and garage. Definitely won’t be coming back.

They were awesome, I got an oil change and had some questions about a few other services; the gentleman at the front desk was very professional and welcoming and had no problem answering them. The wait wasnt too bad for a last minute walk in.

I had an appointment at 4:30 to get two tires installed, I thought that would be more than enough time to make it 1.5 miles home to meet a contractor coming out at 6, but no. They never even touched my car, fortunately for me. The manager said they only had one person working in the garage, as he stood there the entire time watching the one other person work while smoking his e cigarette inside the garage in plain view. Not the friendliest manager on duty either. Rescheduled with the place next to them today, never going back.

Got my tires at another Firestone. Took it here cause I was near and my air pressure light had come on. Turns out there was a nail in the tire. They put my car up there, took the tire off, got the nail out, patched it up, got the tire back on. Put more air in every tire. The car drives great. They didn’t charge me a dime. And they were nice too : ) I love these days!!!

I rebuild the front end of my 2002 Tahoe with AC Delco and MOOG suspension parts, new AC Delco pitman/idler arms, and even a rebuilt steering box. There is no play now that wasnt there when the truck was brand new. I took it to this Firestone figuring itd be nice to have the unlimited alignments package. Unfortunately, after four (4) attempts at getting a good alignment done, the truck was awful to drive and the steering wheel was never straight (always to the right). I decided to huff it from Alpharetta over to Gran Turismo East and in about 30 minutes I had an alignment that made this truck drive like it has new parts... like it should. Im not sure if this Firestone location needs to calibrate their machine or if their staff was unable to manage properly aligning an older vehicle with pitman/idler arm steering, but apparently it wasnt a big deal for GTE. The truck no longer wanders all over the road, it centers nicely in the center point of the steering wheel and action, and doesnt seem to turn better one way than the other. I realize these old pitman/idler arm steering designs can never be perfect, but its literally 100% new parts that have to do with suspension and steering... it needed to be better. I wish I could get my money back from Firestone.

Havent been back in a long time. Person on phone was pleasant, but different person when I arrived wasnt very patient for questions. Had to back for them to clean up oil spilled on engine as it was smoking.

Great price for a semi-synthetic oil change. Friendly staff. And decent wait time, considering I just walked in around lunch time and the shop was full of cars. They worked me in and I was out there quicker than I had expected.

This location is fast, efficient, and they get things done! Highly recommend them because they are honest!

We went to get a flat rectified on a Sunday. The reception was good and efficient. The work was completed within 20 minutes. This was a rental car and there was some paperwork and calls. But things went smoothly. Great staff

Im surprised to hear the negative reviews. Perhaps since I have been going only recently, that is the difference. Someone said new management and new technicians. I cant tell you how awesome this Firestone Complete Auto Care is. Whenever I have an issue with my vehicle, they are the ones to make it right! They are always up-front and honest. All of the staff have always been nothing but awesome. Their customer care is above and beyond. I had new tires put on by a competitor... they messed up my alignment. They dont do alignments, so I took it to a different competitor. They charged me and did an alignment. Didnt work at all! Then took it to my dealership who did the same thing...didnt work. Found that Firestone did a lifetime alignment, so I brought it in. My alignment came out perfect and I havent had an issue since. Now I brought it to them to fix yet a different issue from yet another competitor, and they were right on the money. Showed me the damaged parts from the competitor. They made it right yet again! I will NEVER take my car anywhere else from now on!!!

Worst Customer Satisfaction EVER ! Visited place for a simple brake service price and the guy on the front (Old Big Guy) very rude, with attitude and very poor education asked me 4 times the vehicle information. Really? Furthermore, not even asked me what types of brake pads I wanted in may car(Ceramic, Carbon, Metal Etc) so, he decided like he was the one paying for the service. Quote for Rear Brakes pads end up over $300. Visited Main Street Shop 1/2 mile away and paid $60,00 for all the work that took no more than 15 mins.

I did not like that they did not offer me the same brand tire and just put any tire on my vehicle now I have 1 different brand. For the future make sure you offer customers the same brand of tires ...

They always do a good job of taking care of my regular car maintenance, while letting me know if there are other problems, like brake lights or wear that might need repairs.They even let me sit in the waiting room with my dog once.Free WiFi so you can work while you are waiting if you need.Clean bathrooms.

I traveled to this location to get an alignment done because I had experienced problems at other locations. I found the staff at this location to be very friendly and professional. My alignment was done in less than 45 minutes and my car rode very good afterwards. I recommend this location to everyone. The manager, Kevin Johnson, was extremely helpful. I also note that the interior and exterior of the facility was very clean. I will be returning to this location in the future.

