Ive used Hans and his staffs services since 2003, and they have been the goto service for both of my Audi cars. Much less costly than Audi dealers, and excellent, knowledgeable service.

I have been bringing my cars to Hans for at least 15 years. First an Audi and now a VW. I have always been pleased with the service I have received. Everything gets fixed right the first time and the pricing is fair. There may be cheaper places out there, but you wont beat the quality of the service at Superior Autohaus. If you drive a brand of car that they service, this is the place to go.

First time visit and very pleased with my experience bringing my Audi here. It is a rare RS model and Im a bit paranoid about letting someone new work on it, but I went off the other positive reviews and they did not disappoint. Fair pricing, work done right the first time, but most importantly Hans and his guys clearly know what theyre doing and care about their work. Will be back.

Today was my first visit and I very much enjoyed the experience. Hans was very businesslike and pleasant, and he completed the APR tune on my car quickly and was very accommodating and reasonable. I took my 2015 S5 here to get the front brakes replaced. Sensors were going off indicating it was time for that. I went by there in advance to ask about pricing, and as expected, it was dramatically less expensive than the dealer. A couple hours after dropping my car off, Hans called to let me know my rear brakes were in need of replacement, too. Not something you want to hear, but he explained that the rear brakes were much less expensive, and that hed also give me a discount on the front brake replacements due to the additional cost of the rear brakes. I went back by the shop, and the mechanic (Mike, I think?) showed me the brake pads, and what a new one looked like, as opposed to the state of my rear ones. It was pretty clear the rear needed replacing, too, and that they were really looking out for me. Finally, he provided a loaner car since the additional work was going to take additional time, which allowed me to get on with my business day. Glad I found Hans and Superior Autohaus!

I have a 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio that was due for its 30k service. The local Alfa dealership quoted me almost $1000.00 to perform the service, which I thought was outrageous. Passed emissions after throwing multiple check engine codes and helped me with other issues as well. At another shop across town, I was quoted for $1200+ for brakes/rotors replacements. I saved thousands over the dealership!I took my almost out of warranty Porsche Cayenne S to have new brakes/rotors installed because I didnt want to pay the obnoxious price I previously paid to the dealer.For less than half of what the dealer wanted, I had upgraded Brembo rotors and ceramic pads installed!I also had them install some new H&R sport springs. Everything was perfect!Hans and his staff are top notch! Hans is one of the best master technicians I have dealt with for any of the luxury brand vehicles we have owned for years. These guys know their stuff! Took my B8 S4 in knowing I needed a lot done and terrified at what the cost would be. Hans guys looked it over and came back with it needing a transmission service and a 75k service. I shopped their price and service and couldn’t find a shop that even came close! The car runs like New now and my wallet doesn’t hurt as bad as I thought. Already have my wife’s service scheduled and will highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I stopped in to see if Superior Autohaus could give my newly purchased pre-owned S8 an inspection to make sure it was in excellent mechanical condition. Just came by their shop to see if they could take 5 minutes and ride with me to assess a shifter issue Im having and they said sorry, they have no time for me. I even told them I needed to have an intercooler and downpipe installed, giving them the opportunity to earn more business, but no such luck. Seems they have too much business to provide good customer service. Good for them.

Best Foreign Auto Mech Ever!

Hans is the man! I took my VW CC to get a quote for the APR Stage 1 installation with less than an hour from closing time at SATURDAY, and Hans not only gave me a quote but offered to do the installation on the spot through the closing time. The installation was very quick and pain free, Hans was very helpful throughout the whole process (and filled up my washer fluid!). I plan on doing APR Stage 2+ and possibly an exhaust upgrade as well at Superior Autohaus!

Techs were quick, knew the answers to my questions. Loved the upgrade they installed. Works fantastic.

I took my VW GTI there because they are an APR dealer. We had a heck of a time getting my computer to flash properly (not their fault) and I felt bad for taking up so much time. After talking to APR we finally got it resolved. He could have charged several hours of labor after all of this but Hans was super easy to work with and took really good care of me! I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. This shop is fair and you can trust them to take the time necessary to get the job done right!

