GOOD customer service awaits you behind the counter. They will great you and give you recommendation. Some staffs even go extra miles to get your questions answered amd concerns addressed. I wish they would provide more discounts.

I love this Gamestop. It was my first time in this store and I had called earlier to place a hold on a copy of Alan Wake Remastered which is my husbands favorite game. When we got there around 8pm-ish, the 2 team members behind the counter were absolutely friendly and made me feel very welcomes. They asked me what I needed help with and I told them I was here for the game and I whispered I wanted to surprise my husband with it and the male team member (I feel bad I didnt get his name) immediately stated whispering and we had a nice conversation about how I finally scored a PS5 for my husband after 10 months of trying and he was empathetic to my situation. I told him how I loved Disney and he immediately showed me to the Disney Funko Section and showed me the Donald 65th anniversary edition on the matterhorn bobsled and I bought it because I was missing that Funko. The female team member was amazing too and she helped me with paying with my digital giftcard and my $5 off code for being a pro member. The male team member will looking up future disney funkos for me and I appreciate his effort to help me out. He even treated my husband like another customer in front of me to help pretend he wasnt with me haha I really enjoyed my experience at this store and I will be back for sure when Im ready to buy more games. These 2 team members need a raise because their customer service skills are amazing!

The guy who helped us wasnt that friendly. Ive been to many Game Stop stores, this is my 1st time I visited this location and will probably be my last.We were looking for GTA5 and they had a used one for $27.99. Since they didnt have any. We looked online and bought a new one at Target instead. Which was cheaper! I paid only $22.99 for a new GTA5. Had the ability to purchase online and pick up in store.

They never answer the phone. I walked in once while calling them, the associate was just on the cash register letting the phone ring. No one else was in the store. Just me and the associate.

Nice and clean, games are well stocked and easy to find, employees are polite and helpful. Downside: Used games prices are terrible compared to Amazon and ebay. They should have a price match guarantee like Best Buy.

Probably the smallest GS Ive been to but they do carry a good amount of things. Was very packed after Christmas day but line went quickly if it wasnt for one of the employees attending those in line to make the transactions quick as possible. Though last time it did take a very long time as two customers were both selling their games/consoles. Overall still a good store.

First time coming into this Gamestop and right away I was greeted by the manger she was very polite and helpful. She showed me around the store and the deals they have and while looking around it was so easy to find things this store is very well organized and clean employes where nice and friendly.

Its more difficult to find what Im looking for since the pandemic.

The GameStop around this area is okay at best. The store even though is small has a small collection the previous-generation console games. They also sell merchandise like plushies action figures, along with random Electronics like memory cards or accessories to game consoles.Sometimes the lines go more than eight customers with only one register open and it takes a good few times to grab an Associates attention. If you need to buy games this place is okay to go to, but be prepared for inconveniences.

I dont play too many video games, but, if my buddies are buying a game, I might as well join the fun. The sales clerk was extremely helpful. I went in there to pick up a copy of GT Sport for friend that pre-ordered it and expected to buy a copy for myself. After picking it up and and getting ready to buy mine, he asked me what I was expecting from the game. Long story short, he talked me out of it. The next day, my buddy says to me, good thing you didnt buy it, it kinda sucks. You can borrow mine. Thank you honest game stop representative, you saved me 60 bucks. Ill be back to buy something else soon.

Parking is expensive

This location has a very good selection of games. Regularly pre-order games. I have never had a problem. If there is a game they dont have they will help you find a location that does. That is good customer service.

Good variety of game shop.

If your a parent this is ideal place to shop for your kids. They even hold the game for you if you call a head.

This is my go to place. Its super close to where I live and the midnight releases are pretty tight. Good staff, easy going and helpful.

It really sucked. three cashiers and one big line. none of them knew how to answer the phone. I seen on the stupid game stop website that they had the smash brothers bundle in stock. so I drove all the way from long beach to Alhambra. hoping I could get it. so I waited in line for 15 minutes because it was only one line, with two nit wits just talking to themselves and letting the phone ring and ring. so I get to the cashier and ask if they had it, he said no. I said why does the website say its in stock. he said I dont know.so I asked him why they are not answering the phone. he said they are trying their best. I told him how, if you guys aint answering it now. and if they would of answered the phone in the first place I would have not drove all the way over there. this group of idiots should get a write up for not answering the phone and keeping customers waiting, when I was in line the whole time there the phone was ringing and none of these idiots would answer it. I hope one of these days they travel far to get something and someone buys the last one in their face. I really hope that happens.

I pre-order a game and paid it in full. That was my sons birthday money this was in August, they never called me to let me know to pick up the game. So I went to the store last Sunday October 16th 2016 with my ticket and noticed that they order the wrong game, and cashier just put in their system $25, we paid both with a gift card and cash. The cashier never showed any concern or a solution for the mistake she made. I told her that I need to talk to the manager. She said that she will be Monday from 6:00-7:00pm I went to the store I got there at 5:58pm and waited till 6:25pm she never arrived. I got to the store today with my son and wife, the manager was there, she could do nothing about it. Because the cashier only registered $25 instead of the $65.35 so frustrating and had to wait one hour to get nothing but the $25 alone not our cash. I told the manager to check the video footage at first she said that she does not have it because it was to two months ago, after and hour of waiting she said that she can check the footage but if we are end up wrong she wont do anything about it. Practically she called me and my family liars. The manager offered to gave us only 10%discount so we have to paid the rest of the money which is not fair because we paid it in full. We end up taking the $25 gift card back and left, this was a very bad experience because was all of our sons birthday money. If you go please always check your receipt there are sadly dishonest people at this store.

Awful customer service!

Was double charged for an item, given the digital version of the game informer without my knowledge, and the employee messed up my order by inputting the wrong address to their own store. Note, I later found out that this was the manager of the store. This ended up costing me about two and a half hours on the phone with customer service and they still never corrected my issue or their own address.Besides that, they have advertisements on display that are out of date which is misleading and well false advertising.Ruined the store for me, I had been coming here since I was 14 but I wont be anymore. At least until they get new staff.