The crew was not friendly, they seemed angry all the time I was there, the service advisor tried and sold me the most expensive tires he had there just because I told them I had the fire stone credit card, then he sold me the life time alignment even when I declined when he offered, I just noticed when I saw the bill, and they left my steering wheel crooked, definitely not coming back...

This is the last time I am bringing my vehicles to Firestone. A few days after getting a routine oil change, I noticed a puddle of oil underneath the car on my very clean garage floor. I cleaned the floor and did not move the car for another few days to make sure the oil is dripping from the car. Today I had the car towed to a trustworthy shop to find out that the oil pan screw was lose and losing oil. Furthermore, the sticker in the windshield has the wrong odometer read for the next oil change. Someone remind me, what happens to an engine when it runs without oil? I personally can not trust these guys with a simple oil change...use this shop at your own risk. Tomorrow I am getting the car back and I will add the receipt for the oil change too.

I called to check the price of a tire replacement since I got a flat today. I bought this tire previously at firestone with the warranty. The man on the phone was so rude and didn’t care to tell me any information on replacing it with a new discounted tire. I’d rather spend the extra money and give my business to someone else.

I have a white 370z and am really peculiar about who services my car and after stopping on by and getting my car fully serviced I will be coming back again for a second time around. Tj is great!

Everyone was very friendly. Thats a 5. Got my car back, decided to check the oil level. It was 1.4 quarts over. I went back in, told them, they spent 45 min draining it out an oz at a time with the car going up and down on the lift.Then I watched in horror as the mechanic had a fit, beating on the plastic cover that goes on the bottom of the engine which he did not need to take off. He pulls the car out said its good to go and leaves the engine running so I shut it off and check the oil. Its still an inch above the top line.Now I am really unhappy. I go back in and tell them. They took the car back in, drained the oil and refilled. 30 min later I have the car. Check the oil, it is still 1/4 over the top mark.Not this place ever again. They are nice, the manager called me to apologize, wanted to do something for me. I really do not want anything. I will avoid all Firestone garages forever.

I have to admit Ive had some previous issues with this location, but recently called them about a reoccurring issue and found out they had a new manager (Paul). He was extremely customer centric and they took care of all my concerns. I was also informed that theyve hired some new technicians. I was very pleased with the customer service as well as the quality of work.

The worst tire care center I have ever been to. The staff is not friendly. They dont know what they are doing. The manager, John Shults, could not have cared less. They couldnt figure out how to fix my tire, tried to sell me on overpriced tires and then did $2000 in damage to my car.Avoid this place!!!!! There are too many better options in Alpharetta.

I came in at 4:45PM on a Sunday to get my oil change (15 minutes before closing). There were two guys there alone, Mike and TJ. They already had their hands full with a few clients and closing. I wasnt gonna make it another day without getting my oil changed unfortunately. These guys went out of their way and stayed after closing to get me taken care of. I dont expect them to do that every time but thats the kind of service that buys my loyalty and respect. Thanks Mike and TJ! Ill be back.

Very unfriendly, mean and arrogant. I went into the store this morning to get some details about the brakes and if possible (as I didnt have an appointment) a brake inspection. The guy in the store (someone with a beard, didnt catch his name) wasnt patient enough to answer atleast one of my questions, he doesnt want to give any information and was responding with LOT of bad attitude. As I didnt had an appointment, I asked him if he can book me one. He said he booked an appointment 2 days from now but surprising thing is he didnt even take any of my details to book an appointment, not even my name or phone number!!! I would never go here again.

They were very friendly, but I doubt the competence of their techs. Dropped the car off to have the tires rotated. When I came back the manager had me go out to the car at which point he showed me that his tech broke the oil dipstick in half. Really? He then told me that the oil level is good because I just had it changed...(which I didnt). I never expected a broken dipstick while getting tires rotated.... FAIL

Came in with a tire that was about to blow. TJ got me in immediately and 30 min later I was on the road again with a brand new tire.. saved my day

They get behind, but its an auto shop; they ask do. Sharp staff, friendly, nicer waiting room. Prices are surprisingly affordable, too.

Today I took my vehicle into Firestone via Alphatetta Ga to install brake pads and I was informed I needed rotors also, I decline because I didnt need rotor I knew for a fact that I only needed pads because as you know this is a normal protocol that mechanics use to up sale. I was told per company policy that they unable to accommodate me if I couldnt allow them to install rotors. I retrieve my vehicle and had the brake pads installed with one there competitors.

Thank you so much for your great service. My breaks have been making a loud squeaky noise for over a year and no mechanic could fix it. Yesterday I took my car for an oil change to this Firestone (Alpharetta) and asked them to also take a look at my breaks as well. They fixed my break problems that no other mechanics could, for a very reasonable price.

