For two days straight I’ve gone to the same DD store and ordered a hot caramel latte, one medium (2/20/19) and one large (2/21/18). Today, I complained about yesterday’s caramel latte being incorrect, I received a discount on today’s large. Due to timing on commute to work I could not go back and return coffees. I assumed (my mistake) that they would ensure I was satisfied and my order be right but no it was not and unfortunately I was on my way to work again when I tasted it. I have a picture of the coffee to show it is not a caramel latte.

This place is the best one in all lehigh county they never mess up on my order and they always. get it right thanks guys yall much appreciated .Crew is so friendly. Place is always clean

Myself and a group of girls from my school go to this location often, and more often than not, our orders are wrong, we get incorrect change, and the staff are rude. When we get a wrong order, the guy gives us an attitude. We will be looking for a new location as of today.

The place here is awesome is fast and nothing is old because they dont open at 4 or 5 like the other Dunkins they open at 9 so thats pretty good if u ask me