I got the APR stage 2 tune for my 2013 A6 at superior autohaus and these guys did a great job, couldnt be happier with the result. Definitely recommended.

I took my 2008 911s to Hennessy Porsche dealer in Roswell to have my gear shiftier issue sorted out. They really did not offer any solution rather then - you need a new clutch - quote $3000 or something like that. I did not think it was a clutch thats causing it so I did some online research and I took my car to Superior Autohaus.Hans is a very good tech. He got my car fixed for a few hundred dollars. Of course it was not a clutch but a slave cylinder. He new immediately what it was. He mentioned I may need a new clutch in 10-15k miles but no reason to spend thousands now. I guess Hennessy Porsche does not feel like dealing with small repairs....Thank you Hans.

It was great to deal with someone (Hans)who really knows his cars. After dealing with carmax for a good 2 weeks and feeling they were just guessing. I was referred to superior autohaus and within 20 mins was told what exactly the problem was. YES WITHIN 20 MINS! BASICLY my alternator had a small leak and did not need to be replaced like carmax quoted. Also was misdiagnosed on my park break light (which was told carmax probably ruin when I got a set of new tires). My audiA8 over 8 years old but very hi-tech. Car max is not use to dealing with such hi-tech cars but they sure did charge me for a wrong diagnose. I did buy my car from carmax lol. They are good for buying or dealing with ur avg car but with hi-tech cars they really just play a guessing game. Its not the first time Ive had an issue with carmax miss diagnosing. Also I got my car repaired in Feb and purposely waited to post autohaus 5 Star service just in case.

The problem with online reviews in general is an overwhelming lack of pure facts. Typically you read a lot of one-sided stories grounded in a distorted perception of ridiculous self-entitlement, which lead to nothing but misinformation and gross misrepresentations.The facts . . .1. Hans Krajc is a master Audi and Porsche mechanic who was trained in Germany, and grew up in a car culture where these cars are the center point. Of course, that also includes VW and more recently Lamborghini.2. The team at Superior Autohaus acts as a competence center and are experts on the products they represent and deal with on a daily basis.3. They are extremely accommodating.4. Their pricing is more than fair for the time, effort, quality, and detail put into a visit irrespective of the type of work being done. Communication is also excellent as is the transfer of knowledge – if you are interested in learning more about your car that is.5. The automotive industry and the related service industries are not consumer goods, despite what some reviewers have alluded to and want them to be.Some background and opinion . . .I love cars and have since I was a kid. I’ve owned and/or had wheel-time on just about every brand (in the U.S.) that you can think of and I can wrench, although I’m certainly not the best. However, when it comes to the aforementioned brands – Hans is the best. As long as I have my B8 S4 it will be serviced (most recent service was 11/07/2015) and upgraded at Superior Autohaus, period. If I end up buying a 987.2 or a 2008 VW R32 then the same applies. There is a lot to be said for consistency and continuity when it comes to properly maintaining a car over time. It also seems that negative reviewers don’t understand business very well either. For one, if your vehicle was improperly maintained or received inadequate service prior then that becomes a liability for Hans and his team, so his right to refusal is a sound business practice. I’m sure you don’t like continuously fixing mistakes made by others either. Secondly, unless you have successfully completed a business transaction then you are not a client or a customer. You are just a prospect at that point and that is no reason to negatively rate a company. I am extremely happy to be a client of Superior Autohaus and I know you will be too. Just tune out the noise, be straightforward, and make your appointment, and the get the job done right each and every time. It’s as simple as that and your car will exceed your expectations thereafter.

Hans did a great job on my VW Toureg and his prices are much better than Nalley VW. Service has included oil change, timing belt, and others. Price was quoted before the service. He is very friendly and really enjoy his cute dog Max. Excellent and timely work. I will be going to Hans for all my VW repairs.
