They were very behind but had a wonderful attitude and let everyone know up front. So I waited patiently and ordered a western omelette, hash browns, and bagel. The omelette was exactly what I ordered, a western omelette. I dont think classics should be spruced up or what have you. It tasted great. The hash browns were ok, but kind of smashed together. Maybe I should have said scattered lol. The wheat bagel was good. They whip their cream cheese and give you a generous amount if that and real butter with your bagel. The menu has several more things Ill come back to try. But again, the service makes a big difference. Brian was especially helpful from beginning to end. Oh, and the dining area is comfortable also, along with a nice patio.

Freshly baked bagels in town. I love Rueben, Everything or garlic bagels with Salmon. All staffs here are friendly . I come here 4 days a week before going to work. People here are super nice and friendly. I can give them 10 stars.

I love coming here man. I feel so welcome every time I come in. The food is great, very well priced, and is prepared in a timely manner. They also have a pretty flexible menu. As said, the service here is very noteworthy. Perfect place for a brunch date, or somewhere to eat in between my classes. My only complaint is that the sausages arent that good, they taste a bit microwaved. It isnt a big deal though since you can just swap it out with something else. Make sure to leave a tip!

I eat here 5 days a week and always an excellent experience (and also great weekend spot to bring the kids). By far the best breakfast food I have had in the area (and great sandwiches too), and the bagels are amazing - always fresh (they make new bagels every 45 minutes). All of the eggs are organic and vegetables are sourced from local farms. The team working here is very friendly and always greets me with a smile and a welcome back. Highly recommend!

Amazing food and service!!!! I ordered a tray of wraps for an office lunch actually very last minute. Most places want you to order 24 hours in advance. They were extremely polite on the phone and said they were more than happy to make our order. Pick up was easy, service was excellent, and wraps were delicious!

As a native New Yorker, Im always hesitant to try bagels elsewhere. This place is the real deal - the best Ive had since leaving Long Island 8 years ago. I may or may not have shed a tear the first time I had a bacon egg and cheese sandwich from this place, it reminded me so much of home. Beyond that, the restaurant is always sparkling clean and the service is always top-notch and friendly. This is our favorite weekend treat! Thank you for this slice of home away from home.

Ordering online for pickup service was great. I forgot that the restaurant closes at 2 pm; but Brian was so friendly and waited for me to pick my food up. The omelette and fruits are always fresh and they have some of the best mango smoothies!

Tried breakfast for the 1st time here. Had Combo #1. Eggs (scrambled), home frys, turkey sausage and a bagel with cream cheese. Total was ~$8 +tax. A basic decent meal, good portions. Overall a good value. Will try again and post a final review.

Overall it’s an okay spot for bagels. Their bagel bread is great but their meat proportions are not generous like you would find in NY.

I love this place, their bagels are amazing and I have been a regular at the Johns Creek location for years.But good lord is their service slow. On numerous occasions Ive had to exit the drive thru before placing my order because Id been sitting there for over 15 minutes with no movement. I guess its a staffing issue? When I went inside to order the most recent time there were only two guys up front having to juggle the register, the drive thru, making food, and delivering food. Again, the food and coffee are fantastic, but the service stops me from giving this place a perfect 5 stars.

Stopped in for a grilled Ruben, cup of coffee after Church. First time here, ordered at counter, filled my own cup from pump coffee pots. Sandwich came about 5 minutes after setting down. Ruben was good.

Absolutely love every sandwich or bagel I have gotten here. Oreo Cheesecake ❤. One issue and its a biggy in the south. Yall really need someone who knows how to make sweet tea. Un drinkable. Next time Ill have a coke. Delicious food though. 😋

I enjoyed the flavor of the sandwiches, they were very good however, the size of the sandwich was not even close to the pictures shown by the website. The size is about a third less than what they show. Also, when my husband and I first arrived the people who looked to be the owners were right at the front door smoking. Now, I dont mind people who smoke but I dont want the smoke to blow right in my face when I am trying to walk in to a restaurant and it was the same thing as we left. I would recommend this place because like I said the sandwiches have a great taste, just dont get disappointed when you get a small sandwich for $10.00.

I was craving a Reuben sandwich and Manhatten NY Delis was spot on! You have many sides to choose from and it comes with a pickle spear. $10 out the door and worth every penny. All of the sandwiches Ive ordered have been great. Lets keep this local treasure around by visiting frequently.

Madison square garden and everything bagel was delicious. This store is close to my house and I’ll come back and. Menu is big and you can find something to eat every time. Definetly deserve five star.

Had a real nice lunch here. The Alpine burger and fries had me stuffed like a pig with the Swiss and mushrooms on there and garlic aioli to top it off. Very tasty and fast. The waitress had it to the table in a matter of minutes. Seems like a great place for a lunch or dinner. This place have a huge menu and even breakfast foods at lunch and a special after 4 menu. So I say work up an appetite or bring friends.

