I went for the first time today. Im a member of Sams Club & I prefer Sams. I dont need a fancy, bouge store to buy in bulk. Example bacon $6 per lb. Vs SAMS club $3.95 per pound. Dog food $24 for 50lb bag vs SAMS club $15.98 for 50 lbs. 24 pack canned dog food $24 vs SAMS club $14.98 24 pack. Tide pods 4 pack, $30 vs SAMS club $20 for a 4 pack. Come on people do the math!!!!! Its not rocket science!!! Also most of the aisle were closed on a busy Saturday afternoon @ 3:30, due to restocking!! I realize we live in a time where shopping is all about brand names & paying higher prices for the exact same thing. Its not about saving money & being frugal anymore. But Im on a tight budget & need to shop wisely. The lines were ridiculous & moved very slowly, like watching grass grow. I didnt purchase anything because I got disgusted & walked out after seeing those prices, but my family did & it was brutal waiting for them to check out!!! I went to the restroom & witnessed an employee leave the restroom & not wash her hands, so that immediately turned me off as well!!! So its Sams Club for me. Sorry Costco you just dont impress me!!!! Oh & a 20 minute wait for gas, nice!!

Super friendly staff, great deals, and amazing customer service. What isnt there to love about Costco? They also pay their employees very well and have great benefits so I try to support them over other big box retailers!

Love it but not somewhere I would shop on the weekends. It can get very busy and the check or wait time can be really long. During the week is better. Glad they made the self check out line for smaller items although it should only be enforced that people with a lot of items go to regular check out.

Was first time at the store, very very busy . The only downside was the customer service, taking a very long time to do the membership. Will go again and will reevaluate one more time.October 16, another visit, I likenit, price was a big surprise for me, it is lower than BJs . The check out was very long line but moved very quickly, we added pizza to go, it was delicious

Everything you need!Of course this is a store for big families, but Costco is full of everything you will ever need, from Dental Paste to Pijamas.It looks a little bit overwhelming, but basically for all the options and different products they have.Sizes are family size for most of the items, so I wouldn’t recommend it to a single person.Prices are good due to economy of scale (more for less). Remember you will need a membership such as Sams Club and other big stores.

Always spend money when I go, but I love their quality for price. And their rotisserie chicken is the best!!

Fantastic tire folks! Im from out of town and had to replace a wheel that was likely slightly warped (gives faint thump thump noise). I had bought the tires from my hometown costco a month ago and offered to pay the installation fee again (just $20) to this costco to remount onto a new wheel. Terry said hed check and came back and said it would be covered under warranty (what? no charge!). When they were done, Nathan cheerfully informed me they put the old wheel in my trunk and offered to go out and pick it up if I didnt want it. I said sure, but first let me help my in-laws load up their purchases. After I came back and opened my trunk to take out the wheel, Nathan came out and took it from me before I had made not two steps away from my car. What service! I offered to tip the guys, but they said theyre not allowed to take tips. So Im writing them an awesome review. Definitely come here to get your tires. Its the service and the customer-centric attitude that makes the difference!

My first time going there in person. Its a good sized building. They have a pharmacy and vision department- but make sure they take your insurance. This is a good place to buy bulk of course and some thing are less expensive going that route especially if you buy on a consistent basis.

The packaged tri-tip used to be our families favorite thing on earth. However something changed with it. The spices or something, and it tastes pretty bad now. Our whole family is disappointed. The store itself is good though.

I havent been at Costco for some time now.. and it was Saturday afternoon so I was dreading a long line to checkout. It was a line. But so organized, all checkouts open and friendly, kind staff made it a worthwhile trip!

Clean, well stocked, products I need and use. Great service today in the eyewear, especially! Pharmacy is quick, efficient, and discreet. I always recommend Costco and using the member Visa for doubling warranties and annual cash back.

This Costco is amazing! They have so much of everything, that you wont leave empty handed. Clothing, food,electronic, you name it. Very happy with my shopping experience.

I really enjoy the staff at Costco. They are fun and jovial as they are also serious about getting work done. My daughter and I enjoyed our time here as we were returning from YouTube NewYork. Costco’s are that much fun to stop and be at. The toys were amazing and the Christmas things are at great deals.

The greeters at the door target certain demographics and seem to have an bias aggressive attitude that as a member, makes me feel uncomfortable, let alone someone who is looking to become one by just previewing the store. I hardly feel it necessary to be harassed at the gate when this establishment has yet to resolve the frustration of the check out gridlock.

Ryan and his manager, Troy, were excellent in helping us with our problem in regards to warranty for a TV purchased in 2018.HOWEVER, the customer service return workers were horrible. Specifically, Michelle, the woman in the blue shirt and shoulder length brown hair was nasty and made an effort to not assist us until she had to. But she had no problem helping people with returns who were behind us.

Love it here, the only thing that sucks are the other people who shop here lol. Besides that the food is good quality, well-priced and staff is consistently friendly. Their pizza and smoothies are good too

First of all Costco one of the best store around here like BJS and sams club with little more organize and clean and product verite nice wholesale store I recommend for everyone.

