Great place for copies. I got there 15 minutes before closing time.Andrew was very helpful. Took care of all my copying needs in that short of time. Very friendly.

They get the job done at a great price and respectable time. I get most of my print work done here and I never had any complaints. What’s really appreciated is how they work with you to meet you budget needs and how they advice you to get the right product that suits your marketing needs. Highly recommended.

This Place is Awesome! They will do any print job. The customer service is great. The gentleman that helps me out name Dweight is very helpful and attentive to your needs and concerns. I would recommend this place to anybody and their prices are great too.

I have had a few different projects completed at Minuteman downtown and they have always turned out great. Fast and reliable service. I will be returning for sure.

Would not print out the poster I wanted because of a copyright infringement and said the quality of it would not be good anyways. Showed them proof that the artist announced on twitter that if we were not able to buy the prints we could make prints ourselves and even in the comments states he knows someone who has hi-res photos of his work where we could make prints of his work. Will not be returning because they stated that I was misinterpreting what the artists meant even though it is clear what the artist meant in the comments.

Terrible customer service! Went to print 10 photos. There was only 1 employee there. He was trying to print out my photos and then saw some people walk in so he started taking care of them. Then he had me waiting LITERALLY 30 minutes, taking care of everyone else that walked in (at least 10 people walked in after me) but he couldnt do my order right away because apparently it takes so much time and its so hard to print 10 photos. Then after I waited 30 minutes for like 15 customers to walk in and leave the store, the employee tries to print out my photos and he didnt even figure out a way to print them out because I wanted them double sided. Its not that difficult to print a photo double sided. I used to do that at my old job, I dont know why he had me waiting 30 minutes to then not even be able to print out my double sided photo. So I wasted my time and didnt even get my photos printed out. Left empty handed and wasted my time. This happened on August 7th at 5pm. What a waste of my time and energy. Never going again!

Lazy & incompetence at 100% just wasted my time, not the first time, making a trip here for packaging and mailing. Ten thousand questions before you get service last time and a waste of time this time because someone is on vacation and the covering person clearly didn’t want to help me. It’s ok I’ll take my big business to the UPS two miles away from now on.

Door says 8am but they were not open at 8:20 when I went by to send out my package. Update your hours please!

Hours are supposed to be 8am-5:30pm... this is at least the second time that Ive arrived at 8:30 am to an empty store. Come on guys!!!

I would say that theyre damn near racist the guy told me to shut up and the proceeded to take other customers i was the only minority there and the first one to get there i would definitely not recommend going there unless is absolutely necessary