I order through Door Dash and my order was not prepared correctly. The French toast was okay, bacon and eggs could have been cooked with a little love, but hey🤷🏾‍♀️ Now here is were I got mad. The hash browns were not cooked at all like they took them out the freezer and throw themIn cold oil for 2 minutes the put them in the tin pan. I tried to put them in the broiler to cook them all the way but nope that didn’t work either it just chard the edges. I didn’t feel like breaking out my pot & pans and heating oil just to finish what they started. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering out!!! The grits were watery and lumpy like big nasty lumps! I literally live at one mile from there location. So condensation wasn’t the problem. Fire that cook immediately!!! My 7 & 3 year old requested hash browns and grits how disappointing😤

Ive tried to order using the drive thru 3 times in the past couple of weeks. I have left every time because the person cant understand my order which was very simple-bacon, egg and cheese on a plain bagel. Its absolutely ridiculous! I liked the food at this restaurant, it gives you a taste of NYC in Atlanta. The bad note was a guy cutting his nails in one table close to us, but I cant blame the restaurant for it, thanks God it happened after we finished our food.

My husband and I are bot from NY and we have tried all the ny bagels around, this place is amazing, bagels wore amazing and cream cheese that i got its something else. I got like assorted bagels for the office and we all loved it. I hope our community will support your business so we can have our own neighborhood NY bagel place. Ordered a customized omelet and bagel that really hit the spot after a morning workout. The only complaint I have that would have made it a five star review was the lox spread I ordered with it tasted a bit off. Apart from that, everything else was on par.

Waited at the drive through spot for 5 minutes then I called and the guy first hung up on me so I called back. He told me he couldn’t help me because he didn’t know how to use the register. Usually have good service, but this is unacceptable.

Ordered for lunch at the office. Sandwich option online asks for bread, side and bagel option, leading us to believe sandwich meals came with a bagel. We requested cream cheese with the bagels. Instead they ignored the bread choice and put our sandwiches on bagels (one of which being a cinnamon raisin for a cheese steak). When confronted they said “we don’t give bagels as sides.” We asked “why didn’t you call to verify bread choice?” They responded with “you said cream cheese on bagel so we assumed that meant ‘put sandwich on bagel.’” Even receipt said “hoagie roll” for the cheese steaks

As with every other time, the staff was very friendly and the service was fast. The food has always been very good and fresh. The menu has a great selection with prices comparable to a fast food place. I cant say whether I like the hash browns, the omelets or the blue berry pancakes the best. I wouldnt recommend you order each at the same time, unless you are sharing or taking it home. The portions are too large.

Fabulous spot for breakfast. Everything was outstanding - especially the coffee. You know if a place goes out of their way to have great coffee at breakfast, their attention to detail is spot on. Omelet with spinach and mushrooms was the best one Ive ever had. Bagels made on site - try the everything bagel and save half for later. Yum. Cant wait to come back next time we are in town.

I originally loved Cuzi Cafe. Since the new management I dont like how now you are forced to tip 18% minimum. There is a new waitress, Olga, serves you nice but dont mess the paying machine. Not so nice if you do. They used to have local fresh ingredients. Not anymore. Service and quality are important to me. I have stopped going to restaurants if the service is not there. That is why I pay. I can serve myself at my house for free.

Our experience was great. Service was kind and attentive. Our food was very good and delicious. Coffee was fresh and the latte selection was impressive. Sesame bagel was delightful! OVERALL: the food was a great value!

Decided to try out this new location close to home. Husband asked for a multi-grain bagel. Employee said honey wheat?. Didnt seem to know the difference. Not very helpful. Didnt seem to have most of what we asked for. It was 30 minutes before closing and the smell of whatever they clean with was overwhelming. No ambiance whatsoever. Food was marginal at best. I dont expect this place to be around very long. Too many other choices. Very disappointing.

AMAZING! Typically, they dont deliver unless its catering. However, I was so busy at work and could not leave my office and I asked if there was anyway they could walk it over to me, seeing as my office is somewhat next door. They had someone walk my breakfast over to me within 10 minutes! I love it! Im so happy! Great care for their customers.

Cuzi is close by our house and convenient to get in and out of. They have a great selection of lattes! My husband loves the eggwich breakfast, and the kids enjoy the french toast sticks and crepes. Sometimes it takes awhile to wait for the food, but it always tastes good so we dont mind too much.

Excellent food. Coffee is average, but the food alone warrants 5 stars. The environment is nice. Outside patio sitting is an option. Ive seen people bring dogs there which is cool by me!

Terrific place. Ive only been here three times and have ordered the same thing - The Farmers Burger. Huge patty with cheddar, two huge slices of bacon, a fried egg, and barbeque sauce, served with a huge load of fries. All of it terrific quality and always fills me up just right. The staff is always pleasant and the atmosphere is quaint. Its a nice, relaxing meal.

Ate here several times while working in the area. Several great soups and sandwiches. Their pasta salad is amazing! Great atmosphere, and very kind wait staff. Always got our food fairly quickly too!

I really wanted this cafe to be great, it is at a walking distance from our house. Unfortunately, I was not only very disappointed with the breakfast food and coffee quality, but also shocked to see that the server increased her tip on my credit card. I was refunded for the error by the manager/owner. In summary, the service was slow and not very attentive, and the food was salty and peppery despite my request for no pepper no salt. The 2 stars is because my daughter likes their lunch, otherwise it would have been 1 star.

This is my second time coming in and the food was still good. The young that runs the register is very patient and very informative about the menu.
