We found the experience very pleasant...from the initial call to schedule to dealing with their personnel, to post service support, it was outstanding.They are pleasant and welcoming to deal with and make the customer feel valued, that they appreciate our business. We in turn appreciate their honesty and sincerity.Last week, my wife and I called as we were having trouble with our garage door closing. Without hesitation, we called on Garage Door Solutions again and had the same experience as mentioned. Cole was very pleasant and knowledgeable; diagnosed and explained the issue, the warranty, thanked us and asked us to not hesitate to call anytime we have concerns. This is an excellent family owned and operated business. Cole (3rd gen family) is excellent!I called to have them come out on 8/18 to replace a broken hinge. A couple of days later I decided to replace a few more hinges and the rollers. I ended up getting into trouble and causing a mess. I called them back and Cole was able to fix my problem. These guys are the best!! From the people that answer the phones to the technicians that come to the door, they are friendly, polite and have a sense of humor! They never try to sell you anything you dont need and they always show up when they say they will.We made the mistake of trying to find someone cheaper and ended up spending a lot more to fix his mistakes. We will not call anyone else.

I have to give them one star just to post. Came out 6/4 to replace broken spring. It was very cost effective to replace both springs at same time (only $100 more). Told Jeremy to replace both. Imagine our surprise 3 weeks later we have another broken spring. When RIchard came out he informed us that only one spring was replaced on 6/4. My next big surprise was that even though it was their service representative that misunderstood about our request to replace both springs on 6/4 they charged us $323 (they waived the service call fee) instead of the $100 which we thought we paid for 6/4. I have talked with them more than I should have to about this issue. Their quality of work surpasses their customer service.

Their service is prompt. It seems were always calling with some sort of garage door emergency & Garage Door Solutions have never let us down. We bought our new garage door opener from them & have been extremely happy with their work & service.

We had 4 springs replaced June 1, 2012. This evening, after getting home from work I needed something from the grocery store. The garage door opened lope sided half way. The garage door was stuck. My husband and I could not move the door. The company said that we had to may $50.00 for emergency fee because it was after hours. We repeatedly said we just spent $900.00 for 4 new springs 5 days ago. She said its after hours, that we could wait until tomorrow. We said, we are in the medical field we see patients and we cant get our cars out for work. This COMPANY IS VERY DISHONEST!!!!! DONT USE THEM AT ALL!!!

I do not recommend this company. My garage door opener was malfunctioning, and I was told a small part needed to be replaced. They also changed the rollers on the door (inexpensive item) and lubricated the door. The total was over $600. Within a couple of days, the problem came back as bad as ever. A more responsible company since that time has told me that my machine was too old (about 13 years) to bother fixing it, and the repairman was wasting my time and money. I have now replaced the unit and the door works great.

I have had a new door installed and my garage door system has been repaired several times. I have been using this company for more than 10 years. They are reliable, prompt to respond for service, and do quality work.

Great, efficient, and Honest Garage Door Company!

$300 quoted for just the replacement spring plus labor. Called next company and got it done for $150 for spring, and labor.

Fixes the door every time, but they are kind of expensive.
