The most incredible place in the universe! For all the hobbies you can imagine... painting, crochet, decoration, toys, collectibles, stickers, and many other amazing things. They continue to add more items every month and thats also amazing. This place is fun to watch and you can find more than what you were expecting. Also the service is great, sometimes hard to find someone but when you find help they give their best to find what you are looking for.

This is the place for custom framing! Zeta helped us out with customing our frames and giving us the best possible prices for them! Had to wait a only a week to get our order in.When we went to pick up. Courtney helped us with her great smile and customer service going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our art! To Brandon at check out surprising us with his secret spanish! Overall a great experience will come here for future projects for sure!

I ♡ me some Hobby Lobby. HL decor is all over my house. Shop here about 2 to 3x a month. Great prices and great service. They have a wide variety of choices. The store is clean. Full disclosure: Im not big into arts and crafts but my kids are so this is my best attempt at an honest review, unbiased review.The place is stocked to the brim with art and craft supplies for just about any need. We come here often as a family because my kids enjoys doing little projects. We always leave with a large variety of items for whatever new idea the kids have.There are also picture frames, decorative items, a leather assortment of fake plants and Christian books.They start setting up for the holidays very early so you can start shopping sometimes months in advance.

Let me tell you about the wonderful experience I just had at Hobby Lobby! Eve helped me over in fabrics. I bought new cotton fabric for my business and even though it wasnt the department she typically worked at, she still went above and beyond and answered all my questions. She is a star!

I really enjoy shopping here but you have watch some of the prices - little high. I always use their app to pull up a 40% off coupon. Teachers receive a 10% discount and thats cool.The store was really clean with employees every where. Our check out was quick.The sale signs around the store were not clearly marked regarding what product they were referring. We purchased an item not on sale by mistake because the sale signs were not clear.

This was one of the most clean and organized Hobby Lobby locations Ive visited. They also had lots of Sales going on which was great as I am in the process of decorating my babys nursery area. It looks like Ill be back soon for my Fall/Christmas decor too, as they have so many cute and affordable pieces to choose from!

I have been going to this Hobby Lobby for years never have I encountered such a rude manager this was the WORST customer service I have experienced. The Plano location is much better in customer service and I will be going there from now on.

I went to this location to get yarn as I’m visiting my kids from Michigan and didn’t have room in my suitcases for yarn.I usually shop at the joanns & michaels because they are closer to me and less of a hassle to get to! I was thrilled when I mapped craft stores and saw that hobby lobby was only a half mile from my kids’ home!Hobby lobby never disappoints! Huge selection of Christmas decorations, home decorating, floral- those were the departments I walked through because my son was waiting for me!And of course the yarn aisle-the reason I went-was full of choices! Self restraint was difficult because I wanted to buy it all!!!The store was clean and well stocked. As expected, it was easy to find from the road and employees were gracious friendly and helpful!!

Love Hobby Lobby! I think this Hobby Lobby is better than the one in McKinney on 380. Its bigger and has more variety.

