I received amazing service to replace my battery today. Johnna was very informative in checking the life of my old battery & explaining the differences between my options for replacement. A bystander hearing my car turn on attempted to point out that it was my starter that was the issue .. she continued to assist me in what she knew to be the need for a new battery & provide what I needed in a matter of 15 minutes (or less). We also had genuinely great conversation & I feel confident that should I have another question or problem with my vehicle she would be more than helpful in repairing the issue while educating me more about it & how to better care for it in the future.
This store always has great service. Good selection of parts, and helpful staff. The person checked my battery for free and I didnt need to replace it, saving me money. Ill be back when I do need parts as that extra step earns trust, and I like to shop with businesses that have earned trust. Well done!
Dont buy a battery from these dishonest folks. They do not adhere to their warranty. They tried to tell me my 2 yr old battery was fine on their tester even though it couldnt start my car. After some discussion I got a new battery and my car started right up. Never had that problem at Costco 🤔

They were fantastic...I have a Maserati and my windshield wipers were a mess. They came out in the rain, looked The wipers got the new ones, took the old ones off, new ones on..and I was on my way. Excellent customer service!! I will always be back!!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would, came in for breaks and there was someone at the register who I told what I needed and he completely ignored me. Until another person came up to me and actually acknowledge that I was there. Disappointing.

Amazing service!!! Cant thank John Banne enough for his knowledge and time in lifting a huge burden from us today. 120 miles from home, our car started running hot with red lights coming on. Pulled into auto zone and John immediately recognized the problem and took care of it until we can get back home. Thought we would have to have the car towed which would have cost us hundreds of dollars, time and stress! We are on our way home and everything is working fine plus we have peace of mind!
Monte I believe that’s his name went over and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed! I needed a new battery and he was extremely helpful! He change my battery and also put a qt of oil in for me! He was very nice and after my visit my stress level went down ! I will be sure to visit this auto zone for my car needs!

This was by far the best experience at any auto store I have ever visited. I was Blessed to have an both Monte and Eddie working the evening I visited this location. All I needed were simple windshield wipers for my vehicle. Eddie was incredibly honest and insisted that I get the right pair of windshield blades for my vehicle! He did not insist on the most expensive ones!!! During this time, Monte was out in the rain and did not hesitate for a second to replace my blades for me at no cost!!!! The new wiper blades were literally on my car by the time I got back to my vehicle to leave the store. Both Monte and Eddies attitudes and work ethic were incredible!!! I hope that AutoZone truly appreciates these two men!!! With their positive attitudes and outstanding service, they could work wherever they wanted, whenever they wanted!!! May GOD Bless you both!!! Helpful associates, I asked for everything I needed to do my first oil change, and they gave it all to me, did not tell me I would need an oil wrench. Incredibly dissapointed that no one informed me. I dont mean to sound entitled, but I specifically asked because I have never done this before

Went in today looking for some car seat cleaner. I was immediately welcomed and asked if I needed help. The associate knew exactly what I needed and took me to the counter as well. I was in and out in under 3 minutes. I believe the associates name started with a D (maybe Darren), but I appreciate the excellent service

He recommended me a product that could fix the horrible scratches on my car, which I purchased, then he proceeded to show me how to properly use it on my car. I had a great experience at this store this past weekend. I was immediately greeted by Essence upon entering. She helped troubleshoot my issue, (bad blinker), and also checked all the other light functions on my car, showed me the replacement bulb I needed, and installed it for me, all in under 10 minutes! I was very impressed with her initiative, knowledge, and professionalism. I would highly recommend this location.
Let me just say everything was quick and easy for us! We had them put a battery on hold for a 2007 Chevy Impala. We got there and they helped us with the battery. Darren was awesome! The battery was stuck in there with its location, the corrosion, and the rusted bolts, but somehow he was able to get it replaced with a new battery that had a handle. He was very patient and helpful. Will not go anywhere else! Darren really took care of us. We really appreciated it!
I cant say enough great things about this location! I walked into this AutoZone after a long day at work today to get my car battery tested. I walked up to the counter, and Mario assisted me instantly. It took almost no time for him to test my battery, and it definitely needed to be replaced. I asked him where I could get it replaced quickly, and he said he could do it here and that he would check my warranty. He checked the warranty, and it had expired TWO DAYS ago. I expected to spend $150 - $200 replacing the battery, but Mario graciously honored the warranty with no problem at all! Thank you Mario for helping me out and for being so kind! You made a busy and stressful day so much better. I will definitely be going back to this store and will also be recommending anyone I know to come here for their car needs!
Mr.Uriel went above and beyond for my mother and I on March 2, 2019 at closing. As a young woman I don’t know anything about cars ( this is my first car I got two weeks ago), so I sent my mom to Autozone. I had a battery problem and he was more then willing to stay after work to make sure the new battery was installed and ready the rode. The people who work at this location were AWESOME!!! I needed a replacement low beam, and the counter help knew everything about the different bulbs. I was ready to drive away with new headlights to replace myself, but they offered to do the work for free immediately. The guy showed me the old bulb was still working and that I only needed a new headlight connector (much less $). They refunded the bulbs and gave me the product detail to order it from the website. I am completely impressed.
I find this auto zone to be the more affordable auto parts store in this area. Courteous staff who addresses your needs more than trying to sell. Been shopping here for two years now and will continue.

Went in for a simple battery change and had a great experience! I was immediately greeted at the door by Essence and she was quick to get outside and test our alternator and our battery. When she tested the battery as bad, she brought me inside to go over options. We quickly chose one and Essence went outside and installed it for us. The whole process was less than 15 minutes and Essence was an absolute pleasure to work with. We will be back!

