The delivery was right on time. Very Pleasant delivery person. The food was well wrapped and warm. My only complaint is that I received macaroni salad instead of Cole slaw for my pastrami Sandwich . I was looking forward to putting the claw on my sandwich. Thank you

I order delivery and this is what I got the wrong sandwich and old orange juice “freshly squeezed “ what a lie smh !!!!!!, And they had the nerve to not even give me a refund. Lady over the phone was very rude and didn’t care to hear my complaint.Never ordering from here again !!!!!

The bagel selection is expansive and the taste is beyond just good. Really feels like a bagel being done in Manhattan (I’m from NYC).The staff is so nice, welcoming, and warm. I’ve only been twice and they are very attentive.It is my new go to spot for breakfast/brunch/lunch.

This location and staff are wonderful. I had to place a somewhat large order for a work meeting. I ordered a variety of breakfast items. Everything was delicious, made just how I ordered, and ready on time. The gentleman who checked me out even helped me carry it to my car and then followed up the next day to make sure all was good! I’d never get that service at Panera. I will definitely go back! Highly recommend.

Over priced sandwiches. Quality is bad and small . Go in person and not get delivery. Its a rip off. Go elsewhere for good size sandwiches for the price

I had to look around town a little to find a bagel store to satisfy my craving for lox. I didnt think Allentown had any decent places to get a good bagel. Manhattan Bagel has it! Very friendly & courteous people here too. Theyve never messed up my order, so Im bumping them up to 5 stars! Great job, guys!

Not great as far as bagel shops go. Seems more like a dunkin donuts with a different name and bagels that taste like theyre made off premises and delivered hours later.

Good food & coffee and great service. We got a steak egg & cheese bagel and it was real steak which was great. Highly recommend.

Bimal and his team do a stand up job. We have used his service for several corporate breakfast events and have never been disappointed. Food is fresh, delivered on time and very well prepared. Staff is very accommodating and friendly as well.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I typically never leave reviews, but this was just awful. I placed an online order at 10:50 and it was scheduled to be ready at 11:02. I got there at 11:10, walked in, and there were about 8 people waiting on orders. I continued to wait patiently as they seemed short staffed, frantically trying to put together orders and what appeared to be the manager, yelling at customers from across the room asking them what they wanted. I continued waiting patiently. One lady came in yelling that she just wanted a bagel with cream cheese and she wants it now... so they made it for her right then. At around 11:35, the staff asked me about my online order and I showed them the order on my phone and said, oh it might be done soon... HOWEVER, when someone from Door Dash or Grub Hub walked in, they were making those orders ahead of others. It said my order was completed on the tracker but it never was. The staff never came back to the front to check on orders. I ended up just leaving around 11:40 without any food.

Best bagels, boiled then baked seeds, on both sides. Busy so call ahead. Owned by two brothers. Very friendly personal service. I have been a daily customer for 10 years.

Restaurant is dirty there were papers on the floor, counter dirty and sticky, windows in display case inside and outside dirty .I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like,,, When windows in a restaurant are dirty inside and outside Zaget says beware as the rest of the place is not that clean !!Have some pride clean the restaurant

Place is disgusting. Bags of bagels laying all over the prep room floor. Witnessed an employee using the hand washing sink as a face washing sink and also blew his snot from his nose in the sink. Right in front of two customers. So disgusting. Stay away

Friendliest bagel place in town! I love the staff here, theyre all family and make you feel like family too. Bagels arent too shabby, and theyve got plenty of good breakfast sandwiches. Coffee is solid. Customer service earns this place all five stars.Found this little place on yelp. A friendly greeting at the door. The bagels were fresh and delicious. The staff friendly. I highly recommend the jalapeño cheddar bagel. We took 6 home too!

Bagles may be okay, but forget the sandwiches.Chicken salad is mayo salad. Gobs of mayo, one tiny piece of chicken.Coissant (spelling) was miss-sliced, hanging in shreds.Had to eat the mayo sandwich with a knife and fork.

A group of lovely folks that are welcoming and very happy to see you visit their local. On my first visit a few months back they gave me several complementary items just for trying them out and have been very kind on all my visits. They have a nice variety of bagels that you must try.

Looking for the best breakfast around? This is the place and it is awesome. Very friendly staff makes me feel comfortable whenever i stop in. Every time i call, i am treated equally as well. They clearly take pride in the quality of service and leave me with a satisfying experience. Whenever i need to start the day off on the right foot, I give Bimal a call and it puts a smile on my face. And my belly.

Stopped for breakfast on our long trip home. Mostly just had bagels with eggs, cheese, and bacon, but everything was tasty and prepared super quickly. The coffee was especially good, the bathrooms clean and spacious, and the staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommended.

Breakfast with the family. Awesome staff and amazing food. I come from Asheville NC, south Florida, California and this place stands up to the good food test. Almost tried three guys and a bagel but Im happy this time through town to have chosen these guys. I had the pastrami on rye with Swiss and spicy mustard. The guys behind the counter were older gentlemen and super cool and courteous to us! Definitely come here for breakfast or lunch. The coffee is good but not much variety. The food is good and the bagels are perfect

Such a great experience! I ordered from GrubHub and I got it in like 10 minutes. The food was still hot. My boyfriend and I got the original bagel sandwich along with the hashbrowns. He didnt like the hashbrown as much. I kind of agree. It was just a bit soggy. But honestly I would recommend ordering from Manhattan Bagel again. We need to support our local businesses.

Came in here once in the morning and ended up waiting 20+ minuets for a egg sandwich on a bagel. I dont mind waiting and usually dont complain for it but it was enough for me to skip it, and the quality of the food was not worth the price.

Treated myself for Mothers Day to a yummy multigrain bagel and lox...so delish...cute woman behind counter sweet and motherly I want to give her a hug.

Reviews were decent but my experience was apparently completely different than everyone elses. Super awkward experience, not a single employee looked m in the eyes the entire time. I got a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, the croissant was not cooked literally raw inside, and the sandwich had no flavor at all. It actually made me ill half way through it. Pretty sure the egg was cooked two hours before I ate it as well.Pretty bummed I drove 10 minutes out of my way and spent 6$ on that.Wouldnt recommend.

Very friendly staff! Food was worth the money and the wait and they have a relaxing ambiance highly recommend for a bite to eat and maybe get some emails sent while youre there.

My boyfriend and I used to go to the Manhattan bagel in Phillipsburg and we LOVED IT! So when we moved to Allentown we were excited to find out the was one near by... But then we went.. Our bagels were not toasted even though we asked for them to be and the hash browns were so greasy and cold that we couldnt even eat them. (we were the only customers in the store so Im not sure why it would be cold), and they didnt have any of the other coffee add-ins that the other location had. Beyond that they dont keep the condiments out where the customers can use them but when asked, didnt add ketchup or hot sauce to my sandwich.. The staff was rude on top of all of this..I guess well only go to the one in pburg from here on out.

The multigrain bagel is the best! The chelsea chicken sandwhich is delicious (on multigrain bagel) You can also call ahead!
