Overall very disappointed in my experience with Vinart Collision Center. My business vehicle was hit by another driver, and Vinart was the closest “in network” body shop. After in-take, there was virtually no communication throughout the time they were in possession of our vehicle. I was told it would be completed by a certain date, and that day came and went without any updates. Most of my calls went unanswered and voicemails not returned. Every extra day they were in possession of the vehicle was a day my business could not run. At the very least I would have valued being kept in the loop. This is a difficult time for all businesses, no question. However the lack of communication was highly unprofessional.
Be careful when you are at Vinart. That is a real road between the building and the parking lot. People dont seem to realize that and pull out and/or just walk out into the road without looking. It is dangerous as there are crashed up cars jammed everywhere. But as far as the body work goes, they do good work. They have an on-site Enterprise Guy for rentals. Nice and easy, and like any shop, just read the work orders and ask a lot of questions.
My insurance company recommended Vinart. Availability was good and I have no complaints about the work done. I will say there was basically no communication about what was being done on the car or how long it would take. When I asked about my own car, the employees responded like I was inconveniencing them

I came to VCC in response to a car accident. It has been quite a few years since I had to deal with something like this, so I followed the instructions of the insurance agent. The failed to mention I should have scheduled an appointment. The length of the fix was not a problem since I was also owed a rental. I had issues with every step of the process. When I walked in initially I was asked by a receptionist if a had an appointment. With all the road blocks I came across, I became visibly upset Im sure. The receptionist didnt really know how to respond, then Selena stepped in and reassured me and the whole process, she was extremely kind and patient and turned my day around. She did everything she needed to for her job, but she listened and eased the entire process. Other staff called and kept me updated ony cars status. Everything else went smoothly, but Selena made my visit noteworthy! I hope she gets paid her worth.
All went well. They were professional and courteous.

Just seemed it took long for the repairs and no one called to say they werent coming to drop off my car and pick up the rental when they were scheduled to do so...I waited all day for nothing. But all in all I was pleased with the work and most everyone I spoke to was very nice & friendly. Would definitely use again and would recommend.
Repair was of excellent quality, but as others have stated, it was a lengthy process. The representatives were available when I called about my vehicle repairs. Just have some patience and you will be happy with the work that this shop does.

Worse place ever. Had my car for 6 days for a 2 day repair and they never even pulled it in the garage. Geigco recommended them which doesnt say much for Geigco. Management acts stupid like nobody has any idea how it happened. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE HAS SOME VERY VERY BAD REVIEWS
Due to the nature of COVID-19 and shortages of staff- they still did an amazing job. Despite it taking about three weeks to fix my left fender for my Honda CRV, I enjoyed the rental I had from Enterprise. I had more frustrations with enterprise, but they were kind and gracious. They related to my frustration with them because they scheduled the wrong time for pick up because of a impending snow storm, they didn’t give me a SUV rental to make up for my SUV. It didn’t drive well in the snow, so I was disappointed with enterprise even though I liked the car I had after the storm was over. Vinart on the other hand let me know all my options and helped flawlessly.
After a recent accident I had, I used Vinart to fix my car. They were very accommodating in every way. They did excellent work on my car in a timely fashion. On top of all that, the employees were professional and very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them!

Rent from them. Seriously! My car took 6 weeks to get fixed (because I wanted one specific genuine hyundai part that was VERY backordered, probably b/c of the covid shutdown). I was worried b/c I knew the insurance company would not continue to pay for the rental, but vinart said no problem and let me keep the rental car and didnt charge me anything for it. And it was a NICE rental car. I was expecting a sedan and instead was given 2019 Honda CRV with all the bells and whistles. It was beautiful... I kind of didnt want to give it back.
I was rear ended by a tour bus on 78 while driving my 2115 Jeep Cherokee Limited, the whole cargo area was crushed; I’m lucky to be alive. Erie and my agent recommended Vinart for the repairs. That was the start of a great relationship with Orlando, who oversaw the repairs and the rest of the fine team that got my Jeep to better than new condition. Great work all with a Lifetime Warranty on the repairs. I strongly recommend Vinart Collision Center for any repairs you might need.