Walked in to this store asking for a cotter pin. The gentleman behind the counter said, I dont know, do you have a part number. I tried my best to look one up, but to no avail. He said we dont have those, Im sorry. So I left. Later I look up on the website and see that it is a very common item for autoparts stores to have. Maybe this is my fault for being such a novice do it yourselfer, but I feel like this is walking into an office depot and being told they dont sell paper clips. Come on guys.. you can do better.
I went to a previous location in Dunwoody to exchange something I purchased online. The employee there didnt even attempt to make an effort to see why the error on their system was coming up. I came to this location on N Main st and was assisted my Miss Essence. She was great and very patient in assisting in getting my online part exchanged at the store. Thank you for great customer service. And also, to the other employees who helped.
My son and I came in to purchase windshield wipers. I made a simple comment noting that I would just pop the old ones off and put the new ones on. The gentleman who works there (Tabiri) offered to do it for me and it was very cold that night.The level of professionalism is fantastic and he went the extra mile for us.
Firestone next door told me my head light is out and itll cost 200 to get it fixed. I walked to AutoZone, one their guys looked at it. The bulb was loose, he fixed it and would not accept my tip either. I go there all the time. They are always friendly and willing to help.
The employees here ignored me for 10 minutes until a boy who worked there from the back passed by and helped me. He was very respectful. (Boy: white, dark brown hair medium length)

Trash-tier service. Went in yesterday to have my windshield wiper blades replaced. They ended up using the wrong blade and broke the mechanism. They told me I could come in same day to get the mechanism and blade replaced. It ended up being the following day where I sat in the store for 30 minutes looking at hot-wheels only to have them try to reuse the same type of blade that broke my car, and which they had made me purchase the day prior, on the new mechanism. Big surprise, it didnt fit. And they threw out my old blade, despite understanding the complications, so I ended up going home with, not a new blade, but no blade at all. I netted negative from this process. Zero compensation and a whole lot of wasted time. Avoid at all costs. Your granny could do a better job.
I highly advise anyone Against purchasing any battery at Autozone. The batteries are cheap and barely last past the warrenty. I spent $120 for a Battery that lasted 2 years and 3 months yet no replacement because warranty had just expired. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else that provides higher quality parts...
Like most AutoZones, getting help is generally slow and it seems to take forever. Even though I ran into a little bit of this on this last visit, it was made up for by the helpful interaction I had with the associate. As someone going through car issues, they helped make my situation less painful and helped me to leave with what I needed without additional visits. Thanks!

If I could do 0 stars I would. Terrible service, I ordered a part and they made me pay for it over the phone. It was supposed to arrive at 12 the next day, it did not. They then said it would definitely be in the next day by noon and we delayed going out on the boat to get the part to fix it. They couldnt find it and had no tracking on it, needless to say it didnt show up then either. Shouldnt have had to prepay for something they couldnt deliver.

Twice they have ripped me off when buying batteries. Firstime I ordered w their app. Once there the sales person upgraded the battery to a higher cost. Assured I get a credit. Stilled charged on the app for a battery and in the store. Went back to get resolved. Never could get an answer. Second time..for another car apprentky they did not have a record of me buying a car battery. Would have been under warranty. I think they purposely did not capture the information. So they would nor have to pay out for the battery. Will not go back.Avoid if possible.

The first time I visited this location she was extremely helpful so I recommended my My father to go and seek her out on options for an alternator on his 2014 Nissan Altima and AGAIN he had Nothing but kind things to say about her. I thought about Walmart for a battery. I stopped here first. Mario was very helpful. I had bad battery and he tested, recommended and changed it for a new one. Walmart wouldn’t do that.
Went to get my battery on my Infiniti checked at AutoZone today. I was assisted by their staff member Riad. He was VERY professional, knowledgeable, and facilitated both the sale and install of the new battery. He did an EXCELLENT job and really appreciate it! I highly recommend both Riad and this AutoZone at 784 N Main in Alpharetta for their Excellent service!
Kwodwo spent at least half an hour changing out my utterly disgusting, corroded battery. He took the extra time to clean up the corrosion and got me back on the road as fast as possible, with no appointment and no wait. I am so grateful.

The worst AutoZone location around......It stems from the way less than intelligent store manager who cant take more than one question at a time all the way down the employee line. There are a couple guys there worth while, Josh and Larry are the only ones worth talking to when it comes to knowledge and being honest. The service is crap and the overall knowledge level is way less than the TV commercials like to make you think. Advanced AUto is across the street.....go there.

A few weeks ago I went into the store to purchase a rear windshield wiper for the same 2011 GTI. I was unable to find a chart to figure out which wiper to purchase so I inquired at the register. An older gentleman with an accent looked it up and said to me Nope. Cant get it. Youll need to go to the dealer and youre looking at at LEAST $50. The GTI is a rich persons car. I laughed and insisted that he was wrong - GTI is not a rich persons car and that I think Ill be able to find this blade. He then walked out with me to take a quick look at the rear blade. As we walked he said he liked to help the pretty ladies. He looked at the blade, declared that I must go to the dealership and will be spending big money.This man was just awful, and, I will add, had zero knowledge about cars, it seemed. He was not even remotely helpful.It should be noted that I went across the street to Advance Auto Parts and spent $13 on the blade which works perfectly.I give one star because it is required. People will get much better service across the street at Advance Auto Parts.
