The freezers have gone down multiple times in 2 weeks. They keep having to throw out hundreds of dollars in food thats all waisted.The store needs to fix the freezers so much product destroyed thanks to poor installation. The shelves are badly bent in alot of isles. The deli has to close at 6 pm now because of how they treat there staff. The store has lots of broken things like one of the stalls in the girls bathroom had its lock broken. The store has so many leaks all over in isles and by refrigeration areas that happen daily. This store is A mess i dont recommend it to anyone.

I think this Jewel/Osco is absolutely the best!!!! Samantha and her staff are the best around! I was unable to complete my shopping due to a knee injury and Samantha was willing to extend a helping hand. This store gives the feeling of hometown, old fashioned goodness! I stopped off to buy Cutie Mandarin oranges and of course I saw their Krakus ham and then their terrific French bread. Jewels prices for the most part are higher than other stores but their bread is unique and they are organized very well. I was kind of taking it back when I was looking for the crock of Sam the two people women were so busy talking to themselves obviously about personal matters and I felt that I had interrupted them after waiting for quite some time. First complaint Ive ever had I love there Italian sausage and their display of meats is incredible its beautiful

Great grocery store. This place is very clean and they have a great selection. The produce is always fresh and they have a great selection. The staff is usually pretty friendly and professional. Like is said above, they keep this store looking really clean. This place opened up approximately 10 years ago and it still looks new. I will definitely be returning.

Your deli is disgusting. You need to clean it better and more often. I live a quarter mile from your store and will drive 15 minutes to the next store to avoid your deli.

I shop there every week for my mothers groceries. She has been a customer since they opened. Spending 200 a week for her groceries that would only cost her 125 at Walmart. But she wants Jewel so I go there for her. I picked up a bears cup for her to give a friend as a gift. The price was not marked on the shelf. At the register I asked what the price was. $35.00 I had the cashier take it off the order. Manager had to come over to over ride the mug. Made a comment about the price was height because the bear logo. My reply was I want to buy a coffee cup not the whole team.

Such a friendly place. They have a limited amount of produce. But everyone here is super nice and the meat is great. They butcher their own meat. My first time here. I will be back.

Old produce. Best before today or tomorrow and already looked bad. I went there this morning. Shrimp on sale $19.98 and they forgot to take off the regular price tag that said $18.98. Seriously?! It’s 2min away from my house but I will be going to the one in Barrington on my way from work. Change the management or whoever is responsible for this location to be so bad.

This year decided to order the Ultimate Turkey Dinner. The foods received in the package was very good. Turkey was a Butterball, seasoned, cook in bag as per instructions. Representative Nicole(cashier) was really rude to us. We had problem with scanning product, she was not helpful at all. Not satisfied with service. JO need improve customer service and teach workers how to be nice and helpful. Not recommended this location.

Where should I begin? First of all, everything is always out of stock. When they get shipments, there is a low supply. Also, a lot of the items are expired. I have found items that were three years old. Secondly, the heavy set, older guy that works at the meat counter is extremely rude. He does not want to be bothered to work. He did not want to cut the meat, told me to get a package on the floor, and verbally complained when I asked for some meat to be wrapped. Lastly, some of the older women that work at the registers have attitudes.

I love jewel as always very nicely organized and lots of fresh produce. Keep it up Jewel.

Because they are so friendly and they always have fresh vegetables, fruits and great sales. I always thought all Jewels have the same sales. But they dont have been to other Jewels. And they didnt have the same sales.

The night manager is very rude. They were out of stock on a sale item . I asked for a rain check . She insisted I didnt need a rain check. I told her I wanted one anyways. I had to ask twice. And on top of the rain check wrote that I only had one day to buy the item . I know the store policy it gives me 30 days after the date on the rain check is issued. Just the way she spoke to be was rude .

Pretty good. Found some good deals on blueberries and eggs. And yogurt. Only downside was that the cashier was a little short with me but Im also a wuss. The bag guy used two paper bags for things I carried in my arms, no cart, no basket. I asked him to put everything in one bag. I wish they would stop using plastic bags and then minimize use of paper. Someday...

This Jewel is so SLOW. Even for one item its quicker to just drive farther to Walmart. All the self checkouts were down and no Express (10 items or less). Stood in line 20 min to buy 1 item. Terrible.Plus 1 front end employee for self check out, even though they were DOWN. Was annoyed people were asking to get checked out by them.

It doesnt have as much of selection as some of the bigger Jewel stores like the one at Foster and Pulaski. Clerks are nice. It is ok for a small run to the store, but if you are looking for something special, that is not the store!!
