I have to say that Rite-Aid has always given great customer service, very clean and organized environment. But there was one person that was truly extraordinary her name is Delia .. Yesterday my friend and I were there shopping and she was so sweet loving helpful and kind. She did everything to make sure our shopping was not only a great experience, but she also made sure she truly left an unforgettable impression on my friend and I.

First visit to this particular Rite Aid and what a great experience I had. Their employees are so friendly. I was greeted at the door by a young man as soon as I entered, you dont often experience that too often these days. The store is immaculate, very clean, organized and fully stocked. I purchased some items I needed plus an outside glass patio table which was 50 percent off, what a deal. I arrived at the check-out and was greeted by a young girl. I had trouble lifting the table to be scanned so she came around the counter lifted it up for me and scanned it, she even offered to help me get it in my car, what a doll. Hands down to the manager of this store, what great employees you have and Thank You for the wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning soon.

Not only was the lady who gave me my covid test super rude, but I waited 3 days for them to say I missed the appointment, while needing this result back. Irresponsible and extremely rude staff

I went to get my Covid test the girl named Jenn or Jenni or wherever on the pharmacy is so mean, don’t let you explain or ask her too much. Just ridiculous having people working like her on the place you are going to get a lot a question from costumer (rolling eyes) 🤦🏻‍♀️

The Pharmacy is inconvenienced by paying customers. Woman proclaimed that she hopes no more come in tonight...before she bothered to turn around and see me standing there. When she asked if she could help me, I said never mind and walked out. You now have one less to bother you.

While I realize this store is in a more Spanish dominate part of town, the young stuck up girls working the cashiers spoke only in Spanish. They spoke to each other in Spanish while I was checking out and proceeded to laugh amongst themselves and giggle. I was not greeted or even spoken to when I went up to the counter. and will not be returning.Then there’s the pharmacy- the older woman that works there seemed extremely put off when I asked her to ask the pharmacist where my other prescription was. She then YELLED the name of my private script and my full name infront of numerous other customers. This is a HIPAA violation. Like I’m sorry you had to actually do your job.Shame they don’t hire professional people. Will not be returning.

I’m 7 months pregnant and have extreme back pain. My doctor sent a prescription in, and I called to see if they filled it. I called and called the pharmacy and nobody picked up. I used another promt to speak with a store clerk about merchandise and that department picked up fast. They had to go back and tell the pharmacist to answer. The pharmacist answered with a disgusting attitude. This is sad because I have to walk to the pharmacy to pick it up and all i wanted was to be assured my meds were ready.

I was calling on a Sunday at 9am for an hour straight and no one bothered to answer in the pharmacy it went straight to the front of store and they were no helpNot even to just say hey sorry we are busy or whatever was going onPoor service

I had to said that I had the best experience going to rite aid at 1401tilghman St this lady out there too they time to help me on what I need I had seen how nice they provide they customer service to me and other people..the manager kati and doreen are very nice other stuff Pat tiesha mary very nice lady my experience 💯% satisfied...I would recommend it to other...lady thank you so much for all the help you provide to me ..and other customer 😘

I had a simply epic experience while attending this market!

This pharmacy has forgotten to add ALL my mother inlaws medication numerous times. She made it one day last week to show she isnt in shape to travel and to please stop forgetting..... 2 days later her medication is forgotten. Take the time and go 10min away at least you wont make 2 trips

This place is horrible. A Perscription was called in by my moms doctor at 4:30pm and it is 8:30pm and its still not done.... smh this place is a joke

Would never go here to this pharmacy again... drove into the drive thru. Got asked who I was there too pick up for after that no body came too the window too tell me if the medicine was ready or not and due to this I was late for work.

I went during night shift time Im assuming because it was 11:00pm but they were just rude they were having a conversation I kindly said excuse me and they rolled theyre eyes and continued talking I said excuse me again and with a very disrespectful attitude she asked what I wanted I asked if either of them knew where the gloves were one pointed and said over there the other said honey seriously its in first aid we are showing you I kindly said thank you and they continued talking to one another I never found the gloves and I dont think Ill be returning to this location at least not at those times.

I like the service, there I get the flu vaccine and my whole family too. Good staff Cozy atmosphere, there you can weigh yourself, take free blood pressure.
