I can always find what I need plus things I dont find in other stores. Their Clothing has a great variety and decent prices. They have so many departments with such an array of items its a great one stop shopping experience

Wow. Such a fantastic experience. It was my first time ordering online from Target and my first time picking up. It was so easy and the communication was excellent. I had a quick pick up, and the two guys loaded the large chest freezer into my truck. I highly recommend Target pick up!

Today I went in to trade in my car seat for an updated car seat as my son has out grown the old one. Target had a 20 percent off if you brought in your car seat so I took their offer. All I can say is my experience today was amazing the lady was very helpful from getting me and my fiancé a shopping cart for the new car seat all the way down to taking my card and putting it in the chip reader for me as my hands was all occupied and I also had my son .... the whole transaction was so smooth that I didn’t even spend more than 15 minutes in the store... talk about in and out ....I would definitely recommend target to friends and family and I wish I would have ask the young lady her name because she definitely went above and beyond and I really appreciate it.

Target is the best store to shop at - however - I always buy way more than what I needed when I go inside. Ive saved heaps of money by using the app to shop for what I need, place an order, pay directly through the app with my Red card, and then pick it up! The pick up service is super fast and so easy. You literally pull into a parking space and they put your purchases in the trunk! Its so fast and easy!

To whom it may concern, on May 25th 2021at 9pm I returned an item in target located at 912 Airport Center Rd, Allentown PA 18109. As I walked up to the cash register where about 3 to 4 employees huddled up talking amongst each other and me being the first in line I was under the impression that at the very least, I will be told someone will be right with me. As I waited there for 3 minutes I ask a gentleman if someone can help me and he replied “I don’t work in this section” as he took off. Everyone cleared out as I stood there patiently waiting. Finally a heavyset girl that walked away returned back when noticing a line forming about 7minutes later. She was one of the 4 employees huddled up talking when I arrived. I simply ask if she can show some acknowledgment next time when she sees someone waiting in line. She completely ignored me as she continued to make my return. Whenever I call nobody picks up when they do they put me on hold just to hang up and when I call about 5 times no answer just ring ring ring they dont like helping customers over the phone from my experience

Diversity of staff is not available at this location. It is not nice that they refuse to hire African American women for management or customer service positions at this location as well as the Cedar Crest location.

They lost a star because the employee I asked help from lied to me... so my wife and I went in to buy a cooler (didnt matter the size) and the employee said oh we dont have them as soon as we turned around and literally took 5 steps I seen a family with a cooler. I asked where he got it and he directed me to the location of all of them price ranging from 30-100+

Its target! It has good customer service, a little cafe, soft pretzels, and almost anything youd need. Its also very clean, and the interior and exterior of the store is nice to look at. This one especially is in a good location with a huuuuuuge parking space and plenty of carts.

Target is more of an experience. I always enjoy shopping there. I am always telling friends about things I got there.

The associates are almost always helpful, and the drive-up process has been a huge help to our family. Sometimes items are missing, but customer support has always been able to resolve any issues. I’ve always found this location to be clean, and have felt safe shopping here even in the midst of COVID-19. The circle ads have also helped a lot with savings!

I was at the Hanover Township store to pick up a gift card and a few other household items and had the best experience with a young lady at self-checkout named Yennifer. At my age, I am not that savvy with technology. This young lady helped me find an egiftcard sent to me on my phone and walked me through the entire process of redeeming it. She also helped me find out if the items I was purchasing had any offers on the app.

Kids tearing apart the shoes but were are the parents???Everything well stocked except for the bargain buy shelves but what to do when thats were the customers go first.At least the management had the right idea to post a sign that the shelves will be stocked soon. That is more communication than most retail stores do! Because the whole time my wife and I as well as our 3 1/2 year old were being followed around the whole time by employees that were dressed up in regular clothes we asked a employee about an item she totally ignored me. I feel very discriminated against. I am extremely disappointed we already feel outlasted thanks for making us for more. Also I will be in the store today due to being over charged. To treat people like they are criminals before you get in the door is inpoling. You should really not judge people by the way they look. This is why they are working at target in there late 20s. You wont get very far in life.

Went there yesterday (Friday) for an MGK cd. Asked one of the employees to help me locate the CD. Said there was 0 in the back and 0 out in the store. Basically sold out. Said there were some left in cedar crest but I wasn’t about to drive all the way there I had somewhere to be. Fiancé goes there today (Saturday) asks about the same cd and the guy tells him it’s there in the back and has been there since Wednesday. Come on, man. I don’t enjoy being blatantly lied to, and basically wasted my time because I specifically went there for that. I could go even further and say it’s a racial thing because every time I have problems there and he doesn’t. Maybe I should start going to cedar crest for real because this is not my first time complaining about this specific Target.

The store was set up well for distancing. And the lines moved very quickly. I never once felt unsafe or uncomfortable. Great job!

After that Savannah joined to help us in making our confusion on a specific product a lot more clearer and saved us a trip from having to visit another Target for what we were originally looking for. I ordered 2 pet related items online and chose the pickup in store option. I received an email letting me know my order was ready for pickup. It was very easy to complete the pickup of my order from customer service. The customer service employee was very friendly and the transaction was very quick. I was even able to checkout at customer service for an additional item I wanted to purchase.

Website is extremely well done and easy to use placing orders. instore pickup is easy and fast (especially with the target app).

