Ive had the joy of supplying Centennial Motors with a lot of their parts over the year. That being said I dont just toss out reviews for every shop I deal with. They are easy to deal with, always pay up for the best parts and warranty and for the most part never have any issues. I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from them. Cyrus is awesome to deal with and highly recommended by me. Keep up the great work!

Long time customer, enjoyable friendly place to visit, stay awhile, eat. Be Merry. They added a bar area a few years ago which increased the seating capital. Like everywhere, the pandemic had effected the number of persons but they have kept up the service level and food quality. Really good food. Quality place, visit and support a local business. I think prices are reasonable. Good VCariety if choices, feeshlny made to order.

Awesome experience, Great customer service and honest! I have been driving back to Alabama to have my Mercedes serviced but honestly they made me feel at home. Energy in the shop was positive and I will be telling everyone I know with a Mercedes to visit this shop!!! Greatly appreciated

What a great organization--the father/son combination and the entire staff. I love RBM, but Centennial is my dealer and service provider of choice. They are very honest and have always done super work on my vehicle and it did not cost me a fortune. I really appreciate their work ethic and integrity. In 2016, those two descriptors have disappeared, but thanks to Cyrus and his dad, they have restored my faith in the repair industry. Thanks for being you. Keep up the great work.

Quick service but was definitely over charged! Paid to much for an after market starter.. I guess you live and you learn..🤷‍♂️I appreciate you getting back to me so quickly. However, when I researched the price of Bosch Starters for my S550, the price was anywhere from $175-215 for the Bosch Starter. You charged me over $400 for the starter. I am well aware that mechanics pay wholesale for parts. Why did I get charged doubled for the price of a starter?I just think thats unfair business practice.

Been with these guys for several years now. Cyrus and the staff there are ALWAYS extremely nice and knowledgeable. I took my car in recently and besides the work it needed they went above and beyond and wiped down the inside of my car because my window was stuck in the down position for a few days. I would highly recommend Centennial Motors.

Horrible customer service, very aggressive owners when I got my S550 back the HDD adapter has been stolen from my glove compartment also all my chargers and aux cords that I KNOW undoubtedly I left in the vehicle upon dropping it off. I over paid for labor. But the thievery from my car took the cake, if they will steal petty things out of someone’s vehicle what kind of people are you guys really — THIEVES!!Stay away from people like this and mom and pops shops who don’t value your hard earned dollar..stealing broke the integrity of even calling your selves a official Mercedes Benz dealer scumbags!

I had just bought a used 09 E350 and I had a gas leak that I didn’t know was common until I called Centennial Motors. They emailed me a letter from Mercedes Benz which explained the extended warranty details. I took the letter to RBM and got the gas tank replaced w/o paying a dime! Centennial Motors saved me close to 3k!!! Thank you guys so much!!!

I was super excited to find a small shop that specializes in Mercedes less than 5 mins from my home. I purchased my preferred oil and filter (like many Mercedes owners) and stopped by to see how quickly and “cost-efficiently” they could get it done. I stood in the lobby for about 8 mins before an older gentleman walked from the back (parts) area of the shop. I quickly greeted him as he walked DIRECTLY at me with “Hello, my name is...” and before I could finish he stepped around me and called for someone else (Jim maybe) to come from the back of the shop with these exact words “Customer”. No “Hello”...no “someone will be right with you”...no eye contact....just rudeness!So that exchange made me apprehensive, given my assumption that service shops, that also do sales, DEFINITELY want new customers.Long story short I couldn’t bring myself to pay $50 for an oil change because 1. The customer service was non existent and 2. I already had my oil and filter so $50.....is ridiculous for .1-.2 hours of labor.So I’ll head to RBM- Alpharetta for any concerns. They’re always friendly!

Great guys that know what they are doing with anything related to Mercedes vehicles, Outstanding service.Charlie, Cyrus and Max these guys go the extra mile and they know what they are doing.Ive been a customer for 7 years. Seriously Ive gone to RBM, Mercedes of Bucheead and the other independent of Peachtree industrial and those guys are not knowledgeable when it comes to fixing ABC issues.Centennial knows their stuff.
