The service it self they say its a 5g but where I live its more like a 3g but Im happy cause thats better than what I have been getting. Now the people are should I say problem solving team is great

I just wanna thank everybody at the store for helping me out. They’re always helpful. Everybody greets me as soon as I come in. There was a lady once who kept interrupting I couldn’t tell who she was, she did not have uniform. Anyways, I recommend everyone to come to this store you won’t be disappointed. The negative reviews are probably from old angry people who expect to get everything their way. Thank you again.

This Store is Great! The Reps walked me step by step on setting up my phone! The store manager she was kinda pushy, but it didnt ruin my experience overall

Horrible customer service. They ask you to hold and purposely hang up on you and they tell you that you have to wait two hours when they know theyre going to have something ready in 10 minutes. The system crashed and has been offline all afternoon. Thats not their fault but the problem was the phone should have been ready right after noon and they put it off until it was too late. I love t mobile but this store is not on par.

Omg these customers are so rude dont believe what they say! i was just in the store today and this lady was just cursing for not getting her way! ive been coming to this t-mobile for years and these kids treat me like family! Very very helpful. i prefer the store reps than customer care.!

I can see why this particular store has such a low rating. I brought my elderly parents in for help on a hot spot. Four customer service reps in here, and three of them are on their devices. When I asked the young man that actually helped us a question he completely ignored me. I will now help my parents make a switch to another carrier. Truly a shame that TMobile would hire such rude, and perhaps incompetent people to work for them.
