I totally recommend Sears if you either need your existing garage door serviced or need a new one installed. The technician, Justin, called when he was about 20 minutes out which was a nice perk and he was very friendly and went over everything he was going to do during his visit and then tested the system before allowing me to sign off on the paperwork. And now my garage door works perfectly and the noise level dropped considerably.Very professional and courteous. And the price was reasonable.Yes! Highly recommend!!

Josh, Leonard and the install team was TREMENDOUS! Not only did they spot the product was on sale, but they rebalanced the door itself and the new opener runs SO incredibly quiet. We could not be MORE pleased. The after care has also been fantastic. We will be Sears Garage Door customers for life.

The Sears Garage Door repair did a great job on my door. We had an issue where it would not open (broke spring) and there was a hail storm coming our way. The Sears garage repair team came out promptly to ensure we got the problem fixed. Not only were they prompt, they fixed the issue quickly along with a couple others items that needed repair. Not only were we able to get our cars into the garage before the hail started falling, the garage door operates quieter than it ever has. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

WOW! I am so pleased! They were upfront with their pricing which was very reasonable. The repair man, Chavez, called to give me a 30 mins. heads up that he was on his way.
