I love this store so much. I just did some Christmas shopping. Aside from the 25 minute wait to get in the store, the shopping went really fast. We went in at 8:10 and came out at 8:25. The employees were very friendly and courteous and extremely helpful. I would recommend this store for anyone in the need of anti bacterial hand soap, candles, and body lotions and a bunch of other items you may be looking for. Love this store.

I came in with my daughter knowing I was going to buy party favors for my other daughter’s baby shower. My plan was to buy party favors and prize gifts. Kimberly went over and beyond helping us pick out matching candles, fragrances, lotion for over 10 and two big party prizes. My experience with Kimberly was so appreciated!!!! Thank you ... thank you !! In fact, we invited her to the shower!

Super friendly guy at the door was entertaining people while they waited to go inside due to the limited capacity requirement. There was one lady inside who was extremely helpful. I really wish I got her name. Some of the others were just talking among themselves and not really helping. I also think there were too many people in the store. I dont know that it was possible to stay 6 feet from each other unless you were waiting in line to enter the store or pay for your items.

Nice remodeling

Drove kind of far to get to this store as there is one in Arlington Heights where I live Box that store is very unorganized and not so friendly. The experience I had today going in bath and body works was stellar. The employee was so very friendly and nice extremely refreshing in this day and age. Very personable and the store was very clean. Excellent shopping experience and very festive right before the holidays thank you for providing awesome customer service

Went here with my wife place is well organized and they try to get the line moving quickly. Best to wait for the sales and they have some good ones often. Staff is always helpful and pleasant. Would recommend.

Cindy was extremely rude and does not have good customer service at all. She was being very impatient and not very kind. Grabbed my phone without asking and got upset because I had a reward and had to scan my account all over again.

Went to this location during the semi annual sale. The lady at the front of the store was very pleasant and helpful. I picked out some candles that were clearly on the SAS display and I walked over to the back counter to pay for them. Another woman took them, stared at them, and said You know these are testers, RIGHT? in a very rude and condescending way. She snatched them away, and put them back without saying anything. I went to another store and bought the same ones without an issue, so there was no need to be horribly rude. Yikes.

Who doesnt love Bath & Body Works! I watch for their big after Christmas sale. I ask for gift cards from Bath & Body Works for Christmas. Their Candle sale is amazing also. The foaming hand soap sale is fantastic! My Mom loves their foaming hand soaps. I stock up in December! Cant beat the $2.50 each sale!

Cashier didn’t want to honor expired coupon even though they have a 3 day grace period.

Really liked this location because of the great customer service I received. However, I was deceived about a sale. There was a glitch with the B&BW app (I wanted to use my rewards) but couldn’t and was told that one of the offers ended that day. Listening to the cashier I went ahead and spent money. After I left, I was disappointed realizing that the sale ended another day and I still hadn’t used my offers like I planned to get the best deal. Although, I went back in and addressed the issue, the manager tried to explain and inform me of the sale as if I made the mistake. Eventually, the manager did try and honor the discount but was after 40 min of waiting (most of which was used going back and forth on explanations for a coupon that didn’t take rocket science). Was not happy to say the least. Although sale was honored not sure on how genuine and trustworthy they will be in the future to “make a sale”.

Denise was absolutley amazing. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She makes you want to come back and buy more just to interact with her.
