Bagel was supposed to have cream cheese and slice lox on it but it came with barely any cream cheese and a few small pieces of salmon you can barely even see definitely not going to be going back

While visiting from the Midwest. My uncle ordered some bagels and muffins for my cousin’s morning graduation. Awesome bagels, so tasty and overall wonderful! Everyone loved them!

The cashier was decent. Very quick to close the order.The food...left a bit of room for improvement.Granted I didnt have a bagel but a breakfast burrito, the handing out the orders seemed very annoyed from someone not picking up a previous order.The burrito was poorly done and unevenly cooked. Simply most of the ingredients were just thrown on a cold burrito shell and poorly rolled up. Pretty much in the same fashion the mini muffin was done.

We get bagels here at least once or twice a month. Solid bagels, good staff and other food options are tasty. Online ordering is easy and quick

This place is close to my office and I went for lunch, I tried breakfast before at a different location and I liked it too! Good food and great service, I like their bagel chips

Cinnamon roll was good, but French toast bagel tasted like an onion bagel. Disappointed with that. Had to wait a while even tho I ordered ahead. Not sure Ill go back.

A Little small but cozy donut shop.Nice variety of donuts to choose from.They also have a breakfast menu,smoothies and snacks as well.Nice environment to relax and read a book.

The everything bagels are the absolute best! I order them regularly in advance because I request them to be double seeded and sliced. During the week, I can call at 8 AM and pick them up at noon. I usually also have a sausage, egg and cheese everything bagel while picking them up. They make the best bagels and the staff is extremely friendly as well.

Bagel Boys is extremely high quality and super consistent. Grabbing Breakfast to go is quick and easy and dine in is nice as well. They always have a solid assortment of flavors of bagels and cream cheese. its all made in house and delicious. Alllllll the people that work there are great and fun!

Great Food! Great People! This is my favorite bagel place in Atlanta by far. The specialty bagels like the French Toast and the Cinnamon Crunch!! You got to try it and you will never go back to a Panera or an Einsteins. I have catered her a few times and I could not be happier!

The place is nice if you like bagel sandwiche. I wish they had vegan options because the sandwiches smell really good. The cold rush smoothie is good and very sweet. My coworker stated the cinnamon bagel tasted like a regular bagel with cinnamon sprinkled on top not really baked in.Staff is friendly and patient. Bathroom was clean. They encouraged 6ft apart seating.

Great bagels, but customer service can be hit or miss. The young girl working there today (wish we got her name) was super nice and provided and great/friendly experience.Visit was 2/26 @1:15

Great atmosphere and yummy bagels! Their bagels are light and the ones I have tried are delicious! They have lots of different flavors and different flavored cream cheese too! I have not tried the other food on the huge menu but there are a lot of choices!

Great family owned and run facility, strong Alpharetta ties. Bagels made in house along with other pastries and sandwiches. 2 locations in Alpharetta and a new one in sandy springs. Try it youll like it. Ask for John the owner, tell him jim sent you!

Im from NYC and these are as close to a real bagel Ive had in GA, however several times I get there before noon and theyre out of a certain popular bagel and not making more. Theyre open until 2, can you throw in another batch of poppy seeds in the oven at 11:30am, Im sure theyll sell :-) .

Missing item on Uber eats order.I Called the store to question the item I paid for and did not receive. I choose to call bagal boys as their staff packs and makes the food.The cashier and the manager refused to accept responsibility for the missing item. Management claims the Uber driver packs all food items that go out for delivery, and therefore is solely accountable for any missing products.The only solution offered was for me to drive to them and pick up the item, with no offer to refund me in any way.Their error was forgivable, the handling of the error was not. The missing item ruin our business breakfast meeting. I will NEVER use this eatery again. Extremely poor business

I got a Bagel Melt that was STONE Cold and barely melted. I went again and asked for it to be cooked three times they only did it to and it was STILL ice cold and when they said they would get it hot it was still Cold!!!!!

Bagel Boys is a great place to order breakfast from during this crazy time of Covid19. They have a large variety of fresh bagels. The spinach, bacon, egg and artichoke bagel remains our favorite. The orange juice is delicious.

Bagel was ok and coffee was bad.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our visit today, we ordered a breakfast bowl, a sandwich bagel and an Asiago bagel with cream cheese. The breakfast bowl was like microwaved eggs, a cut up tomato and sausage, there was water in the bottom of the bowl....there was no fruit that we ordered and they said we are out of fruit and just gave you a hash brown they cost the same. The bagel wasnt toasted and there was no cream cheese that we paid for, so we asked. This place was busy and has received good reviews so hopefully they were just off today.

So so. They do not have regular bacon or sausage - only turkey bacon and turkey sausage. It makes the breakfast burrito taste weird.

I got the Turkey and bacon sandwich and the bread was a bit hard and thick for a loaf. I ate it and I had to add so much mayo cause it was dry even with the honey mustard they put on both the top and bottom bread. My friend got the chicken pesto panini and he said it was great. I tried a hit of his chocolate croissant and it was pretty delicious. I would recommend getting a bagel or a pastry. Other than that, Ive been once before I think last year and it was really good. I dont know what happened.

Bagel Boys is always great. The service is always friendly, the bagels are tasty and they refill the bagel bins as fast as they are emptied. I pass closer bagel joints just to go there. If you want a bagel, or a bakers dozen, theyre worth checking out.

This place doesnt just offer amazing breakfast but also serves up phenomenal lunches. They offer delicious bagels, sandwiches and even soups and salads. Everything is made fresh and is top-notch. Plus service is friendly and speedy. They also offer free WiFi in case you want to sit around and get some work done. So many options too.

