Horrible customer service. Extremely rude. Customer satisfaction is what keeps a business running. I’m no longer surprised why this company is going out of business. Wish you guys well but you need to property train your people better and hold them accountable

Went in at 8 pm store closes at 9pm, Dave tells me he already closed the register and then tells me I could leave a deposit for a delivery in 3 weeks??? I have my on pickup truck? He then try selling me another appliance I wasnt interested in, with a higher price? Yeah Im good. Good luck.

Kent is great. So knowledgeable. He listens well and does research efficiently and willingly to help find our needle in a haystack white, French door, counter depth refrigerator with water and ice in the door. Found it, ordered it. So grateful.

I came in days before Black Friday and was happy to meet sales associate Kent. I was interested in purchasing a washer and dryer and Kent had all the knowledge and information I needed. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in my decision.When I returned on Black Friday, store manager, Daniel was there to assist me on making my purchase. He was also very knowledgeable and accommodating. He made the purchase go very smoothly, making sure I got the best deal. I would definitely recommend making your appliance purchase with these guys. Not only did they help me out but I noticed it was the best place for Black Friday shopping. It was not crowded and they had enough sales reps to help everyone. I would definitely come back again the next time I need to make an appliance purchase.

Helpful options when making you purchase customer service was excellent

I went to purchase an appliance 2 weeks ago, and the associate assisting me was very helpful and knowledgeable . A while later, the manager walked in, Daniel who was extremely rude and incompetent . He was rude, and raising his voice to customers who needed translation, and just plain rude ! He needs to be sent to management training because doesn’t have any customer service skills !

First of all this is a rundown fake sears. The Manager Dan is incompetent and unprofessional. We came to return an AC, one they carried to our car completely damaged and the box was torn to shreds. The manager wasn’t there and wouldn’t allow his associates to process the return with reciept in hand. Under the 30 day policy it should have been processed. He was out on lunch so we waited around for an hour and he completely dodged us. Was supposed to come back at 2pm, then we were told 4pm. Never showed up. This was on a Saturday. Over the phone his associates were telling us come back Monday, they handed the phone to my wife and he hung up as soon as he heard her voice. An associate handed me their personal cell phone (so unprofessional) and I got into a texting war with this guy. Long story short it is now 1 week later, after calling corporate he was making up policies and lying to customers by not acknowledging the Sears 30 day return policy. He said the do not return AC units, well I read the entire sears return policy and it does not mention that ANYWHERE. The manager just makes up excuses and store policy on the spot. I think his associates felt embarrassed to work for such a nasty person. He is a liar, a shyster and I will be surprised if he still has a job after we call corporate again. If you are going to Sears, this is a WARNING, do not go to Alhambra fake sears outlet, swindlers and con artists!
