The SIM card is stuck in my phone because the SIM card slot is broken. I came here to ask for help. The staff patiently tried a lot of ways to not open the fuselage. But because the card is really too tight and deep, you still have to turn it on at the end. Before starting the machine, the staff has let me fully understand the advantages and disadvantages, so that I can make a decision. After complex dismantling, digging out the broken part of the card slot, and testing, the phone is working again. Very professional

It takes about 10 minutes to replace the battery of the phone. The boss is also very kind. Very fast and good service with reasonable prices. They do all mobile phone and computer repair. Highly recommended.

Called day ahead to and he said he only do appointed. I make an appointment for 5:40pm exactly. He asked me if I can give him a reminder call.. weird.. but I did call him hour before the appointment. He sounded like he had no idea about the appointment. I came to the shop exactly 5:40pm but door was locked. I called him and he said can you wait 10min? Now that seemed super weird but I said okay. Waited 20min he dont show up. Called him said Im leaving because you are not coming. All he said was oh okay thanks bye. Why the fk did you have to ruin my Friday night? If you were going to be late, you let your customer know. Why the fk did I gave you a reminder call if you were not gonna show up? Jerk

Genuinely honest repair shop. Seeing that they are going to work on your phone that was the part that sold me on going here. From time you walk in, you get a feeling they really want to help. And they will recommend, if its to expensive and not worth it too. Not like other places trying to get your money. I only gave it 4 stars though cause they take your phone and work in the back, it would be nice if you could see them work on phone

Wasnt a big fan. Clean space and decent service but 150+ dollars to fix a Moto X screen crack? Thats almost as much as I paid for the phone.

Hello this is vannessa I was in earlier this afternoon. Im having problems with my camera now. I remember one of the guys who put put on my screen protector said if I have any problem with my camera to bring it back in.
