Visited Kendra Scott in Allen, today as I was picking up an on-line order. Spoke to Somaya (Mya) M., Assistant Store Manager - Inventory Operations, as she attended me. Cannot thank her enough for all she did for my family and I. She truly touched my heart with her kindness, thoughtfulness, generosity, loving and caring heart; she definitely has a heart of gold. We enjoyed our visit to the store because of her. Excellent Customer Service; shes Exceptional - simply the Best that I have ever been treated by someone at a store, ever. Somaya, if youre reading this: Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I wish there was many more of you in this world. Grateful for you. Highly recommend this location and please go see Somaya M. They have beautiful jewelry, as well!

This is a beautiful jewelery store. The employees are for the most part very friendly. The store is very clean and not cluttered.If you havent been here yet take some time to walk through it the boutique.They offer a 50% off discount if its your birthday month. You have to use it yourself. I went to use my daughters i.d. so I could purchase a gift for her birthday and thats not allowed. So if you want to get a relative a gift, purchase it in your birthday month to receive the very generous discount.Ill include photos so you can see how wonderful this place is.

Disappointed in my experience. After trying on another size and finding out the small worked better, I still was given the wrong size. Unsure of what to do now. Allen is not close to me.

I visit this Watters Creek Kendra Scott location at least a couple times a year (certainly always in my birthday month for the birthday discount). Most of my shopping with them, I do online. I like this store because while a bit farther from me than the Shops of Legacy in Plano, it much more spacious and comfortable to shop in. The purpose of this review however, is to compliment Celina. I visited back in October and Celina could not have been more helpful. I purchased several items, two of which I built at the color bar. Celina was warm, welcoming, professional and could not have been more helpful. Appreciated her assistance and also her ability to multi-task, helping me as needed but not neglecting others in the store (customers and colleagues alike) who needed help as well.

Went shopping with my mother today and Temeshia helped me pick out the most beautiful earrings for my mother’s birthday gift. Temeshia was so sweet and patient with us and mom and I just loved her! We had a great experience here and the store is very beautiful, clean and organized.

I kinda felt a bit judged. I think the woman that greeted us, was tired of being the only one greeting, maybe?She asked what we were looking for, i said, a necklace. Then she responded with something ( I have no idea ) so I pulled my mask away from my face, repeating my self, and she just went into put your mask back on please. I did, then she just proceeded to talk about, no cash, and using hand sanitizer and the whole talk. She walked back behind the counter and we proceeded to look. Another lady walked by. I spoke to her, she was very nice. We ended up with a bracelet. The lady that greeted us, began heavily to stare at us. Watching where we were walking.I wanted to purchase a necklace that the very nice lady had pointed out. But I got uncomfortable waiting, because the lady that greeted us kept looking at us, staring.I have no idea why she was staring at me.Maybe they have a designated greeter.. and she couldnt help us. She didnt give us a name. Walked off went behind the counter. So I just got someone else..

Went in and picked up a online order and saw some earrings that I HAD TO HAVE. Was assisted by Temeshia that was very helpful. Great store!

I shopped on May 2nd and for a store opening at 25% capacity, they seem to keep the positive attitude flowing! I scheduled a shopping session/appointment and Kailey M. helped me the entire way! She let me look around and what also near by if I had any questions (as I was also shopping for my mom). Definitely splurged but I also had an amazing experience!

Pretty pricey for some costume jewelry.

Walked in w/my mother to get her a birthday gift . Was not greeted at all & two woman that walked in after us were greeted & assisted before we were. My mother & I did not feel welcomed at all

Ive never really understood the craze for this place. Granted, their jewelry is pretty but theyre fake, costume jewelry and very expensive for that. I have many friends who love this place and I dont judge them for it. Its their thing and I have purchased many gift cards from this place for my friends.Lately, I have been looking for some everyday inexpensive jewelry to wear daily to spruce up my plain look. I visited another large accessory store and then decided to pop in and just browse. I wasnt expecting to find anything really but wasnt going in opposed to anything either.They happened to be having a good sale on a very select group of items right at the front of the store. I actually found two necklaces that had been discounted and I liked them. Granted I felt like they were still over priced, but given their original price I was supposedly getting a good deal.The lady in the store was friendly enough, not exactly welcoming or forthcoming of any deals they had going on outside of this sale table I was browsing. I say this because later when I got home, saw they were having a special sale and I wished I knew about it so I couldve considered it. Especially since I paid more for less pieces than that of the sale I was reading about.People will shop this business no matter what my opinion is, and Im not here to bash any business or person working there, and especially not anyone who shops here. Just sharing my first time shopping experience in case it helps when youre there and want to have a more positive experience. Walk away feeling like you got pretty things at the deal you are happy with.

I went in today looking for a pair of Danielle’s in the limited edition Texas stone. While they were all out Jenn tracked down a pair for me by calling multiple stores and finally finding them in Fort Worth and having them shipped to me at home. The store was so so busy but she took the time to focus on me and work with me. Great service and I am so excited for my new earrings.

The store manager was very friendly and nice. This was my best experience at Kendra Scott, she took the time to show me and my sister different necklace styles and colors. Very sweet in the whole process, I just really wish I remembered her name.

Just left after receiving the best customer service and help from Taylor. I walked in and said that I had no idea what I was doing. She stepped up to the plate and helped me pick out an appropriate gift. Very pleased with the rest of the service while checking out as all the employees were there to help.

AWFUL customer service.I have been a customer of Kendra Scott for several years now. When I visited the Allen, TX location I experienced awful customer service. All of the employees were rude and so unhelpful when I approached the color bar. I decided to ignore the awful customer service I had experienced earlier and go ahead to the cash register. I approached the employee there and greet her and ask how her day was going. She was apparently too busy to answer or even look up from her phone that she was texting from. Throughout the entire checkout process she didnt say a word. She said she had to charge me again because the system froze right in the middle of my first transaction and didnt charge me. I told her that she had already charged and showed her my bank statement to prove it, she told me this happens all the time and that the first transaction hadnt actually gone through. She and the manager promised me that the money should be in my bank account by the morning. Well, its been a week and I still havent received the money and when I called the store they say theres nothing they can do for me and to call corporate. When I call corporate to tell them Ive been double charged, they seem just as confused and say itll take 15 business days for them to do anything, even though I was promised the next business day I would have the money in my bank. Its sad and pathetic that a business I have been shopping from for years has no problem being rude, double- charging, and lying to their customers. I will never buy a piece of Kendra Scott jewelry for myself or for a friend ever again!

I love Kendra Scott and have to been to many locations in the Dallas area and I have yet to go to one where the girls are friendly and helpful. They all act annoyed they are even there and I feel that alot of them judge people on how they look or how they are dressed when they walk in the door. Please dont judge because you dont know what someone many purchase and change your attitude.

Has anyone else had an aweful customer service experience? I went on a day they had 20% off until noon. I was there well before noon. About halfway through placing my orders, 3 pieces) the associate turned and started helping another customer who walked up behind me. Conveniently, I couldnt finish my order before noon to get the 20% off. I expected so much more out of this shop. Very disappointed. Not likely to shop here again.
