I was headed to a nearby used car lot in hopes of buying a Jeep that I thought should absolutely be mine just from the look of it. On the way there, I noticed a very nice auto shop(to say the least). A nice man held the door open for me and I decided to go in and ask if they could do a used car diagnosis? The answer was yes. The first thing I can say about this place is the word PROFESSIONALISM. The handsome young man that I spoke with was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and did not try to sell me on any extra things that I may not need. With a smile, he gave me the price for what I needed and quickly scheduled me to bring the car in for the inspection.About 30 mins later, after bringing the car in, the highly experienced mechanic personally showed me his findings about the car. He took pictures and entered all the info hed gathered into a computer and the gave me a detailed print out of his professional diagnosis on that particular vehicle. The gentle spirited mechanic was friendly and reminded me of the good old fashioned honest mechanics that I used to come across as a young lady raised in the south. Youll feel like you made new friends in this shop. I want to add that the place was clean and had a very nice laid back feel. Nice to find a place where youre not just a number. The mechanic saved me thousands by finding the flaws I could not have seen in that used car I brought in. Keep in mind that these pros have many other services that they do and I noticed the care they took with everyones vehicles while I waited for my results. I definitely recommend that you guys fly in on your magic carpets or whatever and give these guys some business. I dont think youll regret it.

Came in to check if my car needed a new timing belt, Rafael sat and walked me through a couple options for the best value. Great interior wait area, stocked with a mini fridge and drink machine (coffee/tea etc) as well as snacks; the location itself is great with shops up and down the road to idle through while waiting. I picked up my car within the same day, and they even flagged a couple of issues I wasnt aware of, pictures taken of faulty areas.So in summary, the staff has an amazing vibe, booking and labor times are top notch.Its overpriced but worthwhile knowing everything was done RIGHT, and not having to bounce back to the shop multiple times.

Great service. I like the fact that they send you texts of whats going on with your car. Then you approve or deny the services from the quote. It was very easy and simple. Well recommended. The lobby area is very spacious. Well recommended.

I was in the area and needed my turn signal switch to be replaced. The switched also controlled the windshield wipers and the brights which were all going off. Hence why I needed it done right then and there. After calling around I decided to give them my business. They got on it in jiffy and gave me the best price on the repair. They were welcoming even allowing me to sit in the waiting room with my dog whom was with me. They made both of us feel comfortable being there. Had a great experience there meeting and interacting with the people at the establishment. Thanks guys!

They had a very reasonable coupon for an oil change which I did take them up on. They checked my brake pads and told me they were severely and dangerously low on my truck. They estimated to redo the rotors and pads for about $430. I took my truck to a known auto repair person who removed my tires and checked the pads visibly. Come to find out I still had more than half of the brake pad left. If I had gotten scared about the Speed technician”s report I would’ve spent over $400 for nothing.

I checked my car with speed auto for Hybrid battery and they diagnosedmy car and gave me report which was not authentic. They told me that my car hybrid battery has expired but when I checked with other place and they diagnosed that my battery is good and there is problem in breaks. I spend almost $ 140 for diagnose charges. It was worthless.

Really impressed with the efficiency and quality of service at this shop. We went in for an oil change, but ended up having to get a few other repairs done. The staff was very friendly, informative, and efficient. We will definitely come back for all future oil changes and repairs.

Took my vehicle in for a tire repair, got the motor mounts installed while it was there. Jim and his crew did a great job with the vehicle. I was given an estimate of the other items I needed with photos. I was also given the option to fix it now or skip it. Also had them do a pre purchase inspection for my daughters car. Knowing what the car needed gave us peace of mind to make the purchase. Definitely going back for my repairs.

Speed Auto Repair did a great job repairing the heater coil on my Tahoe. They also did a great job with a tune up and servicing the transmission. I would recommend them highly.

I have been here twice, both times were great. First time I thought I needed brake pads because the dealership tried to pressure me into buying them, but when I went here her took pictures of my pads and SHOWED me I was just fine.This last time the sweetest young man Raphael helped me and he spent the afternoon returning texts to me, checking prices and then when I got there he helped me with the headlights of my car.I will be going back to them again.

Not only did they fix my car but they diagnosed things about my car that I have gone to several places to get answers about. They found these problems in less that 30 minutes. We have used Speed before and have been happy. They took on a major upgrade for me which including installation of a Blue Ox base plate, diode wiring and installation of a Air Force-One braking solution. They did an excellent job and took time to go over their work (which was very professional) and made sure we knew about the products they installed. These are professionals who have customer focus first on their minds. I highly recommend them. Mark is an excellent mechanic and goes out of his way to tell you what to expect. Jim, Service Manager keeps you informed and sets expectations with options.

2 weeks ago someone cut me off while I was making a right turn on my way to work and forced me to jump the curb. Luckily I was ok but one of my front tires was destroyed and the other front one had a big bubble on the side. I called this shop and asked them if they could fix it if I had my car towed to them. The guy on the phone said yes and he would let me know how much everything was going to cost me once the car got there and they were able to look at it. From previous experiences with other auto shops, I knew that I was going to have to pay a lot of money but I had no choice because I needed my car fixed as soon as possible. The guy called me back and patiently explained everything to me and gave me a quote that was not as much as I thought it would be. My car was fixed by the end of the day. I don’t know anything about cars but every time I’ve had to get an oil change or something fixed, I feel that the previous auto shops have taken advantage of me and charged me for extra stuff I didn’t need. I don’t know the name of the person I spoke with at the shop but I know that the guy that worked in my car is named Eric. I just want to say thank you for helping me with such a stressful situation and not taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge by overcharging me or telling me I needed extra things done just to charge me more money. I really appreciate your honestly and great work. I highly recommend them for anything you car needs.