Super irresponsible. Gave me the runaround so much that we showed up in person . Honda dealership is not really connected with these guys so Im not sure why are they saying so. its even at a different location Orland the statefarm representative will not pick up the phone and will not call back at all . Ask Honda for management that may help also.

I came here for auto repair work that they estimated would take a week to two weeks. The following week after their estimated time, when I called to check up on the status they said they would need two more days. So I waited. Next check up, work still not done. Their response? Oh we were busy. Then they said theyd call me back the next day. They didnt.I had told them already I already had a planned vacation starting that weekend and they were already over the estimated time. By an extra week. All because they were busy. If they took longer than that, then theyd have to wait until I returned to take the car off their hands. And that is exactly what happened, forcing me to extend my rental car duration, the extra time of which I had to pay out of pocket. Absolutely no apologies from them and they denied the entire conversation happened.Communication is everything. You can see from the reviews below that their communication is lacking. And I have to agree.Id understand if Vinart had the hailstorm issues and all, but they kept pushing back the estimated date without telling me. I didnt know what to expect. Not cool.NOT coming here again. Terrible attitude.

Didnt buy my car from Vinart but they did a good job on my daughters car. Twice. She hit a deer in October and then about a week after it was repaired she was rear ended. Both times Vinart kept things easy for her. Car work was good too.

I have to say I was in a car accident they towed my car there been calling to ask when my car is ready they blaming it on Covid then I get a phone call today saying my car is ready I called back I gave the girl my name she tells me I have a Nissan I don’t have a Nissan I have a Ford she said she called me a week ago I asked her the phone number not my phone number I am so scared to go pick up my car tomorrow if they can’t get those details right imagine what my car is going to look like not very professional or friendly on the phoneI have to update my review I just got the most professional phone call back concerning my issue I am very pleased now that I got to explain the situation and was handled in a friendly manner thank you
I was told by a coworker that they are a good body shop when it comes to Honda. WRONG. When I received my Accord back 3 weeks later then the date I was told, I had a handful of issues that still needed to be addressed. My air conditioning did not work - My bumper was missing parts- My tires were not repaired- My hood was misaligned - My bumper was and still is misaligned. I could go on and on. I brought my car back several times to have these things corrected, but there are still issues. And dont believe anything about their Guarantee .
Vinart did a terrific job on my car. I had a fender bender and my car now looks perfect. They went beyond the bare minimum to make my car look great again. The job was very professional and the staff was very good about answering all of my questions.
This place is slow as molasses, cant communicate, and does a terrible job answering phones. My vehicle was keyed and I took it to Vinart for repair about 2 weeks ago. I was told that the repairs would take a maximum of 4 days. I last week and was told worse case scenario the car will be ready on Wednesday. Its past Wednesday now, and no word from Vinart. I left two messages for the collision center staff and have not gotten any reply. Im waiting for a response back from another staff member now, but not really feel optimistic that Ill get the correct answers. I would have had no problem waiting my turn had they initially told me, we have several cars ahead of you and it will be a few weeks until we can work on your car, that would have been fine...what is not fine is taking on all these customers, promising them a job well done in 3-4 days and then not communicating with them AT ALL to provide any updates on the work or reasons for the delay. Im about to have my insurance company intervene on this one, as everyday that this place drags their feet is another day of rental payments that Geico is covering.After reading other reviews and responses from the vice president, Andrew Wright, I want to include that I attempted to call him as well as another person in upper management, Chris Goodwin, and neither was available to take a call or return a phone call. Larry Kresge is also extremely non-responsive. Hate to be a name dropper, but seriously...are you guys even at work right now? If any of you would like to reach out to me, Id be happy to take your phone calls to further express my frustrations.
Went here for insurance work on my car. From start to finish they were curtious and more than happy to help. The work they did was excellent. My car looks brand new. Cant even tell where it was hit. They even detailed the car and drove it to the door for me.

