Employees are awesome but the vapes are bootleg knockoffs. Never had a problem before but the last month they are all burnt. Not sure if the employees are using and repacking. LOST my busimess

This place is G R E AT it earns all the strips: friendly staff, Knowledgeable staff, lots of options from low price chinese glass to top of the line artists showcases. this is my on stop shop anything heady needs. even if you dont need anything just stop in and take a look at their gallery, it is worth a stop.

Knowledgeable staff, and easy to find location. This shop probably has the best quality glass in its area. Its more than worth taking a drive for as well. They have quality glass so expect to spend more than your corner store. However they have glass that ranges from low dollar to high dollar. They offer a large sum of options to choose from. The store is always filled when I visit. The amount of accessories they have along with their glass makes them a one stop shop. If youre in the need for some new glass or just want some eye candy to look at, give this place a visit.

Great shop that is clean and very well laid out. I was able to walk in and browse through merchandise without bumping shoulders with someone else. The staff was really welcoming and friendly. It might seem like things are over priced but thats because the work is from reputable companies and not from a shabby import companies. I did not buy this time but I will in the future and I would definitely suggest checking this place out if you have not!

Great place to visit for a variety of glass. They have a friendly staff that is extremely educated in what they sell. For the Novice and the Connosur this is the place!

These guys actually have multiple locations two of them in Algonquin one down the street from the other. With those shops available they are very helpful with finding out which location has exactly what youre looking for so maybe sometimes you may have to travel a little bit more but they always take care of you. Theyll even take numbers down when theyre waiting for a certain item to come in from shipping, so as to call the customer and not waste their time. Theyre always very informative of their product and are not simply there to make a buck they want to make sure you walk away with what you enjoy.

This Headdy shop is a smoke shop with ridiculously expensive Glass, ridiculous!! Even the shop up the street is wayyy to pricey. Plus my pipe that I did buy originally and spent so much money on thinking it was special glass broke after a month, very dissatisfied, do not waste your time, go to Egors or Smokin Clouds! Great prices, environment and people!!

Went down to Headdy Glass looking for a sherlock cause mine had just broken; with a three and a half hour ride back to Green Bay I needed another! I had intended on purchasing a new sherlock but they had some great glasswork to look at and I found exactally what I was looking for without even realizing it was what I was seeking! I must have looked at ten pieces with this girl, she was super cool and helpful as I browsed, then I found a stellar spoon! A blue to clear frosted piece with snowflakes etched in it; such a beautiful work of art! Overall fantastic expiriance!!

Way to over priced, rip off on glass, they will sell you a cheap glass pipe that cost 50 cents to make, for 30$. Dont know if the artists are glutnuss or the store. Like they have nice peices but they are way way over priced. They are not looking to have you walk out that door with anything memorable for your money. Sorry not sorry honesty is the best policy. I know plenty of artist that make custom for less. Everything dose cost to make but the glass and gas industry need to understand thats to pricey. Cant blame the store or artist that much. Its just these people have this cast system set up where if its for use they mass produce it, and if its nice they say its art and up charge. Its like just make really nice peices to use and mass produce. Everyone shud be able to get a really nice peice for 50-100$

So I called every other shop on price on chargers this dudes like I cant give you the price over the phone. When I asked why he couldnt give a reason. This place is defiantly a second rate shop. Go to the other Headies or anywhere else really. Junk shop here.

Bought a nice peice from them. To find out it had a small hair line crack down the side. Never used the peice and brought it back that day. They refused to return it. Just wanted another peice not my $$ back. The peice broke the next day. There products look nice but are cheaply made. DONT BUY THERE JUNK. Hope they go under soon. P.S. all there reviews are just 5 stars from themselves. No one I know has anything good to say about this shop.

As the name implies, its all glass and not what I was looking for. Oh, and screens were 20¢ apiece, seems a bit much for a lousy screen.

Rude employees, not friendly, follow you around as if you are stealing threw the glass cases lol attitude when asked to see stuff or asked for prices. 10/9/17 @ 3pm was not a good time to go in.