I was referred for a service from another auto maintenance shop. Mark was the mechanic and Austin was the front service person. They quoted me a rate for the repair. I was in a hurry to get the repair done because I was going out of town. They took me right in and finished the repair that day . Austin called stating the mechanic recommended additional work. I agreed and approved. I would return to the shop for repairs.

My emissions test failed and showed Oxygen sensor failures. A different repair shop asked me to replace both oxygen sensors and wanted to charge me $600 plus anything else that may break while installing it. I was skeptical as to why 2 sensors would fail at the same time. Visited ‘Speed Auto Repair’ for second opinion. The manager felt it may not be sensor issues and proposed diagnostic test. I signed up for it. He came back later to tell me they cleaned up a few things which helped sensor to give correct reading. I drove my car for a couple of days and came back to get it checked to make sure the codes had cleared and I am ready for a emission retest. To my surprise they even did a retest and got me the emission results.( initial test was at a different place). All done for less than 1/4 of what another repair shop quoted. Genuine place. Hard to find nowadays. Happy to recommend Speed Auto.

Professional services and always takes time to explain. -1 star because they recommended transmission service which I have already performed at Honda dealer in 2018 which I forgot I had done which I am sure shows on carfax which I ended up doing 2 transmission flush in 2.5 yearsReview edited. The shop reached out and informed me that the van reached the 30k miles since last trx fluid change. Checked Carfax and he was right. I stand corrected.

This time they were exceeded!I brought in my old1982 jeep scrambler that I was a little hesitant to trust her with someone new. They did some upgrades that another shop didnt even want to do. They were fast friendly and did an excellent job at the price I expected. Ill never take my baby anywhere else.

This is the only shop I trust my Mustang with. They do my routine maintenance and install my aftermarket parts. They treat your car as if it were their own. They’re all great, Mark and Jason always do amazing work and definitely know their stuff. Jeremy is always helpful and can get you any info you need before or after you arrive. I used to shop around for comparible work that needed to be done and ASCs prices beat every competitor while also having that trustworthiness I need, so it s been easy to drop everyone else and go to ASC with no worries. They recently installed a leveling kit and new wheels/tires on my F-150 and completely brought it back to life. I simply cant say enough about them and they are THE service center I recommend to anyone who asks me where they should take their vehicle to be serviced. I had a great experience getting a window switch repaired. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Car issues can be so stressful and they were so easy to work with.

I highly recommend this shop,a shop that actually took off the labels on the tires after they mounted them.I cant tell you how many cars Ive seen come in the shop I work with new tires and nobody took off the labels.BTW they even were going to wash my car.

Amazing experience. Truly a family business and welcoming feel that you dont find at dealerships/chains. The local dealership told me 3-5 days, ASC had my truck ready the next day, for much less. Not to mention they stayed a few minutes after hours to make sure I made it there safely after my water pump had failed while driving. I cant recommend these guys enough!

The repair portion remains efficient and fairly priced. And now they offer a used car service too.Just this week our 268,000 mile vehicle retired. We provided our criteria for a used car and they went shopping for us, presenting options. The perfect used car was purchased for my husband a few days later.Then our 2000 car retired a few days later (no joke) when the computer finally crashed and was not worth the repair. Same service again. The perfect car for our daughter was found within a few days.Friendliness and service is off the charts at this place. Sometimes feels like family instead of a service center. I highly recommend Alpharetta Service Center for all of your car service needs.

James runs a top-notch full-service center with a heart for service. Yes, his crew members have lots of experience and technical acumen and they take professional pride in doing the job right, but even better in my book is James transparency and true desire to give the customer an excellent value. He took on a one-off custom installation (a performance module) for my Cadillac Escalade that couldnt get done at my regular (and now former) shop after a couple of failed attempts. It took more time and hassle than anybody could have anticipated - mostly due to poor product documentation and slow support from the vendor - but he stuck with it and got it done, charging me a fraction of the actual time spent as he felt was fair and I was more than happy with. Now all my vehicles will go to Alpharetta Service Center & Auto.

I was looking for a good used car for my teenager when I ran across these guys: Kirk, James, Mike, Mark and the rest of the team. The entire crew did an exceptional job not only inspecting cars as I found them but they worked tirelessly with us to source exactly what we were looking for. And, given the fact that my teenager saved all summer, well, she was pretty particular. These guys are authentic, honest and know that building a long term relationship is not about a fast buck but about providing a quality service at a fair price. They are not close by my house but they have earned my future business, both as mechanics and as a used car dealer.

Went for oil change for a BMW, great service and good price. They also found leak issue with my coolant tank, but unlike many other mechanics did not put pressure to get it fixed ASAP at their center. Will certainly go back for other auto service.