We didnt know Bagel Boys was right around the corner from us. We decided to use them for a church group breakfast and it was a total hit. I walked in on a Saturday to place my order, met the owner, and found him to be attentive and totally focused on customer service. He took the order, gave me a contact person in case he wasnt there, and the food was ready on time. I havent even started on the taste and selection--wow! Fresh, warm bagels with a huge variety of recipes, well-presented in the case, and fast friendly staff. You can tell when service starts from the top-down, and this place is a good example. Weve been back since!

Great bagels! Not a huge fan of the sandwich (the bacon was not crispy and the eggs werent great), but the bagels themselves were delicious. French toast bagel for the win! Sesame, blueberry, and cinnamon crunch all good too.

Dont let the nice photos on the website foul you. If you look at the photos on the website it looks like a really nice lush beautiful location but its not. Its in a rundown shopping center and it doesnt look as clean as a could be. I placed an order for a lox and bagel and I will tell you that Im extremely disappointed. I guess maybe Ive been spoiled by going to Goldbergs deli but I will tell you that this sandwich was absolutely not worth the price I paid. There was hardly any cream cheese on it and the cream cheese that was on it didnt even taste like cream cheese. The lox that was on my bagel didnt even taste like I was cured but more like a fresh salmon and I was extremely disappointed. This would not be a place I would go to ever again.

I wish this place was open longer because there is never a bad time for one of these bagels. They have everything from smoothies to sandwiches and their bagels and smears are always delicious. Great for breakfast or lunch. This small quaint place is always friendly and delivers fast service. However since the place is small it can get crowded plus sometimes parking is difficult

What a great surprise near the Costco in Sandy Springs. I love the open floor plan of this new Bagel Boys restaurant! All of the big windows facing out into the greenspace really did it for me.The staff were fast and friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. All around great experience. : ): )

I have been going to Starubucks next door for years, I decided to stop by and get a takeout order of bagel sandwich for me and my wife. What I saw inside is 3-4 guys hanging out and chilling with no care for customer service. While giving order, the other guy working there looked at me funny and stood there whole time while I was giving order looking at his buddy and giggling, apparently both of them have not seen an asian guy in person! Get some maturity! Owner, if you are reading this you need to take some actions.

Love the employees there, one afternoon at 2:30 pm on a Sat, they had already closed but she made me a smoothie anyway. I do go into store about 3 times a week, but she didnt have to make for me and she did anyway and I was really craving a strawberry smoothie and am very thankful for her going up and above...that my dear is how you keep folks happy for slackers like me and not realizing the time. Wanted the world to know that is great customer service every time I go, but today was super. Thanks guys for doing all you do.

I always get the Lox bagel platter. Always tastes delicious and comes prepared, and not with all of the ingredients on the side as some other local establishments do (which sucks when it comes on the side BTW; Lox fingers!!!). My wife is a fan of the lattes too. Kids are always happy with the muffins or bagels. Recommend.

Would you like some chicken salad with your lettuce wrap? Dont know what happened to my favorite balsamic chicken salad wrap --very little chicken, all in the middle, lots of lettuce both ends, and no balsamic for $8 (and the sides have shrunk). Not worth it. Changed a lot since they first opened.

One of the few places I will get up early for. They have great bagels, but they are even better when still warm. The owners are friendly and there is obviously a serious focus on customer service. They cost a little bit more, but well worth the cost.

Maybe its because we were there the day after Irma, but food wasnt good. Roast beef sandwich had green sheen. Fruit cup had white fuzz-asked for a replacement, no fuzz but fruit was mush. Egg white sandwich was good. Mini muffin tasted day old. Orange juice was good. Fountain drinks good. I had the medium roast Kona coffee- good but not hot. Bathroom unkept. Made me wish I had gone straight to the Starbucks next door.

Good NYC-style bagels, quite authentic. This is my second favorite spot for bagels in Alpharetta/Milton area. Good and quick service too.

I wonder if they have a new baker or supplier. The bagels were so much better than the last time I went there. Loved the French toast bagel with peanut butter. Im sure Ill be back.

I have never visited Bagel Boy Cafe, but will do so very soon. Again, please accept my apology for an incorrectly placed negative review.The below review is in reference to a recent visit to Brooklyn Bagel Bakery, not Bagel Boy Cafe!Their bagels are good. But, let me describe their ruben. You need a microscope to find the meat. They are so cheap, that they served a sliver of a pickle, and their coleslaw was dry. Yes, dry coleslaw. Can you believe it?

Waited 25 min for 2 bagels and still didnt get what I asked for. Good idea to staff 1 person to make bagels on Labor Day - who knew with everyone off, that people would go out for breakfast?! I give the manager/owner an F for being incompetent - I suggest visiting Einsteins and taking lessons.

Decent enough bagel joint. The bagels are pretty good, not great, and the cream cheese selection is pretty good. Staff are good and things move efficiently.

My first visit to Bagel Boy for lunch and it was great. I had the half/half sandwich(Turkey Club Panini) and soup combo(Tomatoe Veg). It also comes with really good bagel chips. Ill be returning for frequent lunches.

They freshly make their bagels Monday morning, I go in for a Bakers Dozen with my two cream cheeses!! PRICELESS!!

They’ve had some problems lately with serving sizes of the cream cheese, but for my second visit in a row, counter employees were eating in plain sight. Gross. John was nowhere to be found and his assistant manager was standing next to the offending employee typing on his cell phone. I’m done.
