The absolute worst pharmacy. Our insurance is forcing us to use Rite Aid. Prescriptions are never ready DAYS after being called in! The workers are rude. I was happy to see the hired a few new employees with better dispositions. But that was short lived.Id love to go back to using Walgreens. Pharmacy open 24/7, friendly staff, never waited 45 mins in line, scripts were always ready.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to! Staff is so rude! Not only are they rude, they are slow. Your prescriptions are never ready, even if they were called in days before. You have to wait forever, only to then deal with very rude staff. I have been to plenty of other rite aid pharmacies, but this location is terrible. We have been dealing with them for a long time bc it’s close to our drs office, however, we will not be returning after the latest fiasco.

I waited for the second time today over a hour in the drive thru with my 2 year old in the car and he was sick and needed medication! I tried calling and it took 4 times of hearing the recording for someone to answer and all they had to say was they are busy well there are only two people in front of me

I only go to Rite Aid to get my prescriptions filled since my health insurance changed and Walgreens no longer accepts it. Rite aid pharmacy has the SLOWEST service. Im literally in line writing this review. Ive been waiting for 25+ minutes. I would go back to Walgreens if I could.

They tell you your prescriptions are ready when they are not, they put them back when they say they are not. One employee in the pharmacy to the next doesnt know what they other tells anyone so they obviously dont make any notations on your account. They dont keep track of anything. They lose your prescriptions. They dont check to see if you have more than one ready.... They are an accident waiting to happen

One of the female workers is incompetent, rude, and arrogant. The manager had to call and apologize on her behalf for her impudent behavior.

Takes almost three days to get a prescription filled... If they remember to do it. I normally have to call and remind them then come in and stand in line while they fill it even though they say it should be ready in two hours it NEVER is.

Well I left them rude nasty pharmacy. That manager is to. My friends needed heart meds and they all but said she got it. Guess what no she didnt. I am usually mellow but why treat customers like that. You should be ashamed. It was heart med hmmm thats a lawsuit if something happened. You wanted my friend to pay 400 dollars 4 your mistake wow. You had her on speaker so everyone heard herThats against her rights and then turned your back on her. Just who do you think you are? Your no better then me. I hope district manage does something.You should be ashamed especially after hanging up on her. If you cant take the heat get out of the kitchenI will never shop there ever Im hurt for her. This review had to be written hoping none else gets this treatmentOh 1 more thing answer your phone. Go Benzer love them. You are lucky you got a star.

Expensive some staff rude. 1 bathroom handicap parking. Wide entrance but not 4 a wheel chair.water on both sides. Phone rings constantly. Pharmacy slow and some girls rude .People want their meds its not the girls its you rite aid shame.thank you shannon 4 your help and fix that dam western union machine.people are not happy.Buck up.im gone bye

Everytime I go to pick up a prescription, very very slow service. Only 1 person taking care of inside and drive thru customers, and 4 others bullshiting and hiding between the medicine racks. Would not recommend this location to anyone. If you want great fast service, go to the one at sawburg/state.

They are very rude to me that say I was getting people give money to me 2/2/2019They said I was lowed to be back on the place and I will not let my dog go in there I would not recommend it to no one to go there for nothing I hope it gets out there to everyone else to