I have been going to Hobby Lobby in Allen, Texas, since I moved to Allen. I used to like my experience in this store but lately the custumer service has deteriorated. Yesterday, Saturday, March 6th, around 4:20 p.m., I went to the store and started picking up some flowers for my daughters wedding. It took me an hour and so to coordinate my selection and colors. I got the materials I needed for the arrangement and ended with a cart full of goods. Then, I decided to buy the fabrics I need (by the way, all the ladys who work on the fabric cutting table are super nice and attentive). I put my full cart by the cutting table (right near me) and started the selection of fabrics with the help of the lady encharged of the cutting table. Then, when I finished, I look for my cart and it wasnt there. I started asking all the personnel with the help of the lady who just was helping me with the fabrics. We asked several times to the lady who works in the flower section (an asian lady) and she denied several times to all of us to have seen the cart. I looked all over the store thinking that I was loosing my mind and, finally, I decided to leave the store; only with my fabrics. When I was waiting to paid at 6:10 pm., I saw the CO-MANAGER and I approached him and told him what have happened to me. I was surprised by his despective and very agressive replay to my complain and he said:Well... that is our Store Policy when a cart is unattended for 5 minutes we take it away..., then, he turned his face away from me and ignored me. He didnt apologized nor he tried to show, at least, a fake interest. Everybody was looking and, even the young cashier felt sorry for me and offered to help me. I am a 70 years old lady who spent more than and hour choossing flowers and decorations and who had a cart full (over $400 on goods) by her side at the cutting table and, in a blink of an eye, without asking, someone took my cart and empty it. By the way, at that moment, I was very tired and so frustrated that I wanted to sit down and cry. But, the worst thing was to see how the asian lady (encharged of the flowers) lied to me and the way the CO -MANAGER treated me. HOBBY LOBBY, ALLEN, TEXAS, A CHRISTIAN BUSINESS WHO DELITES HIS CUSTOMERS WITH A GREAT SELECTION OF OLD BEAUTIFUL HYMNS, THAT I LOVE, TREAT ITS CUSTOMERS WITHOUT RESPECT (ENCOURAGED BY ITS MANAGEMENT WHO DOESNT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE SITUATIONS LIKE THIS AND MAKE THE COMPANY TO LOOSE MONEY AND REPUTATION. AS AN INTERIOR DECORATOR, I USED TO VISIT THIS STORE VERY OFTEN AND THE MANAGEMENT DOESNT CARE ABOUT THEIR COSTUMERS. I HAD BETTER EXPERIENCES IN PLANO AND WILLIE STORES.

I liked that it is a very large store and well spaced so people can pass each other with lots of room in the isles. They had all there stock well organized and laid out making things easy to find.

Who doesnt love Hobby Lobby??!! They have just about anything you want and have sales regularly!! I could spend hours in there but I cant afford the entire store so sometimes I have to make plan about what Im going in to buy & seriously stick to it! Fabric selection here is fantastic. And the prices are always right too. Love love love their selection of upholstery fabric. Needed something gray but still interesting for a project and they had plenty. Giant bonus is that the people that work in fabric are always very knowledgeable and helpful too. Hooray for Hobby Lobby! Oh and dont forget to download their 40% off your high ticket item if you are doing an upholstery project. That can turn into big big savings!

I Love Hobby Lobby. The majority of their employees are so friendly and helpful, so very helpful. However, in the past several years their prices have gone up and some have gone up substantially.

Always nice things to hang from the walls, incuding many awesome memorabilia items. Beautiful vases, and a wide variety of flowers to fill them. Along with a nice selection of crafty things to do.

This is a really a really nice store. It was very clean and well maintained. Typical of every Hobby Lobby i have ever been to which is a good thing. They as all their stores have the same but great selection of items with a few exceptions here and there. At the time of my visit, i noticed they were stocking up for the next three major holidays. So if you are trying g to get a head start go there for your holiday needs. My only really issue with the store chain not being very diverse in its selection of religious items. Everything is Christian. Not sure if the chain is Christian based but the diversity would be nice to see.

Every time I come here its clean and orderly. The staff is helpful if Im not smart enough to find something on my own. Almost everything for my hobby needs.

I so wish aisles were labeled. But thats how most Hobby Lobby stores are. There are ample supplies though, all of which pricey. The framing service is the highest in price in comparison to local competitors. Also, the store has limited numbers for duplicate items. Go here but be prepared to drive to another Hobby Lobby to get the totals you need.

I was looking for a solution for framing an odd size print in a creative option and they helped me and even saved me money on the frames. They let me get a rain check on the half off price because they only had 2 frames and I needed 3. Very helpful and knowledge able, can think outside the box. Recommend highly.

It is like Eliots hardware for arts and crafting. They have a wide selection of many many crafts. From fiber arts to sewing to painting to scrap booking, they have all the odd little tools that Michaels doesnt plus all that they do. Good quality tools at a decent price.The home decor has unique items you wont find anywhere else.

Great craft store usually very busy but the people theyre very nice and they tend to have a great deal of supplies on hand.
