Excited to get home to give my dogs there special treat from there only to find that I was never given them!! I called to let them know and whoever I spoke with was like (sorry) but if you want to drive back up here I’ll give you another one!! I live 30 plus minutes and said I can’t come back!! And all I got was have a good day!! Good food but staff needs some major improvements before I go back again!!
The Carmel on the apple isnt as thick and tasty as it use to be when I was a kid

Called a few days ago 2 find out about hours & if they have any valentines deals. staff acted like i was bothering them & said if I wanted 2 know that,just come in & see. said I live 2 far 2 come just for that & she said she didnt know call back later. Not ever going there.
By far, the worst customer service ever! Ive tried to give the store the benefit of the doubt yet EVERYTIME the workers have an attitude. I can tell this is a family run business by the air of arrogance in the place. I spend 30 to 40 dollars on apples everytime and am met with attitudes of people who act like they dont wanna be there. Please dont waste your time, they dont appreciate the business and will just talk down to you like your wasting their time. Never going back!!
My apples were good but the customer service was like eww, I came here when I was younger Im a little older now & went back for the first time in a long while & the customer service was very may I say wack but its all love nonetheless but you should work on that ..

Horrible service and staff. The place is very unsanitary and they over price their items that taste disgusting. They don’t care to wear masks and I didn’t see the staff wearing gloves or washing their hands...🤢🤮 They deserve zero stars.
Very unhappy with the candied apples, the candy was way too thick. After having spent over $31 we tried to eat one and it was impossible and very unpleasant. The white chocolate, caramel and sprinkles one was great that’s why I gave 2 stars.
Came in to get started working on a gift basket and was surprised with the amazing customer service. Took the time to help with organizing and making my gift. Wonderful experience all around. Will be my first stop on future occasions! Plus the smell of freshly made caramel helped pass the little time I waited.
Usually pretty good apples but today I wanted Haagen Dazs ice cream. They have Haagen Dazs ice cream signs still up but serving Ashbys ice cream. No Thanks..!!👀😳
Im not very big on chocolate but my buddy had me give this place a try. The apples have so many different flavors and options I was almost overwhelmed. I got two different kinds and a few other chocolate goodies for my nephews like chocolate bark which didnt last long. The apples however were amazing very fresh and lasted a few days and were still amazing after a few days definitely a big fan of the options here highly recommend you give it a go.

Very rude employees, they act like they dont want to help you. Im not sure if its prejudice or what but the employees all act very stuck up. Ive been here several times and its always the same bad experience, which is why I decided to finally come around and write a review. Would put zero stars if possible.

Wow, this place is super cool! But the one thing that stood out was the guy that waited on me. He new not to rush but was there to explain an show me things I was interested in. Great experience.
I cannot rate lower than a 1-star to be able to activate this dialogue.I brought my daughter to the store on Monday, May 11, and I WILL NOT RETURN.A notice attached to the door/window, for the viewing of visiting customers, was at least 2 notices that MASKS ARE REQUIRED to enter the store.HOWEVER: upon entering, I observed only 2 of the 5 employees actually wearing masks. (I count one of the 3 which did not have a mask as the girl stocking the counters, who, although donning a mask, had it pulled fully beneath her chin.The oldest gentleman, and the girl running transactions, were the 2 wearing masks.Additionally, only 3 were wearing gloves: and the 2 NOT wearing gloves were directly involved in the production of the edible product. Covid aside, gloves should be mandatory in actual touching of food stuffs. The youngest male, who was making candy covered apples, and the girl stocking the showcase, were not wearing gloves.I understand that problems cannot be fixed if one is not made aware of said problems, however, since all were working in such close proximity, there is no way that each person working would not be aware of these violations.Ken Johnston
I wish there was less stars from me to choose from. This place is operated by the most dysfunctional mother and 4 daughters. After witnessing 2 of the sisters getting into the worst fist fight, I had to run for my life. Too many family altercations, I will never put my life at risk again by choosing Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in Allen Park, Michigan.

Went in for a few chocolate goodies and came out with a bunch of apples! Caramel tasted fresh and the young men in the back were glad to help! Will for sure come back!

