Good friendly helpful service.These folks make me proud of Alice and S.Tx..I am a klutz with phones, so Ive been there 4 times at least in last couple years. Today and once before, Liz fixed me up, made things easy.

Ralph fielded my call and suggested I come into the Alice, TX store. He convinced me I should up grade my iPhone, which I was thinking of doing. We got the iPhone 12 Pro Max and paper work done after he handed me off to another associate while he helped my wife Anne with her iPhone. There is evidence that our WiFi has been hacked. Ralph made several other recommendations for her issues. The next day however, my new iPhone had not updated completely. We looked at every possible reason and are still at a loss.

I came to see about my phone repaired. I had too many things downloaded without my knowledge and they were very nice and helpful.

I bought a new phone but decided after a week, that I didnt like it. These guys welcomed the return even though it was a major hassle doing the credit. Jose, Oscar and McKenzie were EXCEPTIONAL in finally discovering the problem and correcting it. Then they quickly re-setup my old phone. Extremely bad service. Especially with the elderly customers. My parents were told to sit and wait and someone would be with them. They sat there and waited while customers walked in and were assisted before them. Thanks for nothing. They found a phone somewhere else.