Trashy and ghetto. Kids acting like wild beasts with their trashy dressed mothers that probably Don’t even know where their kids are half the time. Went to the Target on Airport Road around Allentown, PA and I legitimately thought either a. The world was ending, or b. They were closing down. Why? The shelves hardly had anything, and there was a mess of every single shelf and aisle. You know how a clearance section has maybe 2 of different random items, and they are just thrown about? That is Airport Road Target. Every shelf looked like a clearance shelf. Lines were crazy, and I literally had to take my anti anxiety medication while I was waiting to pay. I just wanted out.

Clean, well organized, with all the latest products. Love shopping their! They have a small grocery section there where you can do a good bit of shopping. The electronics section is stocked quite well. They have a plethora of games, movies, and books. Womens clothing is a bit of a downer though, especially for plus sized woman. Kitchen supplies is abundant though pricey. They also have a CVS pharmacy as well as Pizza Hut and a Starbucks.

The convenience of pick up in store is what drove me to use it. But the excellent customer service I received will keep my using it. At pick up, the associate thoroughly checked my order and noticed an item was missing. I appreciate this because it saves me a trip coming back to the store to get any missed items. She was very apologetic. And when she was unable to find another associate to retrieve the missing item she went and got it herself. Excellent customer service that doesnt seem to be found any more. Her name was Taylor and she was at the Airport Rd Target in Allentown, PA.

Anthony was superb! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. Target app brought me to the store for an item it listed as in stock. Upon arriving I could not find the item, as it appeared to be out of stock. I asked the nearest associate for help and Anthony looked up a few things in his system. He proactively went to the back and checked to see what was going on for himself... rather than shake it off, or simply just tell me they were out of stock, like most associates do, he took it upon himself to ensure I received what I was looking for. He also did a fantastic job of keeping me updated, as they pulled the inventory from a back pallet. I could not be more please with the level of service. Thanks!

I normally find everything I look for, stores are clean, well lit and the shelves are at a perfect height.

Everything was ready when promised and it was easy to walk in and get my order.

I wish nothing but the best for these employees at this store. It doesn’t help that they are in an area surrounded by beasts that come up in the store with their raggedy children and destroy everything on the shelves. I feel so bad for them, because they try their best to pick up and keep a clean environment that the “guests” keep messing up. Every experience I’ve had has just been the best, I never have a problem finding anything, the team members are always super helpful. I just wish people would stop acting so rude and difficult with these employees when they are doing the best they can with what they are given. Do better local shoppers, you are the reason amazon is taking over everything nobody wants to deal with you’re garbage attitudes or come inside the store to you screaming about discounts or 3 year old expired coupons not working they rather just shop online.

Limited check out options. This target only had 4 self check outs yet still only opens minimal real check outs. They need to install additional self check outs.

I have been really disappointed in Target lately. The employees dont seem to be trained well and are not only not helpful I have found a few to be downright rude. Also lately Target has been out of stock in just about everything I am looking for, or they will have something advertised but dont carry it in the store.

It is nice place to shop, but I dont think employees should be texting while they are checking out customers.

I was picking up my order online and talking to an employee when this lady jump into the conversation bc she need it to return something which until that point I understand she wanna to make sure they sell the product but when she expected the employee finish doing her transaction before me and the employee being okay with it that’s when we have a problem.. they need to sit down with their employees and teach them about customer service I literally have to ask her if I can pick up my order before she attends the other customer which got the employee and other customer mad which I really didn’t care at that point I was there first she should have finish my transaction before jump and helping someone else

Wow ! What a debacle. I was helping a friend look for a new cell phone & data plan. Walked up & literally stood in front of a female associate while she was using her name tag on her lanyard to scrape something off her elbow. She looked right at us and walked away. 3 people w/ tech shirts on were discussing hip hop music with a non working merchandise person. I had to ask if someone could help us. The associate who did finally say Yea, what do you need seemed bothered & annoyed that we were interrupting his conversation. He was clueless about product knowledge, plan prices & available discounts for seniors. He left to go get a plan sheet & got caught back up in his convo, instead of coming back to help. Went across the lot to Sprint & got the proper attention & customer service that customers deserve. Sad, Very sad... Never Going back to that Target for any Tech or electronic service.

I was trying to buy a 100 dvds to donate to a young group for a event and they told me that I could not buy the amount I needed for them even after I told them what the gifts where for. So if you are a good person and want to help charitys DO NOT BUY FROM TARGET, they told me and I quote we dont care about charitys and dont want their business Oh and it was only this Target Airport rd location. Other locations were happy to help me.

I love target. Any time I’m here I always buy more than planned. I can normally find everything I’m looking for and more. I love sitting in the cart and my boyfriend pushes me. It’s fun and not only that but I have issues where I get dizzy and I have trouble trying to navigate at times and I get out of sorts. I have issues with one of my tendons as well and I hate riding in any of the motorized wheelchairs anywhere because there are people that need it more. I’m so glad target isn’t against this- anytime I go to Walmart and I need it (beyond busy and way too many people. I get panic attacks and issues when people run into me) they come up to me and get aggressive with me.

I used to shop here twice a week .This used to be a really good store .. Cedar crest is much much better ..this target is always out stock. this place will say they have something online or when you call but when u get there its out of stock .. Pizza hut neverhave pizza or anything after 5pm ..

The people who work at this Target are so nice and helpful. I just really enjoy going here rather than a different Target. I love the sales on kids clothes, theyre usually extremely good.

This is not the best target in terms of service, and product availability, but it is the closest. We prefer the one in Cedar Crest for product availability and a better experience, but this Target usually has what we need so we will continue going here for convenience. Their non budge mentality to price match their own website clearance or not is sad, that is where stores like Best Buy and Walmart get extra points because they realize how it sounds to say well the website is us but not really us.
