Pharmacy dept. is horrible. They don’t answer the phones! Always on hold fir at least 10 minutes. Customer Service horrible
Buyer beware, If you need help or expect good customer service dont expect it from the store on Union Boulevard in Allentown. Not only have I had bad experiences with past staff but today I asked for help and the manger refused and told me to wait for the cashier who had customers. I dont know if he was having a bad day but a rude response is not what you expect from a manger. I would advise going to other CVS stores in the area that show much better customer service. Why support a store/staff that dont care about their customers.
I have been coming to this store for at least a couple of years to fill my medications. The pharmacist staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond for their customers. They always greet me by my first name when they see me. The other staff members are also friendly. The only thing I wish they would change is for the customer to be able to use the bathroom. I was quite shocked when I asked the first time if I could use their restroom and the answer was no. Other than that I will give this store a 5 plus rating.Thank you!Update. They have now open the restroom to the public. Thank you so much!
Great pharmacy staff! They really take good care of their customers, working together with your doctor and insurance to make sure you get your medications when you need them.
Their staff never answers the phone, in over ten phone calls I have made they have never picked up the phone once and the automated system they use keeps disconnecting. I would recommend this place only over hell itself.
I am a long time Cvs customer. I always get my medications in timely manner and the pharmacy staff have helped me save money on prescriptions.
Over an hour of wait time on the phone and still no answer. Called the front desk who told me it was not busy, then transfered me for more waiting.
Trying to get a hold of somebody at this pharmacy is such a nightmare. Call keeps getting picked than back on hold...
Their pharmacy lacks big time ! Very frustrating staying on the line for 20 minutes hoping someone human will answer soon . Just to proveTo myself that they were not busy 20 minutes or longer I went their called the pharmacy sat back by the pharmacy and waited, moving my mouth so so often like I was talking, no one ever picked up and their were enough people back in the pharmacy that someone SHOULD HAVE ANSWERED THE CALL .the pharmacy that someone could have picked up the phone

Called at 7:40 pm waited on hold for 30 minutes, no one ever picked up . The pharmacy closed.

There customer service isnt really all that. One second theyll say something or theyll about to tell you or to hold on but theyll just hang up. Ive even had before employees talking about non work related things while I wait for them to get answers for me. Too bad this once is the closest distance too where I live or Ill just go to another one for everything.
I just got out of the hospital and I need my prescription by 9 am and I got to the store by 9:20 pm and the doors were already locked.