Was here a couple weeks ago. Very rude worker named May or Meagan. Greeted me as I walked in and then instantly went on her phone. After waiting on her to help me, she made one of her 2 coworkers help me and she insisted on going right back on her phone. Very unprofessional. Chocolate was okay but tasted old. Not planning on coming back. Its a shame really, I heard good things about this place but I guess not.
Went in to get something small. I was so excited because I got something I was not expecting. Ice cream. They have a Häagen-Dazs ice cream - Caramel Cone is my favorite. The lady was so nice. I will defiantly go back.
Love this place. Love being able to get apples all year round. Just disappointing that the store has summer hours that arent reflected online. So when I drive to the location at 7:04 pm..and theres an open sign on, but the doors are locked with a handwritten sign saying the store closes at 7 in the summer, its a bit off-putting... really sad I couldnt get my apple..😔

This place would be AWESOME if they got some new staff. Ive gone in on 3 separate occasions and the workers 2 out of 3 times didnt even greet us one time they did say hi but every single time they have just stared at us not asked if we needed help or even really acknowledging that we were there. Every time it was younger girls working and they just acted like it was a bother to be there so we havent gone back since. The food and ice cream there is awesome but I feel uncomfortable going in because of the rude atmosphere.
MMM apples!Ive been here a few times now. Yeah, their customer service can be a little bit hit or miss. They definitely do ask you way too quickly what youd like because I think they tend to forget the average person has been SO OVERWHELMED with all of the chocolates to look at!This place is a little pricey, like most hand-made chocolate stores. The average dipped apple is about $9 but theres probably like two candy bars worth of confection on those things. Also, theyre HUGE. Where do they get those massive apples??They also have ice cream and other frozen things! They sell frozen chocolate dipped bananas on a stick which are like - amazing. Try that!! Also - they have an apple punchcard! Make sure you ask for one!
They were a bit pricy, but not astronomical. They had a nice selection of classics, like, chocolate covered strawberries, candy apples, chocolate covered cherries, etc. along with prepackaged boxes of assorted chocolates of varying sizes to choose from. Additionally they also had the typical display case of varying kinds of fudges and they were making the next batch just five feet away from you-- you could see, and smell, the whole process!

TERRIBLE STAFF! I heard great things about their chocolate and ice cream and decided to give it a try. The products tasted okay but the staff was just incredibly rude. I am allergic to tree nuts and noticed that there was only one ice cream that contained them. I was asking if they used separate ice cream scoopers for products that contained nuts because more food places are becoming more aware of cross contamination. The young girl offers to clean the scooper and I said that would be great. And then a short, black hair manager runs over and says in a very ill-mattered tone if anything gets cross contaminated THATS ON YOU! Then I noticed the girl that offered to clean the scooper in the first place didnt clean the scooper because of what the manager said to me and proceeded to give me the ice cream. Like what??? NEVER VISITING HERE AGAIN!!!
STAFF IS HORRIBLE!! I go here for every holiday for teachers gifts. Never buy under 10 apples. Staff is so rude told me I cant walk in and order that amount I need to call it in. I call it in and then I get an attitude. I walk in and apologize for calling on such short notice. Then I hand the lady my punch card (that has no rules or regulations) and she says oh no we cant take that on large orders. I proceed to ask whats the limit I can purchase and still be able to use my punch card. She got upset and goes Gimmie that! Takes the card which already had two punches and doesnt even give me a new card that is supposed to have the remaining 5 punches on it. This store is convenient and the teachers love it but I hate to deal with such rude people!!
Nothing to rant and rave about. Definitely over priced for quality and freshness. My pretzel rod was stale and pecan cluster tasted old. :-( My son did however love his chocolate covered marshmallows.

WE GO N HERE EVERY SATURDAY NITES R SUNDAY NITES & WE GET THE SAME THING EVERY TIME WE GET A PEANUT APPLE & HAVE THEM SLICE IT. & ALSO USED 2 GET COUPLE STRAWBERRIES BUT STOPPED CAUSE MOSTLY EVERY WEEKEND WE GO N THERE, THERE ALWAYS SOLD OUT. & BSIDES LAST COUPLE TIMES WE DID GET CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES THEY WAS REAL SOFT & TASTED NASTY. HAVE 2 SAY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS REALLY GONE OUT THE WINDOW, N THE PAST TEN MONTHS I HAVE GOTTEN FOUR PEANUT APPLES & ITS BEEN ROTTEN NSIDE!! & FOR THE PRICE THEY CHARGE $6.63 EACH FOR THEM!! THEY SHOULD NOT B THIS WAY!! JUST GOT ONE PEANUT APPLE 2NITE & GOT HOME & PUT IT N PLASTIC CONTAINER 2 EAT & AGAIN IT WAS BLACK & BROWNED INSIDE. & MY LUCK I CALLED & THEIR CLOSED!! Called ahead to double check the hours to make sure they werent closed. Theyre open til 9pm, I arrived at 7:30pm and they were closed. Tried another day came at 6:45, closed early again. Doesnt seem to operate on the hours that are posted or the hours they tell you over the phone. Very unprofessional.