We are new to Costco and we try to go once a month to stock up on a few things. They have good deals! The food is amazing, 1.50 for a big hot dog and soda, cant get that anywhere! I feel like it would be a bit more enjoyable if it wasnt so crowded, so maybe mornings are better.

It’s fine, just don’t go on a Saturday. The line literally goes from the front of the store to the back. You’d think they’d staff appropriately and have all registers open.

Costcos ask for you to wear a mask I dont have a problem with that I wear one whenever I go into public but then at the register there is no social distance they incurage you to move up so more people can get into line.

Bought security cameras for my business 800.00 not happy to find out the camera company has no streaming app that works as stated on the box rendering this system usless... after I paid 800 to put it in now Im stuck with a broken system new and labor costs on top.... all. Hi see sold junk is what..... they should be sued for false advertisements....

Felt Discriminated. Google says they open at 9am. Went before 10am and a greeter that could hardly be understood forcefully told younger people and white people to leave! If youre a member you should be able to shop during any open business hours. Never going back!

As far as club warehouses go, this one is great. Prices are usually lower than competitors and selection is comparable. Sadly, the only real downside is that half of the selections are constantly changing. Products you purchase today might not be available on the next visit. Sometimes they reappear at a later date, and sometimes they disappear forever. The house branded products (Kirkland) are very good, and sometimes (more often than not) are better than the regular brands and with much better prices. You never know what you will find from visit to visit, and its always worth the trip.

They have a wealth of stuff we need. The lines moved quickly. The bathroom urinals needed a good cleaning.

My experience here is always the same. The quality of the products is excellent. Anything Kirkland branded is as good or better than any other name brand. The staff in this and every location I’ve visited are friendly and helpful. What’s more to say?

This place is awesome. All kinds of stuff I never knew that I wanted, and in bulk! Electronics, home goods, butcher, produce, cleaning supplies, pharmacy, clothes, you name it theyve got it. The only catches are that selection will be limited to fewer choices than youre used to and you have to pay for a membership. Would highly recommend to any homeowner or family. Probably not as useful to small families or people in apartments.

Love their chicken and gasoline prices (.30 gal less than area stations)

It was my first time at Costco although Id heard alot about it.We just walked around and checked it out, but decided against a membership.This would be a good place for someone with a big family who likes to buy in bulk though.

The supervisor Melissa denied all my food items to be return because one item was purchased with EBT. 1/6 items. I asked her which item was purchased by EBT, and she said she doesnt know. So i ask her to individually return them so she would know. She gave a big fuss that it is time consuming. I was the one waiting, she gets paid wastimg her time. I spent over 25 minutes dealing with her attitude. When she finally finished, i made the complain to her higher up supervisor Rich. I will complain agaim on the costco website, and on the app. Melissa is supposed to have 6 years of training. This is really poor customer service and poor attitude. She created a long queue due to her incompetence.How come if you individually process the items, you can find it? Customer service is very poor. Staff treats customers as if they are inferior. Gas lines are horrendous. Baked goods are fresh. Inventory changes. Lots of healthier options competition doesnt offer. Membership required. Just added self checkout

I wish I could receive the famous Costco Customer Service. I have had four service visits on a Samsung washer. Samsung and Costco Concierge continue to give me the run around instead of just accepting a return after four visits. There Costco Concierge is a joke, I have spent hours on the phone with them with no resolution. You always speak with a different person who promises a phone call back that never happens.I expected better from Costco which is why I purchased the Appliance there. Well I guess I was wrong since I have received better service from Lowes regarding appliances.

Very bad experience before even trying to see if Id like to become a member. I have a cleaning business for almost 26 years. I wanted to go into the store to see what type cleaning products are sold at Costco to determine if Id like to purchase them there instead of where I currently purchase them. The woman at the front door asked if I was a member and I said no. Im here to look around to see if Id like to become a member. She said you cant do that unless you become a member. I said Im not going to pay to look and not like it. She made me leave. You have to have some better system. Upon further review I see theres a $60 yearly fee.

I dont know how, but I got indoctrinated. I love this place and they do a good job of keeping people safe, both employees and customers. To shop at Costco is to love it.

This Costco is WONDERFUL! I switched to this location shortly after they opened, and have never looked back. They are doing a great job during this pandemic! The employees are great!! My favorite store :)

Getting in off of 78 can be annoying, but otherwise its the typical well laid out Costco. Cell reception inside the warehouse can be problematic(T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon) so if looking up reviews on things or just using your phone is needed, keep that in mind. Would be nice if they offered customer WiFi given that issue.

Costco always has a great selection of everything. We just wish there was one in Quakertown!

It was great coming back and shopping in person. I had them deliver until I got vaccinated. There were lots of new products that I love.

They would get a negative number if they had them. It take three tries to get anyone to call back. Then when transferred over to a main number.....its now rung 39 times and counting....just hung up on me. The Allentown place is dirty too. Dont buy hearing aids from them either they wont make good on the promise of replacement.

Its very frustrating that they dont allow customers to use boxes to carry their groceries. Its the only Costco that Ive been where this isnt allowed. If we arent using them, I suppose theyre being thrown away, which isnt very responsible.