NO, NO, NO! Please, if you are thinking about taking your car to this place, read the reviews that are all over online! I wish we would have read the reviews before we went there. We took our Civic Si, that was two months old, there when someone backed into the front of it. It had minimal damage and they told us it would take 2 days. Four days later, we got a call to pick it up. The grill was loose and crooked and the paint was messed up. We nicely told them we are not taking it that way and they were not happy. In fact, they were really rude. Days later we went to pick it up and the battery was dead. My husband bump started the car because they were closing. Over night the battery died again. We took it to the dealer and found out that the battery that was in the car, was not the original battery that the car came with. Nobody else touched the car. There was no need for them to even disconnect the battery but we know for a fact they did because our dash cam lost power and stopped recording after the hood was opened, that day. They then tried to tell us that we owed them for days of rental fees. We told them we were not paying that because it was their fault that we needed the rental car for the extra days. Our ins co said they never even tried to bill them for those extra days. Most likely because they know the ins co would have told them the same thing we did; it was due to their own neglect that we were forced to have the rental longer and they were not paying, so they probably were hoping that we wouldn’t know any better and would just pay them. I will never take any car there again for anything.

My car was sent to the vinart collision center for replacing the tires and rims by my insurance company. Mine is a brand new Honda Civic Car. I tried to call to know the status of the car and left voice messages but no reply from them. They wont have any update on my claim. They always give some reasons. Better not to go to this place for car repair. I have asked them to give a quote on the wheel locks but they havent give any. Worst experience i have ever had. If i have an option of giving 0 rating that fits to my experience here.I went to the collision center and the manager explained me.Again the same issue from the next day.I tried to call them again and again but no response from their side. Worst experience i ever had.

Brought my car here after it being struck by a bullet in Allentown I received an estimate at another body shop due to being a preferred shop by my insurance I wanted to have the work done at vinart being that my car is a brand new Honda which I finance with them. I previously been here with another Honda and had a very bad experience the first time sometime about last year my car was left of the lot unlocked a lot of work was left undone in which I had to go back several times and I’ve had a real bad experience with the with the advisor. Trying to give this shop another chance I brought the car over Yesterday and was processed After doing a look around of the car with the advisor the manager of the shop calls the advisor and tells him that they cannot repair my car and I have to go back to the original shop that did the adjustment, I explain to the advisor that I am able to do the work wherever I want via my insurance. Being that it’s my choice where I want to get the work done. The advisor went back and consulted with the manager the manager then said that they were booked out for weeks or months in advance and they didn’t want my car to be sitting out after I told them that I will keep the car there I was told again that they would not except the car. this place will never get mine my family or friends business ever again every time you go to the office there’s new employees there I would not put myself through this trouble again and inconvenience please stay away from Vinart collision Center
HORRIBLE!! PLEASE AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!My car was sent here through insurance and let me say I WILL NEVER bring my car back here for several reasons. Lack of Communication. Did not hear from them for weeks and only because I finally called they told me my car was finished. I went to pick the car up and it was dead!! No one was there to help me so I left it there. I asked for them to replace the battery as this was not an issue before I had the accident. They refused!! Returned later to pick it up and a day later the check engine light came on. They were able to take into the shop and make a quick fix to make the light go off. Apparently no one here does a final evaluation of the cars before they call the customer. And now after a week from picking up my car I am left on the side of the road with my 11 month old with a dead battery.
They did a great job on my boyfriends car. He bought it at another car dealership that doesnt have a body shop and the manager sent him to see Doc. They handled everything with our insurance company and it was as easy as it could be. The work was great and you cant even tell where he was hit.

I brought my car in due to hail damage. The estimate was $8,500 so I was expecting nothing but stellar service. I had to stop by numerous times because they were not answering calls and emails. I got my car a week later than promised but there were scratches and black stains on my car that was supposed to be newly painted. A day or so later I discovered they did not replace the cracked windshield which was paid for by the insurance. Ive been driving my car with a cracked windshield for 3 months now and they have not called me back.

On several occasions Ive had to wait an excessive amount of time for my vehicles to be ready. The first time was for them to fix my bumper from a fender bender and you can see the bumper almost hanging off, clips were visible. We had to tell the guy to order new clips so the bumper can be placed correctly and he was very rude and gave me an attitude. This time my car needed new tires and rims which were supposed to be delivered to their Bethlehem warehouse, I guess they meant Bethlehem in Israel because its week 3 and my car still isnt done. When I call and if they feel like answering their phones they say they cant determine when itll be done, they said HOPEFULLY by early next week. Absolutely ridiculous they need to hire people with better customer service skills!! Never ever taking my cars there again.