I went in to have my a/c checked because it was blowing warm. Spent $60 for them to check it and they came back and said I needed a new a/c compressor. It was going to cost $800+ to fix it. I wasnt in a place financially to do it so I told them no thanks for now. I should have gone and gotten a second opinion right away, but didnt want to spend another $60 to hear the same thing. I went two HOT summers without a/c because of what they told me. Found out all I needed was freon!Total Scammers! Will never return and will spread the word!Dont trust your car here!

The place that i buy my tires and wheels from have a national acount wirh firestone for frontend alignments.i called them yesterday and spoke to one there employees and explained about the voucher and set an appointment up for 7:00 a.m. this morning. I get to the business and produce my voucher and get told that they know nothing about the voucher. The employee is the same person who set my appointment up. Tgis calls and finds out that the voucher is legitimate. But turns me away and tells me i have to come back at 10:00 a.m. when he can call and a verification number. If this is how firestone handles national accounts and treats customers who have a work schedule of 9.:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. 7 days aweek Id hate to see how they would treat you if there credit card machine was faulty.

My wife took her van in for a transmission flush. She waited an hour while they completed the service. When she got home I check the transmission fluid. Instead of being bright red ATF like I was expecting, it was the same old brown old fluid as the night before. They charge $130 for the service which they did not perform. Guy, take your car or truck else where. These guys are jokers.

Hi,Im a real person who has avoided bringing my own car to this shop before (always oversold on the need for repairs in the past). At his insistence, I took my husbands car on a walk-in oil change appt today. Brand new managers Mr. Jones and Mr. Johnson - are very customer service oriented. First time I ever came in for an oil change and left paying only for an oil change. No effort was made to oversell me and as far as I could tell any of the other seven people that I heard them interact with. They even thanked one customer (dispute unknown) for allowing them the opportunity to win their trust back. Attention to lobby area: could use a current paper and bottled water dispenser, but Ill easily do without those when Im not being over sold or over charged.

My Honda CR-V died on me in the parking lot of my job and after a really rough night, with freezing cold temperatures, the towtruck driver pulled into this Firestone, who agreed to stay open just for me. While it wasnt horribly after hours that we arrived, just the fact that they waited for me was what is making me write this review.I do not know what is wrong with my car, and I do not even know whether we will get it fixed at Firestone. This all depends on cost. But to have a business keep its doors open for you when they did not have to was a really cool thing to do. So, for that reason, these people get my four stars.

Giving the lowest possible review - these people dont know what they are talking about and will try to scam you! Came in for a headlight replacement and they told me it would cost $155. They told me that 10% of cars have an inaccessible headlight and they would have to take off the front bumper in order to change it.Called the Kia dealership (I have a Kia soul) about this and they said it was blatantly not true. I bought a light for $20 and replaced it myself, and am lodging a formal complaint about this dishonesty with Firestone.

This is the second time that they misdiagnosed whats wrong with my car. I have been their 3 times this week alone for them to correct what theyve done to my car. I wont be returning.

My husband got his break done here a few months back. His truck started doing this shaking whenever he hit his breaks at high speeds. They smoothed out his rotors for free and now it doesnt feel like the tires are about to fly off when on the interstate.

Horrible. Had issues before but I went back. Previously, they installed a catalytic converter. It came loose. They claimed they needed to remove the entire bottom of the car. Took it up the street, pipe to converted not attached. Last year they replaced the mechanism to open the hood. Quit working. They took it back, said they could not find it and HANDED Me the broken handle; telli g me when I got a new one bring them the invouce!

Bad service zero knowledge they dont know nothing about cars and there prices are higher then any other auto services, dont go there save your car and money.

I was only getting an oil change and it wasnt busy but it took 40 minutes for it to finish. It shouldve taken at most 20-25 minutes. Its not how I wanted to spend the rest of my lunch break =(I also didnt like how the mechanic got oil all over my driving wheel, shift knob, and emergency break =(But despite the two major grievances against them, if it werent for $18.99 coupon that Firestone was offering for oil change and tire rotation the rating wouldve been a lot worse!

Honest service center with a nice waiting room and good mechanics

Brought my car to chech why engine light was on.they told me they ran a complete diagnostic and that all four of my oxygen sensors were bad,also my power steering switch according to them was broken and needed to be replaced. total cost of everything would be 1609.00.I felt I should get a second opinion and brought it to 2 other service repairs.they found someone had unplugged pressure switch on my car which caused false readings to occur.once they plugged it back in engine light went off and showed all sensors are operating normally.this dealer tried to scam me perhaps because I am a senior citizen and thought they could get away with it.shame on them.p.s went back to firestone to tell them what happened and the mgr. told me he has no control over what his mechanics might have done.I will be contacting dept of consumer affairs and firestone corporate

Not helpful. I went in with an issue and they barely explained why they couldnt do it, but invited me to finish watch the football game and my coffee. It almost felt condescending.
