Great customer service! They are honest, reliable and never over charge. Highly recommend should you need any type of service for your vehicle. I am sad that Jack is no longer there however, Charlie took care of my sisters problem with her Honda Civic. She is a 1st time customer to Noble and will continue to go now because they did such a great job, and in such short notice too!

I have been taking my car to Noble for about 2 years, the previous manager Jack and the mechanics took care of my car very well. They took the effort to diagnose every little details, answer my questions and made sure the car run smoothly.However since the beginning of this year after I did an engine rebuild with Noble, I noticed more chattering and vibrations from the car. Mechanics diagnosed the car and say the problem is related to the clutch. When I tried to ask a few clutch technical question to the current manager Charlie, I was given some pretty unresponsive and rude responses.I asked him if the issue is related to balancing and he replied, If issue with balancing your engine already blow up by now.I provided him some information given to me from the clutch manufacturer, he replied, Just take it to your clutch specialist.It is fine to simply turn a customer down politely by telling them you wouldnt know the answer or couldnt service the car. His responses were clearly inadequate, rude and miserable.Edit: I took my car to a clutch shop to replace the clutch and the noise persised. Turns out the noise and vibration were caused by piston rods. This should have been fixed under their warranty policy since the short block was rebuilt by the shop. Instead, they told me it was the clutch, I wasted money replacing a working clutch and was dismissed for a supposed warranty fix of a faulty short block engine.

I had a clutch replacement done on my S2000. The car drives perfectly now. The price was reasonable and Charlie is an honest guy; sending me photos and video of the job while it was being done. Transparency can be a hard thing to come by with mechanics, but not at Noble.

I needed some major work done on my Acura TL. Jack and team gave me the best rate I was quoted. Honest and reliable team. Highly recommend.

Jack and Harix are the ONLY place to take your Lotus in the LA area. They were honest, communicative, timely and extremely fair in their pricing. I took a leap of faith and brought them my Evora when my mechanic could not handle the job. They exceeded my expectations. Dont waste your time with dealerships if youre a Lotus owner. Go directly to them!

Very unsatisfied. Mechanic refused to do precisely the work agreed on, insisted on doing additional work once the car was in and held hostage. This is the classic move pulled by dishonest mechanics. Will not be back.

A month ago, I changed a new tire in this place and spent 250 knives. Although I think the price is high, I changed it because it was the original tire. As a result, I found a big bubble on the tires before going to work this morning. I contacted them. They said that the bubbles were artificial and not guaranteed. I think this strange bubble is going to the dealer and other garages, they are very sure that it is a tire quality problem. VW Dealer has the same tire price of $260, and the car factory near my home costs $45 for the second-hand tire and $110 for the new tire. The problem of the tires is really difficult to determine. They only refused the warranty if they only looked at my photos. I hope everyone compares a few more before making a decision.I’m a returned customer because one time they helped me to push my plastic penal back into my car for free.About a month ago, I had a flat tire and went to this auto shop. They helped me change a bend-New original tire which cost $250(it was expensive while considering their service before I trust them and I paid 250).However, this morning when I went to work, I found a big ear bubble on the side of the tire that I just used last month. I was afraid and did not even make to work.I contacted this auto shop and they said its my responsibility to replace another tire. They concluded the tire is not under warranty just by the picture I sent to them. I highly doubted it. So, I went to the dealer and a couple auto shops And they all believe its the manufacture problem that caused a bubble.The VW Dealer in Pasadena I checked offered me a tire change service for $260. The auto shop around my house offered me $45 for used tire and $110 for a new tire. Now I know they over-charged my tire before.At the same time, they are not responsible for the product sold by them with only checking the picture and saying No.Im not a student who wants to be treated with an after-sale service after knowing I was overcharged for the tire. And I want everyone who check out the review knows- Please be Careful that check out other auto shops before you make a decision.