With all due respect I am extremely disappointed that my vehicle was not completed on time. No one called me nor did I receive any communication that my vehicle was not going to be completed.Furthermore I was never advised that there was an antenna issue that would have delayed me getting my vehicle back.I had to call twice and was told it would be done by today when I spoke to your associate.In the future please have your associates notify the customer as early as possible. My vehicle had a minor passenger side door damage and two weeks should be suffice to fix. Very disappointed.Update: Administration apologized for the service errors and waived some fees. I will say manager was apologetic and listened to my concerns. Up to 4 stars as the vehicle damage work came out flawless.

I had my truck in for hail damage When I dropped it off they told me 2 days. 3 1/2 weeks later it was finally ready. The customer service was terrible. I would call and never get any calls retuned. Vinart is a cattle call. They take as many people as they can and cant even accommodate parkingThey park cars double and triple. I drove past daily on my way home from work and my truck sat in the parking lot for a week till they started. Overall horrible experience from start to finish.
They left swirl marks all over my new Car. When i asked them, they were asking for proof(Thats a couple months old car and first time it has been to any shop) and they dont even agree its a mistake and showed me the other cars which has swirls on it.. The detailing was good so gave one star and very much disappointed with there wash due to all swirl marks.Please take good enough photos prior giving your car to them.

The GEICO REPS WERE OUTSTANDING really made it an easy and painless service also coffee was awesome and the front desk was very helpful. I now have had my vehicle back for a few weeks and have had no issues whatsoever also it came with a guarantee through Vinart Excellent service cant thank the crew at Vinart enough. Turned my car in after getting rear ended. While it did take longer than I expected, the final finish was great and the were willing to buff out some minor scratches that were on the body. Would recommend especially for Hondas!
They fixed the damage & the customer service seemed fine to me, i was very aware of how long it would take. There was even a lady that helped me with the drop off & she went above & beyond. Called to figure out some issues, the man on the phone was pretty calm because i was respectful (please be nice to the workers)But I have WHITE INTERIOR. There r hand prints in my back seats. There were micro black streaks on the inside of my doors, im guessing they had to go in the car to get the dents out. They offered to help with cleaning.4miles were added, they said that they had to move my car to the dealership & back due to so many cars. So you’re car will be driven.

He went above and beyond my expectations of any customer service rep. Even when I had trouble deal with the car insurance company, he got on the phone with them and helped me out. My experience with Vinart started on Jan 28th when I brought my Elantra in to get damage repairs done from an ice chunk from a rig. They took over from the first second and made everything stress free. Then the rental experience was just as stress free as well. Today, I picked up my car, and seen they done a beautiful job with the repairs, and even detailed my tires and completely detail cleaned my interior ! They do beautiful work, done in a very timely manner, and have a very courteous staff. If I ever need body work done again, I will go nowhere else but here. Thank you for the wonderful experience !!

My car is currently in for body damage and new brake line. Called 2 times in one day no one picked up or returned calls. They have had my car for almost 2 weeks. Get a phone call back saying they haven’t even STARTED work on my car. And CLAIM they didn’t know there was under car damage, which was why I WAS THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE. I can’t believe the stories and lies these people make up. Never ever take your car here to this place. Really makes me regret even buying a honda from LV.

Body work results are good. Needs improvement in the scheduling area. The initial estimate on how long it would take to resolve left a sour taste in my mouth when it ran 4 days over the initial estimated date.
Perfect service and they made it look better than before. The price was reasonable but perfect service. I only wish they give my car a car wash and cleaned the interior. That should be the least they could do to my car.
After an altercation with a deer there was extensive damage to my 2015 Grand Cherokee. LV collision provided expert courteous service throughout the entire process of repairs. Work was completed in a very timely matter with the utmost professionalism. The Jeep was actually cleaned inside and out and looked great when it was complete. I have used this place once before and was not happy with the level of service, but I always give people a second chance. Unfortunately, my second experience was horrible, and the Manager there helped me in making my dissection of never coming back. If you are a female, avoid this place!
This was the best one stop shop I have been to. I was able to drop my car off on my lunch break. I got an estimate a rental car, in shorter time it took me to Order a number one at McDonalds. They said my car would be done in five days and it was. They kept me informed of the process the whole time. This was a very class act they were very friendly and not the fact friendly. Like some places are. You know heres a customer lets act like we care. Vinart is the real deal.
Vinart was one of the recommended collision center from Geico. We chose this one because of all the other reviews. We received constant updates and they were finished on time as planned. The car was cleaned and fixed beyond our expectation. We are very happy with the service.

Repair came out perfect. Dropped off my 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution on 2/13 in afternoon and vehicle was finished by 2/16 afternoon. The damage was fixed like it never even happen. They even detailed the car. Only complaint was I had to call for an update to see if my car was going to be finished on the final day. Would of been nice to know ahead of time of when my car was going to be finished. I was anxiously waiting for my car to be completed on the final day, so I called in the morning and was told that it was on final assembly and being detailed.
Very Friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond their duty with the repair. The manager resolved all of my issues and Jenn was a great help in between.
There was a gash in my hood from a flying object on the highway. They fixed it in less than a week and I dont even notice the difference.
I met with Jeremie Apgar about ten minutes after arriving at the center. He reviewed the damage and arranged to have it repaired. He also made arrangements for a rented car. He stayed in contact with me while the repair was being done. I was leaving town for Colorado the following week and he promised to have the car back before we left. He kept his word; the car was repaired a day earlier than what was anticipated. The repair is perfect. The entire experience at the Collision Center was as smooth as one could hope for.

I had to drive over there just to receive status of my car. It wasn’t ready, they said it would be ready Monday because they were painting it. June came and still no update, we went in to the shop again my car was not ready. They claim it just finished painting. It was supposed to be ready Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon. Tuesday I stopped in to find out they are doing the pin striping and it should be ready by the end of the day, it was not ready. Wednesday June 12 I called to find out they just finished the pin striping and it would be ready this afternoon. I finally have my car to find out they did not take care of it!! Scratches on the inside passenger door and a hole in the inside passenger door as well as dirt on the driver side visor absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! I’m going to personally write an email to the owner of vinart!

I had to drive over there just to receive status of my car. It wasn’t ready, they said it would be ready Monday because they were painting it. June came and still no update, we went in to the shop again my car was not ready. They claim it just finished painting. It was supposed to be ready Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon. Tuesday I stopped in to find out they are doing the pin striping and it should be ready by the end of the day, it was not ready. Wednesday June 12 I called to find out they just finished the pin striping and it would be ready this afternoon. I finally have my car to find out they did not take care of it!! Scratches on the inside passenger door and a hole in the inside passenger door as well as dirt on the driver side visor absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! I’m going to personally write an email to the owner of vinart!

We dropped my Daughters Honda off on Aug 3 for body work and brake lines to be done due to damage from a tractor trailer. As of 8/24 the car has not been touched!! Nothing done in 3 weeks and now the car rental has run out on my insurance and is full price!! After many phone calls and visits to the Dealer LVHonda it still is not DONE!! Terrible terrible horrible “service “ . I made the mistake of going here!! Will never again!! Will go to my usual body shop where it never ever took more than a week and a half for anything that needed to be done. Alll I have gotten is a lot of LIP SERVICE! That does me NO good!

The did a great job on my front bumper cover, but it took them 2 weeks to do a 3 day job.

Its been 5 weeks and 3 rental cars later for an $1800 dollar repair and still have a rental. Week 2 said they couldnt find a taillight for a Honda pilot. Week 3 was the bumper didnt fit right so they ordered a new one; this was after they told me the week before it was in reassembly. I picked it up on week 3 with the key fob and power door locks not working and an air bag light on and dropped it off again. The said all cars go thru QA but again they handed me a car with no working locks, fob and airbag lightCalled the manager named Doc and left 2 messages to be ignored. Service tech said they got power to the locks but they not working. Then a few days later they say they brought in a 3rd party business called Vtech to diagnose it cause they cant figure it out. Their answer was its a blown fuse! How did you have power days before and all Vinart certified technicians never thought to check the fuse? Now its been days to have a 3rd party vendor testing a key fob... Its really simple. Its either a dead battery, programming, or its damaged. What else you checking for days payi g a 3rd party vendor?Someone there should be compensating me for dealing without my SUV for 5 weeks and going. Again if they wouldnt be lying to me and admit whats really going on this review would not be on here. I rarely write a review but this needs to be heard
